|2.75km from city centerThe friends we went to from the airport were very convenient. It would be great if we took a taxi directly. Then the front desk service was very friendly. We stayed in so many hotels and felt that the price performance of the hotel was very high. Recommended

White clean towels, clean pillows and bedding. I will stay here again lots of places to visit were ten min drive away and a big shopping center a walking distance!

|2.43km from city centerWhen I opened the bed sheets I found a brown stain. It was really disgusting. Moreover, the pillow was so unconfortable. I woun't dare to call it pillow, it was literally flat. I woke up with neck pain, of course... The curtains are so short that it doesn't cover the whole window. For me it's a problem as I need darkness to sleep. On the other side, I informed them by email with several days in advance (plus when I checked in), that I was gluten intolerant and that I would need something gluten free (bread or whatever) for breasfast. When I arrived to the breakfast buffet the next morning they served me 1 TOAST. That's all. I asked them for another piece of bread and they said they run out of it. Ridiculous. Definetively, a disaster. I will not go back

|1.05km from city centerThe hotel is simply clean, located at the park behind the Baltic Sea Stadium. The two stars at the service have the really (no irony!) friendly older gentleman in late and also the delightful night service in the roll.
The young lady is recommended to go to the day service a profession where she does not have to/shall/shall be able to handle with customers.

|2.23km from city centerWe spent our summer holiday this year in Warnundür Hof and had a really great time. Despite the many Corona restrictions, the staff was very professional and well managed. Here you can see that Mrs Boldt, as restaurant manager, has the store and the staff is very valuable and still consistent. We had great respect for the fact that the service staff had always carried masks and also always correctly (and not even under the nose or just half-hearted etc.). The restaurant is really top for the quality of the food and does not have to hide behind luxury restaurants, especially the 3-G-ange menus in the half-pension were a dream. The only two criticisms: - The bike rental fee of EUR 9 is very expensive, especially given the individual old bikes. There would be a more cheap multiday rate. - The breakfast eggs were cooked very differently and could be a bit more soft than very hard;)

|2km from city centerGood choice for stay at the city. Very nice hotel and excelent bed. One of the best night sleeps I had out of home. Good option for the minibar - its free if you opt out of the service of cleaning for your room. Nice view to the harbor and good connection to the city transport networks.

|1.57km from city centerWe were five nights here and we liked it very well. Rooms are bright, clean and modern furnished. Beds are adjustable and shower has several settings. Breakfast was very tasty and it was something for everyone, whether hearty or sweet, yoghurt musli or bread. Orange juice could be pressed itself and other juices were ready. Tea selection was very large and coffee was also available. The only small criticism point: The service force at breakfast (slim, blond, a little older) has made differences between guests. Bsp: Some people have pressed the juice to the table, others should press it themselves and so on. Therefore it exercises a point deduction. Conclude: Hotel is super and recommendable. We're happy to come back.

|4.88km from city centerHe has been here for a long time. The Corona crisis has, of course, left her footprint here. Now, strict hygiene rules are welcome, which make you feel safe and protected. The rooms are unchangedly pleasant and clean. Also stayed the comfortable sleeping comfort in comfortable beds. Abundant parking facilities at the house and a best-sorted breakfast buffet round, together with a friendly service, our positive picture. So recommend the country house.

|2.78km from city centerI feel a little sad for this property. A former Steigenberger, it opened more than 25 years ago and you still can tell, a lot of money was spend on the interior back than. But that, as mentioned, was more than 25 years ago! The now Vienna House faces a lot of competition by new hotels (Ana, Premier Inn, Motel One) or recently renovated one (pentahotel, Radisson Blu), so they just can't carry on with the 1990's style - it definately needs a makeover. Wooden furniture with dents and water marks everywhere, yellowed lamp shades, stained walls, carpets and ceilings... it's just not state of the art, anymore. Wifi was very unstable and we encountered an hairdryer without a protective grid which was a security hazard. That said: we slept great as our superior room was totally quiet and we really enjoyed the huge breakfast buffet. Staff was overall courteous and we were granted late check-out for no surcharge. The hotel's location is central with several tram lines just a few meters away and only a short walk to the pedestrian zone. Would me return? Yes, we would as the rates do reflect the outdated hotel's interior and the pros still weigh more than the cons.

