I stayed in this hotel for the Immacolata Bridge with my husband and I was really good. The rooms are very nice and very clean , with a gracious outdoor patio furnished with table and chairs . The bathroom is spacious and has all the comforts. We have dined at the hotel restaurant, the food is excellent and the staff is very gentle. This small hotel is located at the doors of Rome , but the free service shipping accompanies the stop of the Cinecitta ' metro ( you can also book the return ) and move from there to visit the everlasting city without having problems with the car I will be happy to go back to the hotel, even in summer, as there is also a beautiful swimming pool in the green of the hotel park.

Built on the fundamentals of Western Culture, the hotel is both ancient and never goes out of style. Quite like Italian couture. The service is reminiscent of the old Roman days, where hospitality was considered an art form. However, the experiences meet modern standards. Cardo Roma, Autograph Collection Hotel has a contemporary flavor that meets bleisure and corporate travellers expectations: when you stay with us, we'll make it memorable.

First of all picked the H10 hotel in Roma Citte as we had stayed in the Barcelona boutique hotel H10 and the quality of the hotel and service was superb. However the hotel H10 Roma Citte was no where near the same standard as the one in Barcelona and the Barcelona hotel cost less per night. I understand from reception that the boutique hotels are a grade higher To me the boutique hotel was a four star and the Roma Citte hotel was not in my opinion. Here is a summary of my review Most of these points have been mentioned in previous reviews Here are the good points of Roma Citte H10 Good size comfortable bed Room was clean Quite location Negative points Not in the main tourist part of the city and even though there are buses and trains in walkable distance it is a pain going backwards and forward. Also if you come back to the hotel for the evening there are no nice bars or restaurants nearby. The hotel is situated in a slightly run down area of the city. Hotel is tired and there are maintenance issues. (the photos don’t actually reflect how the hotel and rooms are now.) W3 had 3 maintenance issues a couple of these were put right however the main issue was the extracted fan ddid not work in the bathroom which therefore smells musty and all towels are still wet the next day. Point previously made. Wi-Fi not available in bedrooms. I think for what we paid per night we could of got a higher standard o& hotel in a more convenient location.

Let’s start with the good… Two friends traveling together. Requested two beds and they gave us one bed with more floor space which was fine. Rooms and hotel are beautifully appointed with antiques. Service was superb. Extremely friendly staff. Breakfast was exquisite. Old fashion, but stylish. I understand that it is a quaint boutique hotel, but they need to put some money into some upgrades. There was minimal ventilation in the small room, which made it very stuffy very fast. We were able to open up the window, which faced the back mechanic tent that was blowing some sort of machinery all day. But at least we got fresh air. The hair dryer was from 1950 and had duck tape holding it together…. barely blew out any air. The toilets were made for munchkins. You literally had to put 1 foot in the shower and 1 foot out in the room to be able to take care of your private parts. You also had to climb up almost a foot to get into the shower. The shower doors did not open all the way because of how tight the space was. The room is fine if you are under 5’9” and weigh less than 140 pounds. If you are taller or wider, the bathroom will be a struggle. The hotel is good for a 1-3 night stay but definitely not ant long term vacation stay. You will regret feeling claustrophobic after long days of sightseeing.

The worst hotel in which we have ever been We were at their hotel in January 2023 The staff is very unpleasant, especially the young lady with blond hair that works as a receptionist in the morning. She is very rude and totally unpleasant. She should be fired immediately. Maybe the hotel owners do not know and do not understand that it is a very bad presentation of their hotel to the customers She has the courage to ask customers if they are angry at a time when she has to show kindness to them because is because of them she works and provides her incomes. We went to the hotel at 10am and when she asked for reservation name we gave her my husband's last name and at the same time the reservation confirmation as a hard copy, where the full names were She could not find the reservation by last name and after receiving the printed confirmation she said that the reservation was under my husband's first. I told her that the reservation is not under his fist name but under the name of both of us, but it doesn't matter because you have the confirmation with the full names in front of you, so you can find it in the system. Her answer was very very rude, asking me if I was angry, returning our passports and telling us that check in was at 2:30pm and to come at that time for check in. I asked her about the supervisor or the manager of the hotel and she said ”I'm the supervisor here” I asked her if we could leave our bags, and she very arrogantly told us that we could, and without moving at all of her chair, she pointed to the door of a very small room to leave our bags, and she didn't even open the door of the room for courtesy We told that her behavior was not good at all and that we would leave a bad review on their website and everyone and she said 'It's ok, you can, no problem” We left and returned at 9pm,we checked in with another girl, Federica, who was very kind and we explained to her what had happened in the morning. We went up to the room and saw that there were no one use slippers, the bathroom had not been cleaned well, the window curtains were dirty, the lampshades at the head of the bed had created layers of dust, TV didn't work, no WiFi We went downstairs to look for slippers and Federica helped us with one pair, while for the other pair she said she would leave a note to the girl who was in the morning. Later we noticed that the bidet was not working and was filled with water which did not flow down and we informed Federica for whom she said repeatedly that she would leave an note to the morning girl for which, personally, starting from our experience in the morning with her, I was very sure that she would not do anything because she was too arrogant to do her job. And at the end what I expected happened, nothing was done for our requests The next morning we went down for breakfast, we saw that the breakfast was very poor, only ham, cheese and croissant. We decided to have breakfast somewhere else even though we had paid for breakfast at th

