|2.93km from city centerJust returned from our holiday in Port Alcudia staying at Siesta Apartments. We booked a superior double apartment with a pool view (number 138). The complex is at the top end of the ***** and there are bars, supermarkets and the usual tourist shops close by. The beach at the bottom end of the ***** is around a 20 minute walk. There is a bus stop a few minutes walk with a service to the Old Town and Puerto Pollenca. Our apartment was modern and spacious with two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, shower room and modern kitchen with built in appliances, full size fridge and freezer, IKEA crockery. We had a pool view and large balcony with table and chairs for eating outside. The apartment was well equipped with flat screen television (only one English Channel BBC news) but we didn’t come away to watch TV), free safe and air conditioning. We stayed during October half term in the last week of the season and the complex wasn’t as full as it could have been. There were always plenty of sunbeds available around the pool. The grounds and pool area were well maintained. We ate a couple of times at the on site bar the Red Lion and the food was good and reasonably priced. There is also a small Spar shop selling basic supplies and holiday essentials. Would definitely recommend.

|7.66km from city centerThe room is very comfortable. The bathroom is great. It has a flat-screen TV, heating and air conditioning. You will find a small refrigerator full of refreshments and a cupboard with sugar, coffee, infusions and a water heating. All very clean and careful until the last detail. Breakfast was not missing detail. Buffet type. Adaptable to all kinds of tastes and diets for their variety. All very good. The wonderful environment with very beautiful views. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable with very careful gardens. The receptionist is called Paqui, it is the person we have treated with. It is a charming, friendly, servicey woman and all the good adjectives you want to put on. The type of employee that all who have companies would like to have.

|2.41km from city centerJust returned from a three nights stay at JS Sol de Alcudia. Impressed from start to finish. A special shout-out must be given to Antonie on reception. Even at 2am for our check-in he gave exceptional service with a smile and made us feel so welcome. We enjoyed seeing him throughout our stay and feel he needs recognition for his hard work. We booked a twin room which although didn’t have the best of views, the room was everything we needed. Cleaned daily to a high standard. Light and airy with working air con…a must! Lovely and spacious shower. We had a few ants here and there but they didn’t bother us too much. We did feel the cost of the safe was a little high. For three days it wasn’t too much of a bother but had we stayed for longer this would have been costly! We never had an evening meal here however we ate breakfast each morning which had plenty of selection, both hot and cold. Nothing spectacular but it did the job. Croissants and pastries a personal favourite. We also feel very grateful that the breakfast area was opened for us early due to our early check out. The pool area was clean with plenty of sun beds. It never felt too crowded and there was a positive atmosphere. The bar offered a variety of drinks and snacks with many cocktails to try which is just what we wanted! Thanks so much to the whole team for making our stay such a positive one. I will not hesitate to book again when returning to Alcudia. Amelia and Phoebe.

|2.81km from city centerWe travelled as a family of 23. After staying here several times from 2013. Unfortunately so much has changed and not for the better. The morrocco bar is no longer existent and the kids play park outside the bar has also been removed there is a new park in the fedra blocks but this is a bit of a walk from the main reception. The only place for nighttime entertainment is now the show Garden and with not a great deal for kids to do at night this left them wanting money all night for the fair. Removing the bar was a really bad idea. The food is not bad you will always find something to eat although will be warm only as its buffet meals. All the staff are fantastic tho couldn't fault the staff or the entertainment team. Pool bar barman jose is just a great guy does his job so well he really makes this place enjoyable. And also Deborah at the show garden bar. I love alcudia and love bellevue Unfortunately because of the changes made here I don't think I would return.

|2.49km from city centerThis is a very strange hotel. The lobby is beautiful and misleads you into thinking you are at a 5* resort. Unfortunately, there were several things that added up to a poor experience. After check in, we were directed to an extremely cramped set of rickety elevators that would not be out of place in a flat built in the 1970s. This poses a huge challenge if you have luggage. We had to take 3 trips to get upstairs with just 2 adults, a baby, and minimal luggage. We got to the room late at night only to discover two maintenance issues: 1) The room was absolutely freezing as the AC was stuck at the lowest thermostat setting. The electrician informed us that due to a fault, the AC could only be permanently switched on or off through the main fuse box. The rest of my week consisted of making several trips to the fuse box to ensure the room was neither swelteringly hot nor freezing cold. 2) The bathroom sink was clogged when we checked in and we had to call the maintenance team to unclog it. Another minor inconvenience was that the hotel has the Do Not Disturb and Please Clean the Room signs permanently fixed outside the door. Each time, we put up the Do Not Disturb sign, someone from outside used to change this to Please Clean the Room leading to staff showing up when we did not want to be disturbed. All of this was unfortunate because overall, our sea-view room was extremely spacious and clean with modern fittings and a huge balcony. The hotel has no parking. You will need to rely on street parking, which is free but not easy to get. Depending on your luck, you may need to circle the block a few times until you find a spot to park. The biggest disappointment was the dining room, which felt like a factory conveyor belt. The quantity of food available is immense. The quality is immensely disappointing. We stayed 4 nights and each night the food was consistently poor. Moreover, the serving plates and glasses were absolutely filthy. At breakfast, 95% of the ”clean” coffee mugs next to the coffee machine had stains or food particles on them (see attached pic). Same with the ”clean” plates, most of which had food particles or stains on them. Moreover, the staff at the dining room are a bit disingenuous. At breakfast, water is free. At dinner, water is charged - something you need to figure out the hard way as they conveniently don't bother to tell you. The property itself is well landscaped and consists of 3 pools, including one for babies. There is also a kids play area alongside organized kids activities although most of these were directed to older, Spanish-speaking kids. Overall, this hotel could be very good but appears to be quite poorly managed. Definitely not returning.