|0.69km from city centerWe needed a night accommodation for 1 night. The hotel was perfect. It works all new and modern. Our room had a double bed and a double bed. The cleanliness was innocent. The mattresses were not yet passed through. The breakfast buffet was small, but for 7.50€ incl. drinks, unsatisfactory, cheap. S-track and tram are in the immediate vicinity. Point deduction is available for too few parking and little rooms at breakfast. There can be time to wait for shots. All in all a very good price-performance ratio and very recommend!

|1.37km from city centerWe travelled for Easter 2022. We chose Aja Warnemünde because we had visited Aja Bad Sarow once and were satisfied. We paid a total of 1200 euros for 3 nights for 3 people with half-pension. Then the disappointment came on the first day of the trip. In the spa area we should share a bed to third, because there were not enough beds. Ground - many external visitors that were identified on the bracelets and so the beds were not enough for the hotel guests. The next disappointment came to the evening - the most beautiful tables with sea view in the restaurant were already “reserved” for the entire stay. Eating is OK, but nothing special. Tomates were of the cheapest - without taste. We wanted to go to bed tired when we realized that the bed linen was everywhere with holes. After our request next day, the bed linen was changed. But this is not possible - not for the price of EUR 1200. The hotel is located in the centre of the city centre and is located in the centre of the city centre. This should happen with us on Sunday - but it is not!! We only got toilet paper and towels according to my request, although the room should actually be sucked because the sand of the floor was already dirty. A lady then wanted to clean the room just Monday before check out - there was no coordination between reception and cleaning. If we weren't in the room, the lady would have cleaned the room twice.... before checkout and after. So overall disappointing. Concluded: The young lady at the pool bar was very nice. There were offers of osters for the children. The massage in the Niveahaus by the staff member Elizabeth was very pleasant.

|0.67km from city centerYou have to keep the hotel open for a few days, but: -the Superior rooms are only different by about + 2 qm from the standard rooms, -the rooms have no cooling possibility for drinks in the room. There is no drinking machine or ice machine throughout the hotel. -the bicycles booked and promised were not yet there, -the parking situation was devastating since there was still a building site (in the rest, the price per night is not proportional to the price of the stay, with €15 per car), -with our 4-tday stay, only one seat was working for the entire hotel, -the carpet in our room was not cleaned during our stay. My husband's trousers were full of dust when he accidentally dropped them to the ground. Every day the bed was re-recovered 🙂. -the arthotel is not optically different from the B&B hotel just next to it. This resulted in we first landed in the wrong hotel, - breakfast for €12 per person is not bad, but also not good. One-tone, completely unsalated rhetoric, fruit nectar instead of juice. Every morning the same - the location is not top. Ca. 3 km to the center, surrounded by streets. In the area of 400 m only the Neptun Center with Edeka and Aldi ... No restaurant, no stick. However, you can only go to the city port about 10 minutes. There you can find a few restaurants. What was positive: -the people at the reception were friendly and effort. -the tram stop was just around the corner, -the soap in the donors smells good, - there was a cafe all day for free. All in all we wouldn't choose the hotel again.

|3.45km from city centerA simple functional equipment. Unfortunately, a large group did not allow breakfast in the first two days. Although there are many nice and good cafés in Rostock, the search became more difficult than expected. There was a lot of booking in the morning.
From the 3rd day we had breakfast in the hotel, which was much more relaxed. All we needed was available. There was even sheep and mandel milk, so I was “saved”, as I can't eat everything and I depend on corn flakes with fruit. The staff was super friendly and pre-existent. It was nicely clean everywhere.

|1.42km from city centerThe communication was properly completed immediately after the booking, the confirmation with all details came quickly by email. Since I was in the hotel more often, check-in was also prompt because the data were already available. My room wish was also considered. The hotel points with its 1A-Lage on the promenade. The gastronomic facilities cover a large range, from cafe to broilerbar, the staff are friendly and service-oriented. In the restaurant ”Dünenfein” I wished a little more look for the details (e.g. if you want to order something more as guest) - it was perhaps something due to the stress of the staff, but it was a bad thing. After a delle in service quality immediately during and after Corona I had the impression that it is going up again despite all the difficulties (managed skills ...). There are a lot of young people who are trained - I wish them not to lose their elan in the exercise of the profession. The fitness center has very modern equipment, I like the pool. The bathroom in the room seemed to have been renovated - which has strengthened the overall positive impression. I don't feel the hotel has come ”in the years”, as some reviews suggest, but it's certainly subjective. I'm always happy there and enjoy the comforts of the hotel. It is not a pretty little bit - but I have never regretted my choice for my outtime in warning mouth.