Pantheon
Rome

We booked boldly Torre Caparanica despite quite a few of the TripAdvisor reviews, which we have thought were based on unusually unrealistic expectations, and we were not wrong. First the location- so central and so quiet at the same time, on Piazza Capranica, in the middle of the middle of Pantheon area of Rome! The room was spacious, greatly decorated, without even mentioning a superb masterpiece on the ceiling and the upper parts of the walls. The staff were extraordinary welcoming, friendly and helpful. everything worked like a charm, from airport transfer to the reception. As we were entering the building I was trying to figure out what were all those complaints in reviews that I had read about. The area is super safe, the entry to the building is quite grandiose, and the room that we stayed in was marvelous. And no, I do not think that the elevator is small in contrary, I though it just added to the feeling of cosiness of the entire building. All in all, a great experience, worth maximum rating!

Good location, very convenient by bus, walking to the Colosseum is also very close. When I arrived at night, I couldn’t find a place to live and die. I didn’t think of the hotel in a church. When I was sleeping, the quilt was very thin. I felt that all Italy was a thin quilt. Breakfast was not good. I drank the most difficult coffee to drink so far. I suggest that I should find a cafe outside to enjoy breakfast.....

I stayed here for 5 nights in May 2023. I loved this hotel! It was clean & modern with a well-lit and very comfortable room. Tons of outlets, nice closet space and a decent hairdryer. The elevator came quickly but I only used it with my luggage and used the stairs the rest of the time. Breakfast on the beautiful rooftop with self-service coffee machine and a nice selection of quick foods. The staff was kind and helpful. They arranged for a taxi to bring me to the airport at the end. I’d definitely stay here again,

Accommodation is always important and I must say I had a great experience with this hostel. Sometimes I even forgot it was a hostel. I had a single room and a private bathroom. The room was small and cute. Always clean and housekeeping came everyday. I was reluctant to choose a hostel when visiting Rome because I had a unpleasant experience when I visited Sydney but if other hostels provided the attention I was given such as Radio hotel, I would most certainly not be reluctant prior to booking. There was a little issue with a small leak from the bidet in the bathroom and when I mentioned it to the front desk, it was fixed immediately. Every single person I encountered at the front desk were very nice and provided me with great detail how to explore the city and best travel options to get there. As a single female traveler I did not feel uncomfortable at any time. The train station near to this hostel is Roma Travestere. About a 8 minute walk or so from the hostel which you can buy train tickets to visit other cities if you wish. There is also the number 8 tram near the train station which will take you directly into the hotspot where you can roam and see great sites like the Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps etc. Thumbs up to this place.

Fantastic village, beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. Train station is around a 30 minute walk from the village where you can get cheap trains to Rome and the airport. Great place to get a good night’s rest and good value too. I stayed there between flights so it was convenient as it is only 1 hour 15 minutes by train to the airport. There are restaurants, plenty of toilets and even a shuttle bus. I didn’t use any of these services because I just needed to sleep but there are lots of amenities. I stayed in a basic room which had 2 beds, table, light and power socket. That’s all you need. There is a heater and blankets for when it gets cold. A generous amount of toilet paper is also provided which can be used in the shared toilets. Staff are friendly. All in all a great place to stay!

