Honestly can’t really fault this hotel. Start off with staff, all staff members were so polite, lovely and helpful. Everyone on the bar was lovely towards me and my partner and absolutely brilliant with the kids. Receptionist were polite and helpful if we didn’t understand something. They also helped by ordering taxis for us as we was struggling. The staff in the restaurant were brilliant, never waited more than two minutes before being asked what we wanted to drink. They were all so amazing and lovely with my baby too. Honestly lovely and amazing and friendly people. Mohan (sorry not sure how it’s spelt) was absolutely amazing! This man went above and beyond with entertainment for kids. My eldest two adored him to the point there was tears they was leaving him when coming home. He was honestly such a pleasure and lovely, genuine and kind person. He provided kids club in the morning, afternoon and did a mini disco every night. This man deserves a pay rise in my opinion and is 100% a reason I would definitely return here. Thank you. The rooms were cleaned and tidied every single day. The cleaning staff were so lovely. Unfortunately myself and the kids ended up poorly for two days and the kids had accidents. They were lovely and reassuring about it. Everywhere in the hotel was so clean and tidy. I saw countless times cleaners wandering about always doing something. The food, now the food wasn’t to my liking unfortunately but that’s just me. It’s a very seafood place. I am not a seafood person. There is “British” food but it’s cold and well personally that’s not me. There was always something though just not very often much. My partner however loved the food! Deserts were amazing. The food is repetitive but it’s buffet style so it’s to be expected. The pools aren’t quite as big as they look in the pictures but still all the same kids were extremely happy. The entertainment was on every night and most really enjoyable. Throughout the week there’s something different for all age groups. Honestly I would 100% come back again and I would recommend. Thank you for an amazing two weeks!

The Salou Beach is a beautiful 4-star hotel, close to the beach and the very animated centre of Salou, with numerous restaurants and shops, and a very beautiful walk from the dale, decorated with large trees and flowers, along the beach. The hotel is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility and accepts animals, with a small amount (€12). The rooms are very pleasant, with a really comfortable bed, a set and a private terrace with a table and chairs (it is better to ask for a room giving on the pool, it is quieter). The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and is very comfortable. The staff is charming and the reception is very warm. The best 4* hotel I've ever stayed in. The whole of the hotel looks like it's had a full re modernisation. Everything very clean, fresh and modern. Booked the cheapest standard room and it was great. View of the beach from balcony, comfy beds, fabulous rain shower with a smaller hand held shower. Air con is excellent. Great idea that your wristband also contains your room access key. Very helpful, hard working staff throughout. Spotlessly clean everywhere thanks to the cleaning team. Food was excellent. Not masses of choice, but very good quality and we always found something we liked. There are usually 2 chefs who will cook food of your choice on the griddle which was very good. The weekly gala dinner was outstanding. Tables were cleared super quick ready for the next guests. Pool area was small but we always found a sunbed and there are toilets and showers. There's also a shaded area when you need a break from the sun! The pool is more suited to adults and not children. There is a lovely bar with different areas of seating practically on the beach! The hotel has a really good evening entertainment programme with live acts, it gets very busy! The hotel is situated in the quite area of La Pineda but there are lots of lovely Spanish bars and restaurants very close by. There are lots of shops and there are bus stops nearby. We caught the bus to Cambrils, Salou and Tarragona. Taxi to Reus airport is approx €30-€33 each way. There is a very flat promenade that goes for miles along the beach at the rear of the hotel. Great for wheelchairs, prams, cycling or just a 10 minute stroll into the busier part of La Pineda. Thank you Hotel Terramarina for a wonderful stay. Can't wait to come back. Amanda

Fantastic place to stay this was our 3rd time here, staff are brilliant right across the board & work very hard, it’s immaculate everywhere & run like clockwork, we had a beautiful apar**ent with a huge terrace & each apar**ent complex have their own beautiful pool & some have small playgrounds as it’s a huge place, there’s also a leisure centre onsite with sauna, gym, massage etc, & racquet ball & indoor pools too, plenty to do for everyone, we saw poolside yoga classes in mornings & kids club & play centre, there seems to be something going on all the time for all ages, the beautiful La Pineda beach is just across the road too. We went self catering this time but half board before & there’s a huge choice of food to suit everyone but if your a fussy eater I would advise self catering & there is a very good little supermarket just outside the complex & another larger one a little walk away, also Bus Plana office is on the corner where you can get your bus cards (brilliant value) for Salou, Tarragona etc. Estival Park is beautiful place, an oasis in the sun, thank you & hope to return soon, Regards The Duffy’s