|4.94km from city centerWe spent a prolonged weekend in this hotel and were excited! The staff is very customer-oriented, friendly and premature. Our room was large enough, equipped and clean. The interior is “the hamer”! But look stylish and really beautiful. The mix of modern, nature and colors has been mega successful. The wellness program offered we have of course also used. Massage and (small) swimming pool directly in the hotel. The arrival went well, the hotel is located something outside of Rostock, but very well to reach. Our room was equipped with a double bed, safe, TV, night table, luggage, desk, the bathroom was equipped with shower, washing table, toilet, oven, make-up mirror, soap, shower gel, shampoo. Fast and friendly check-in and check-out. The staff in the restaurant is top trained and advanced. The staff in the restaurant is top trained and advanced. The food would be allocated to the high class. The price/performance ratio is appropriate. The breakfast buffet was “the knocker”! Sufficiently available and also regularly made. The only thing missed a small smack was the time frame that was allocated so you had to look at the clock. The swimming pool in the hotel is a little small but sufficient for a wellness weekend. The offered massages were pleasant, but we were used to something else from our domestic massages. (As a woman I would have preferred a woman to be a massage woman. But that's my personal “problem”.) Price-performance ratio: Very good We'll certainly come back again.

|11.56km from city centerWe were spontaneously for a night there. Beautiful, quietly located hotel. Super nice staff, bar very competent and delicious cocktails. Eating was great. Breakfast for everyone with something. We had eaten on the terrace in the evening and morning, which was very pleasant. Rooms were beautiful, clean and the mattresses did not cause back pain. We had not managed to get the pool and wellness area in the short time. The beach and the Baltic Sea are very close to the beach and is very good at 10 minutes.

|9.66km from city centerWe had our family Christmas here. Besides the nice design of the hotel and the clean rooms, there is nothing good about this place. The service here was unfriendly, slow, and disorganized from the start of our booking through check out. The staff seems to be mainly comprised of grumpy trainees. They also don’t seem to speak German or English very well, which understandably makes it difficult to provide good service. The painful experience started with the booking process. Our group wanted a block of 6 suites. The reservations team took 7-9 days to respond between each email, sometimes only after me following up. In the week leading up to our stay, the team was a bit more responsive, but in general they made it needlessly difficult to organize our stay with them. When we arrived, we didn’t even get a “hello” from the reception. The keys were shoved in our face and no info or help was offered (no info about breakfast, where the facilities were, no offer of help with our luggage). Except for the breakfast, the food is overpriced, the selection is not great, and taste-wise, the food was pretty bland and unmemorable. One night in da Mario, we waited 20 mins to get our leftovers packed, and we ended up just leaving as it seemed the staff had totally forgotten about us. Another night in the Brasserie, the staff seemed very annoyed to serve us - to be fair it was busy that night, but our group felt unwelcome and uncomfortable there. They’ve overpriced a lot of their food and drink; make sure to bring your own water bottles or you’ll be stuck paying 7,90€ for 0,5L water. One night we asked for two liters of water delivered to the room; the bill including service charge and tip was nearly 40€ 😄 The last little treat from their staff came today: due to illness, we needed to late cancel two of our spa reservations. When we canceled, the spa generously offered to let us cancel free of charge. However, after we left, their team emailed us to let us know nevermind, we would have to pay after all.

|2.74km from city centerYes, the ”Small Sun” has actually come into the years. However, all staff made great effort to meet our wishes. Some are not keeping so easy when the hotel is in the renovation process. We were allowed to move to a very nice room to the neighbouring hotel ”Vienna House Sun” because there were some serious shortcomings in the room of the ”Small Sun”. In this hotel the beds were wonderful, everything very clean and friendly furnished! Just a hotel of the higher class ...here we felt very well. Breakfast was an excellent start for the day. EXCEPTION! But the best was really the wonderful friendly staff. You will make it to give the ”Small Sun” new glory.