First of all we checked in at midnight and waited over an hour for the guy at reception to finish with ONE customer. The hotel room was old but reasonable for €70 a night; although the SAFE didn’t work and some double beds are two single beds put together. The hotel overall is clean but it’s in a pretty rough area with hardly anything open after 9pm. Now if the reason you are staying is for access to Rome then be prepared for a 25mins bus ride to a very grotty Metro station and then another 25 odd minutes to Termini - which is the centre of Rome. Uber doesn’t take orders from area, and quite frankly isn’t very good on Italy. BREAKFAST: there isn’t an eggs bar or anything that is cooked fresh in front of you for but there is a reasonable hot food selection and juices with fruit. I’d give it a 4/10 for breakfast. There aren’t irons in the room but you can iron clothes on the ground floor “ironing room”. The WORST part of the hotel was that the swimming pool, Spa and gym is not accessible for months due to renovations which given that it is so far from civilization leaves nothing to do at the hotel apart from walking the pretty dodgy surrounding streets. PS: parking is free but in a dark and small underground space with no valet.

FIRST of all I'd like to say that we went to this guest house expecting that it would be a small room with minimal amenities. DO not expect a 4 star hotel.. The room and beds were very comfortable..air conditioning worked well once it was turned on. The bathroom also clean and a reasonable size.. We had an unexpected added addition, a mini balcony overlooking historic Roma. The fridge had beverages to purchase if we needed.. We didnt use the tv so can't comment.. The guest services Reception Julius was wonderful, he made our stay much more enjoyable as we had a lot of questions and concerns that needed to be addressed. Breakfast was ok no hot foods and coffee came from a machine.. Now for the not so great part.. The hotel actually is on the 3rd floor..its almst 5 flights of stairs so if you want to get in shape this hotel is for you..there is an elevator but if you are claustrophobic this is not for you..If you have a lot of luggage this wont work for you...if you want coffee in your room in the morning good luck..both coffee makers brought to our room would not work..Great cafes everywhere though...If you like getting soaked before entering the shower this is for you..shower head water fall off wall and shower wand sprays in your face when you try to switch over or during your shower the wand may switch back to rainfall shower so wear a shower cap if you dont want to wash your hair. Only 1 plug to use all others are being used..dont forget your 3 prong euro adapter.. Get a tutorial on how to open the Guesthouse entrance door or you may be sleeping there as the door is locked after 8 pm til 8am. Added highlights close to everything..5 min from Republic station metro and 10 min from Termini Station. Lots of restaurants everwhere..

1, location, TERMINI train station is very convenient to take the A line, get off in less than ten minutes. One of the best choices for the Vatican Museum in the morning, it's convenient for Tete, and you can walk in three minutes. It is strongly recommended to make an online reservation in advance, with the printed order entered, and the automatic machine exchange ticket inside. 2, breakfast, very good 3, service, very good 4, the price is very good, it is two nights with very high cost performance. 5, the surrounding environment, found a very good steakhouse, Chinese food is also good, Sichuan cuisine is still authentic 6, other traffic: when you go, a certain rickshaw delivery station is also very convenient The hotel front desk also has its own recommendations. The door is not big, the bathroom is not all Mingwei, but it is very clean.

Beautiful Hotel, great value, a bit far from Rome and any activities. The pool had not opened yet so not much to do as tourists in this beautiful hotel . The staff was friendly and helpful. Front desk helpful. As others have discussed, on multiple occasions, room service phones go unanswered, just ring and ring. Breakfast for $15. Per person is the best you will ever experience. The wait staff were awesome. The shuttle service into Rome is a good value, $15 round trip but only runs 4 times per day, does not leave early enough to get you to the airport for an early flight and returns at 9pm, just when the Romans are waking up. The shuttle also stops at 2-3 other INH properties, which causes it to sell out days in advance ( frequently). If the shuttle is full or the times don’t work, now you are into serious dollars to hire a taxi into Rome center. Depending upon where you are going, $45-60 one way ( for 2). We also paid $50 taxi fare from the airport each way.so over the course of the 4.5 days at the hotel, we spent $250-$300 for transportation just to get to town. If I were not staying on points, I would consider an in-town option.

This is a really very good hotel. I enjoyed the quality of the staff, the room ,the location and general quality of the Hotel. It would have got 5 stars but for 2 things.. and both relate to Cielo bar..a superb place for a visitor to Rome staying in the hotel to enjoy the great views of Rome particularly at sunset and a drink. Firstly,we arrived at the rooftop bar to find it full of people not staying in the hotel and there was no priority whatsoever for guests of the hotel. Here the bar and the views were filled with locals paying 16 euros for a drink and the guests paying hundreds of euros each night could not get a seat..and the Restaurant above not open till 7.30. Secondly, the appalling loud music at the bar was totally disruptive to a sophisticated enjoyment of the view trumpeted in the hotels advertising.. It detracted from the general quality of the hotel.. The Hausler next door has a total priority policy for guests next to the De La Ville on their rooftop and indeed our existing hotel in Portifino the same,. Pity it detracted from our stay.