|3.78km from city centerWe had stayed at this hotel before, prior to the pandemic, and really enjoyed our stay, so were eager to return. Unfortunately, our return stay was not as good, which was a huge disappointment. We were given room 318, which has a partial sea view, but generally a view of a petrol station, and the hotel bins. Not the best start, given the smell. As we unpacked, we noticed the air con would only work on fan 2, any other setting resulted in the air con switching off, on its own, not so much of an issue. Then we noticed the toilet flush didn't work, or rather the eco-flush didn't. Then we noticed the washing line in the shower had snapped and had not been replaced. Then we noticed the balcony door handle was loose (almost falling off, I tightened this myself). Then we noticed some of the balcony railings were not secure, one, which was supposed to be secured in three sections was only held on by the middle section and rocked if leaned on. There were only 2 chairs for the 3 of us to sit on, on the balcony. Then we noticed the light on the kitchen was held on by what appeared to be either the wire or one screw. Outdoor light was cracked, wall had an S scratched into it, in the kitchen area, cupboards didn't shut properly, the room just felt worn out. I was of the impression that, as we had arrived at the end of season this year, the room had taken somewhat of a hammering over the summer and maintenance was lacking. I spoke with reception and asked for another room, was advised they were fully booked, so not possible. I explained that the air con was only functioning on one setting, the toilet only partly flushed, the clothes line in the shower was snapped and the kitchen light looked unsafe. I was informed the hotel no longer had washing lines in the showers (in which case, why leave the broken one in?) and that maintenance would be along shortly. A maintenance man arrived within 10mins and fixed the toilet flush. He adjusted the kitchen light, to hang slightly further on the other side, so it almost looked like the gap between ceiling and light fixture was intentional, and said he couldn't do anything with the air con, so just to use setting 2. We got on with the holiday and tried to put the issues with the room out of mind. Then the air con started leaking all over the floor, a steady stream of water. Back to reception, maintenance man was out again within 5 minutes and fixed the leaking air con and gave our son a bag of sweets, which was a nice gesture. A bit of the door handle fell off. I fixed this again myself. I was tempted to begin fixing the flapping seal around the door but decided against it. We began to notice, that whilst there were not many children in the hotel, our hallway was littered with buggies, which in itself was hazardous. As the holiday went on, we noticed that the bedsheets had not been changed, on either our bed, or our son's, this was the case for the entire two week stay, with the sheets at the end of the

|1.84km from city centerBQ Delfin Azul Hotel is the BEST hotel I’ve ever been to. It was always spotlessly clean, every single staff member was outstanding, everyone who helped us were all welcoming and kind and I must say it was some of the best customer service I’ve ever received in a hotel. We booked as a couple for a “babymoon” as I am 27 weeks pregnant so we spent 90% of our time in the hotel - we had breakfast included in our stay which was amazing each morning with plenty of variety; we then would spend the day by the pool which was never over crowded and there was a poolside bar and restaurant which served stunning lunch and great mocktails! The staff would also host daytime events such as darts, snooker, table tennis etc which was extremely fun! We usually went out to eat in the evenings so cannot review the dinner-time buffet unfortunately but every night without fail we would return to the hotel for 20:45 for the entertainment which was great for both kids and adults. The location is also ideal, just a 5 minute walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants, shops etc within 20 minutes (walking) each way of the hotel - but not too close to bars / restaurants so that you had any disturbance in the nights, we had a really peaceful stay with no disturbance from party goers at all. This hotel was always going to get a 5* review from me due to all of the above but I want to make a special mention to the entertainer Dante who made our stay memorable. Dante is one of the best people we’ve had the pleasure of knowing, he is so funny, outgoing and extremely personable - honestly I would come back to this hotel just for him. Not only was he great with the kids, he also took the time to get involved with the adults and knew us by our names on the first day we arrived and would always go out of his way to greet us even if it was over the microphone as we walked into the lounge in the evenings. Dante really made this trip one of the best holidays we’ve had and I could not be happier with our experience at BQ Deflin Azul. We cannot wait to return next year with our own little one. Gracias to all of the hotel staff but especially Dante - you were all outstanding.

