The location is very good just 3mins walk to Earl's court station. Room is quite small but it's ok as long as bathroom is clean. Staffs were very helpful. Overall, everything is good and worth for your money.

Close to the Earl's Court subway station, a row of white buildings are various hotels. The room is very small and has air conditioning. When I went, the elevator was broken, but there were staff to help carry the suitcases. Do consider tipping.

This hotel is conveniently based for central London. There was a warm welcome and I was given a key card and also a key for the front door should I wish to be back late. The room was a small single. Small tv. Tea and coffee making facilities. The small bathroom was clean and the shower was hot. Pillows were not great quality but the linens were clean. My problem was the paper thin wall between me and the next room. The person in that room was making work calls on speaker phone until midnight and then started again at 5am. He also appeared to have a coughing problem. It was a really unpleasant night as he seemed to keep going in and out of his room extremely loudly. His door was directly adjacent to my room. Although this is not the fault of the hotel, it really affected my nights sleep and so my rating.

We (being myself a woman and my twelve year old daughter) stayed here for three nights in November of 2022. We got a great deal on this hotel, we only paid 205 pounds for three nights. You do get what you pay for, the place is very basic, the hallway carpets are not the cleanest, there is a smell (like a combo of old person and BO in the hallway) but that being said it was a good experience. We used the room for sleeping only. Our room was on the basement level and it was small but it was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We had two clean towels and a mostly working tv and Wifi. Not all rooms have a bathroom in them but ours did and it was clean, the shower had hot water and our sink was in our room. We were not bothered by any street noise and we slept very well here. We found George at the front desk to be very freindly and helpful. The hotel is in a fantastic central location, half a block from the tube and several bus lines. It is safe and there is a grocery store and many restaurants in the area including an Indian place that was affordable and fantastic. We did not have maid service during our stay but they did come in and change our garbages every day. Breakfast was fine for what we paid, two pieces of warm toast with jam and butter, a hard boiled egg and a small piece of cheese along with orange juice and coffee or tea. It was served by a sweet, warm cheerful woman dressed in a Santa hat. For us this was a great place to stay, it was safe, it was clean it was comfortable and although basic it was very affordable in a very expensive city. We would stay here again and we would recommend it to those who want an affordable basic place in a great safe location to stay while visiting London.

I love this place! So clean and comfy, the little kitchenette is so handy and the location is really good for easy access to both tube and buses! I’ve stayed here twice cause I love it and for the price you can’t really complain. The staff are lovely and always happy to help. Overall a great place to stay when you’re in London!

Front desk service has room for improvement, but can Breakfast only bread and cheese, no meat and eggs Room is thinner than expected Stayed for three days, one day in the morning, but I didn’t pick up the room at night, and I packed up the breakfast the next morning. A little racist. As a traveler from the US on business, I'm very frequently the only Black person in the room. This was the case for a few days here at this hotel as well. One day it was raining and a lovely gentleman on front desk duty lended me a KK hotel umbrella as I went out. Upon returning, I thanked him and handed him the umbrella back but another woman was there. An Asian woman (if this helps mgt narrow it down). As I was walking to the elevator, she rapidly asked me my room number. Now, I just returned an umbrella so clearly I'm staying here, right? Maybe she was asking because she wanted to send champagne? Nope. That never happened. She was racially profiling. I let her know I was in Room 303 but went back downstairs to address this with her to ask WHY she asked me that, but she had left her shift. I started not to leave this review but I have to. If you're Black, I would stay somewhere else. As many of us know, this is never a good feeling. P.S. KK Hotel, if you have audio on your cameras, check the evening of Tuesday, July 19, 2022 if you'd like to substantiate. And maybe partner with HR and invest in a little social awareness training. In case you didn't know, you have racists on your staff.

The location is close to the city center, and the subway station is just a three-minute walk away. The traffic is very convenient. There are pubs such as Tesco, KFC, McDonald's Burger King, and Blackbird. The hotel rooms are comfortable, the air is clean and fresh, the facilities are newer, the service is good, and the breakfast is very good.