Our room had a beautiful view and was very spacious. Located near Villa Borghese park (5 min walk) and within 15 mins of city center monuments and shops. Could not have been happier.

We stayed for 4 nights at the Holiday Inn, the airport shuttle was not available to bring us from the airport but we were able to get it back so can't really complain. No problems with check in, the ladies on reception were very friendly as was everyone we encountered at the hotels. Rooms were good size, very clean and serviced every day. Breakfast has plenty of variety there is something for everyone, honestly if you couldn't find something to eat its not the hotels fault. The hot food isn't exactly hot but the hotel caters for large numbers so its not a cooked to order type of place and again if you want a full English this is not the place to go. We ate a few nights in the restaurant and to be honest if was very hit and miss, pizza was good as was the pasta dishes. we had the chicken one night and it wasn't the best. Kids eat free so added bonus. The gym is well equipped. the pool was being renovated so we got to use the pool a few minutes walk from the hotel again it would have been nice to be informed that the pool was being renovated just so we would have had choice about our booking but again nothing major about a few minutes walk. The bar is really lovely to have a drink and chill but the hotel when we stayed was very busy so didn't get a real opportunity to sit and relax there. No major complaints from us but would have loved a fridge in the room it was super hot outside and would have been nice to have the complimentary water chilled. On our last night a tour group arrived so there was a lot of banging of doors and people talking in the corridor late in the night, nothing the hotel can do about loud individuals being inconsiderate to those asleep but other than that a very nice stay. Reception sell the train tickets into Rome and the station is a short walk away. The area is a bit run down but that's nothing to do with the hotel. We would be back to see the renovations in the pool area. Thank you

The hotel front desk is very good in English and the communication is barrier free. Because it is a Marriott member, you can get free internet access. Compared to the hotel in the city center, the room is large and the balcony is large. That is, the kettle will cause a jump, and directly find the problem within five minutes. Next to the hotel is the Gemeli Railway Station. Take the three stops and get off at the Metro Line A to get anywhere in Rome.

The room was small, but it had all the internal organs. We went in winter. The room was warm and quiet. The hotel is relatively new and the service is good. There are bus tickets at the front desk, which were refunded when we bought more. You can book a business car at the airport hotel. 58 euros, not cheap, but convenient. Overall, not bad. Praise!

Very nice surprise for the location and the neighborhood, we are 200m from the Colosseum and in front of the San Clemente church. I had a balcony set by windows which made me dizzy with a total view of the Colosseum, very beautiful memory. Small less the hotel has a dreadful modern architecture, but from inside it passes. The rooms are well equipped, the reception is very attentive and spoke perfect French or English. Breakfast takes place on the ground floor with a view of the street, you are served as much as you want but the service is done behind a plexiglass, tea, coffee, eggs, bacon, sausages, etc. I recommend the pancakes with maple syrup but the coffee is really disgusting, it's freeze-dried powder in the machines. There is a bar on the top floor, open from noon until midnight and the pool was not authorized for this beginning of October, too bad it was still 25 degrees! Finally I took advantage of the proximity of the Colosseum I went there very late or very early to have it all to myself. Magical moment !

This hotel is a lovely oasis away from the tourist areas of Rome. There is a shuttle bus into the centre which is very efficient and we used this every day. Well worth it. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, although dated and we found it very strange that they provided every amenity apart from the two essentials we like in a room - tea/coffee making tray and bottles of water. They did supply 2 tiny bottles which were it till the next day which was nowhere near enough for 30 degrees heat! Very odd for a 5 star hotel to restrict water bottles.... On arrival, we were told our luggage would be sent up to our room but after an hour waiting, went to concierge to try and locate our cases but were told they were too busy and would have to wait till they brought them up. Couldn't take cases up ourselves. The staff in the foyer bar and light dining were excellent and the cocktails were first class. As were the housekeeping staff on our floor who always greeted us with a smile and 'buongiorno'. Breakfast was served either at pool terrace or inside and was extensive choice and very good quality . The scrambled eggs were the best we have ever had in a hotel! Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Cavalieri and would definitely return .