|2.53km from city centerHaving just returned from a solo trip to Mallorca (staying at the THB Bamboo) for a week, I feel compelled to let you all know how great this hotel is. It was somewhat daunting travelling alone for the first time, but I could not have chosen a better place to stay... Aside from the beautiful location, the cleanliness and the overall positive atmosphere, it's the staff that made this stay special. They were, every single one of them, friendly, helpful, efficient and unfailingly indulgent of my fledgling attempts to speak Spanish with them. They left me feeling far more positive that I might be able to hold an actual conversation in Spanish with some (a lot...) more practice! I really cannot praise them highly enough. Thank you in particular to the two receptionists who managed to unweave the tangled web that was organising my transfer back to the airport - I'd probably still be going round in circles if it wasn't for your help. If you're looking for a peaceful, chilled out, modern place to stay in a beautiful part of the world, you could certainly do a lot worse than this hotel. I would happily stay again and was certainly very sorry to have to leave. Thanks for a great stay. David (uno, cero, dos)

|4.19km from city centerA clean hotel in a great location. Half-board dinner and breakfast with plenty of choice for food. I'm very pleased that they had lactofree milk and cheese. Live food stations at both breakfast and dinner. Drinks were reasonably priced. There are 3 pools with plenty of sun loungers at each. People were not putting towels down to reserve a lounger. Evening entertainment was decent, we were out during the day so did not experience the day time pool activities. The beach is a 2-5min walk away. There are supermarkets a few doors down and restaurants and bars within walking distance. Our only disappointment was that the room was not cleaned on the first day, and when it was cleaned the bedsheet smelled damp. The hotel have a good scheme, if you sign up to not having your room cleaned everyday, they credit you 15 euros for each day. This money was deducted from our final bill and essentially paid for our drinks. It would be great if they could put a kettle and Two mugs in the rooms. We bought our own from here to take after reading on other reviews. We would definitely return to this hotel.

|0.16km from city centerWelcoming and professional staff who offer up a free drink on arrival. They’re enthusiasm and job knowledge is a credit to the hotel. Nothing seemed too much bother. The public areas are immaculate with a wonderful refreshing and relaxing fragrance. Our room (103) was lovely. Practical and luxurious! Breakfast was 5-star and exceeded our needs. The pool and sun terrace were ideal for sunbathing and sitting in the shade. We used the spa on the last day and it was immaculate. It needs to be booked, but it feels like your own private area making it more relaxing. The location couldn’t me more central, so ideal for walking around alcudia for meals. We parked our car near the bull ring in a free public car park and it was only a short walk to the hotel. Not the cheapest, but you definitely get what you pay for.

|1.71km from city centerMy boyfriend and I are just back from an all-inclusive, 4-night stay at Aluasoul Alcúdia Bay, which exceeded our expectations by a million miles. We arrived late on the first night to a friendly receptionist, a bright, clean, and spacious bedroom, and a dinner very thoughtfully set aside for us. We had a great impression of the hotel from the moment we arrived, and our stay only got better from there. Every single member of staff that we interacted with, from Davide in entertainment, to the cleaners and restaurant servers, was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and efficient. The food was delicious, as were the cocktails and other drinks we tried. There were plenty of typically British foods on offer for unadventurous eaters, but there were also many tastes of Spain: paella, tortilla, tostada con tomate, churros etc. I myself am vegetarian and my boyfriend is somewhat fussy, but neither of us had any trouble getting our value for money at the buffet. Our wine glasses were always refilled before we had noticed they were empty, and our plates were cleared the moment we finished. We also really enjoyed the entertainment, which we hadn’t expected to. On the first night we watched a wonderfully charismatic singer who had most of the audience on their feet, and on the second we saw a mesmerising flamenco show. The pool was a little too chilly for our liking but that’s what you get for going in October. And although the hotel was at 95% capacity, so we were told, there was always space to sit at dinner and by the pool. It did, however, get fairly busy at times, and the best seats were often taken. We are so grateful to all staff for making our stay so wonderful. Our only real complaint is that the trip wasn’t long enough. ¡Muchas gracias!

|0.21km from city centerNice hotel with special hotel rooms in the middle of the old center of Alcudia. The location is really perfect. Our room was very spacious and clean. The big 2 personal bed was fine! Breakfast was not very extensive but everything was delightful fresh and good taste. This hotel is really a recommender. Disadvantage: the hotel has no lift so you need to sweep up a staircase with your bags. For disabled there are only 2 rooms available