At first, we thought we had a great deal and would be staying at a great hotel. The TripAdvisor photos looked great, the place looked clean in the pictures and it looked like it was a great deal. We ended up cancelling our entire trip which was meant to be Rome, Florence and then Milan and booking a next morning ticket home because the room had left me with such a major allergic reaction that I could barely see more than a foot in front of me. On the first night getting into Rome, we just arrived from the airport to try and get in the front for it to just be closed entirely having to figure out that we had to walk down this alleyway road to the bar and check in which honestly we thought was no big deal but we should have realised this was the first red flag. Then we were put on the first floor with a booking that had been in advance to enter the room and be hit instantly with such a strong smell of chemicals and perfume which was clearly trying to cover up the unpleasant smell which it didn't so it created this mix of intense chemicals, perfume and putrid smell. The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly and I could barely stay in there without my face starting to have a reaction so my partner seeing this got me out as quickly as possible and we found somewhere to eat and talk. We agreed that we would ask the reception in the morning if we could wash the sheets with a non-bio wash instead I had to see if that helped because before going for dinner we realised one of the perfume smells was coming from the sheets itself. When we got back we tried to enter our room for our key did not work until the 5th try and then we got in. This problem happened over 6 times and we had to go to the front desk half of those times to be let back in the room. I tried having a shower and while using the towel in the bathroom I was hit with another smell of some terribly cheap perfume completely drenching it. Water was coming out from both the bath and shower faucets and the mechanism to switch between the two wouldn't lock. Half an hour later my face swells up to a balloon, my partners booked our flight home and I'm sleeping in a hoodie with the hood up making sure not to put my face on the pillow because it's drenched in even more chemicals. We checked out the next morning first thing even though we were meant to be there for 4 more days and in Italy for another week. The last time I stayed in Rome I stayed in a hotel that was a lot cheaper and their sheets were 1000x better. We lost out on all of our holiday and money and I've never once experienced or left a bad review for a place or left a place the very next day. If you want to pay a large amount for cheap hotel accommodation this is the place.

Advantages: Although very biased, but cost-effective. The front desk service is very good, you can help to call taxi at the front desk, very convenient. Breakfast is very cheap, but there are very few options to choose from, but the breakfast in Europe, wherever you go, is nothing more than those things, and the category is a bit less. The surrounding environment is relatively quiet, but the school is a school opposite the day, slightly noisy, but it won't start very early, so it will not affect the rest. There is a balcony, the balcony is very large, sitting on the balcony and smoking a cell phone is very comfortable. Disadvantages: 1. The equipment is really old, the bathroom facilities are very poor, but they are all easy to use, just old. 2. The bed is not very comfortable, it seems that the two mattresses are put together, and there is a dividing line in the middle of sleeping. 3. The lights in the room are very dim, and the tables and chairs feel like what I was at home in the 80s. 4. The surrounding area is not very prosperous. The need to eat is very far away. The supermarket is about 1 km away. It is recommended that the selected small partners buy all of your accommodations in the supermarket one day. You don’t have to go back and forth. 5. It's really a bit biased. It takes about 10-15 Euros to get into the city. The cost is a bit high. Next time I would rather live in the city. In fact, the money for the taxi is coming out every day. But if you have an international driver's license and can rent a motorcycle in Italy, you can still consider it. personal suggestion

We had a great experience at this hotel and the rooms are surprisingly big for Europe with lots of space in the bedroom and a roomy bathroom. The front desk was also very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is very convenient and we were a 10 minute walk to Roma Termini and within a half an hour walk of the many sights of Rome like the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. There are many good restaurants in the area too.

If it's location you are looking for this is perfect. Everything is 20mins walking distance and easy to navigate. The hotel itself is basic and could do with some updating. Main comments would be paying €5 per day for the room safe (which is key operated from a bag of identical keys) is a bit extortionate. Breakfast is a bit lacking. Pastries, cakes, stale bread. Also I'm gluten free the options were limited to rice cakes and tiny bowls of fruit. One pointer for breakfast is you can ask for a cappuccino (which they don't advertise but is very nice) Rooms are clean and kept clean daily. The staff were friendly and helpful. WiFi was free with our booking but could be a bit slow. The TV in the room is a bit useless. No English channels (not even the news) and also Netflix doesn't work even though it's a smart TV. Would definitely recommend if you are happy to have just a place to sleep that's close for exploring the city.

My 2 point rate are for: 1 for the fact that the clean lady came in the room every day for cleaning/changing towels/arranging the bed 1 for the lady from breakfast :) The hotel is near Termini train station - which it was good because you can take easily train/bus/metro. The rooms are small, but ok for what we needed. In the bathroom you have towels, soap, shampoo/shower gel. There are several restaurant near the hotel. The breakfast that we had included was poor, but enough so that you can have something in your stomach. :) Other than that, i didn’t enjoy the time spent here because it was a very very very noisy experience. Noise from the street and from inside (other tourists). I do not recommand this hotel!
