|4.65km from city centerI stayed here for 5 nights and the room was very clean, pleasant and with air conditing, which was needed in his heat and humitidy. The beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet. The whole area is beautiful, and the pool was never too busy. We had wonderful views of the top of Tibidabu from both our room and the pool. The staff were so helpful and there were no issues communicating, despite my limited Spanish! The glass at the front of the building could do with a clean, but honestly, that is the only thing I could say that was negative. My window in my room was very clear and clean! I would definitely come back again. There is easy access to both trains and busses and a coffee shop, convenience store and pharmacy just a couple of blocks away. The old town is beautiful and less than 5 minutes away. I would come here again.

|5.84km from city centerA very pleasant stay, we arrived late at night and the woman on reception was polite and spoke great English. Our room was basic but clean and tidy and that's all we wanted and expected. The hotel was fairly quiet, I have read a few reviews about loud music but we had a room at the front of the hotel only 1 floor up and I can honestly say we heard nothing and got 3 good nights sleep. The hotel is situated quite far away from the main part of Barcelona where many of the tourist locations are but its about a 5 minute walk to the nearest tube station and it's all easy enough to navigate so you are there in no time at all. Every night we stayed we retired back to the hotel about 7 or 8pm we sat in the bar area until about 11pm and had a few relaxing drinks. The two people on the bar a young girl and an older gentleman where absolutely fantastic and I cannot thank them enough for making us feel welcome, they bent over backwards to make us feel at home and served us drinks to our table as well as supplying us with some complimentary nuts which never go a miss after a few beers. All in all it was perfect for our long weekend break. Thank you.

The location is great - walking distance from many of the city's best attractions and restaurants. It also has a great rooftop bar that overlooks the city. The fine dining restaurant at the hotel is also very good, and we had an excellent dinner there. We did, however, have a problem with one aspect of the hotel. They advertise tours which are described in great detail on the hotel website. The problem is that as of our visit the website had not been updated post-Covid and the description of the very expensive tour that we booked was inaccurate and we did not what was advertised. After a lot of arguing on our part, and after initial push back by the hotel's management, the finally made things right. All's well that ends well, but it did put a tinge on an otherwise wonderful stay.

La Ramblas is a short walk away and around the hotel are lots of bars and shops. Recommend Lucciano’s ice cream and el nacional for drinks/ food. The room was perfect and clean good size and nice bathroom. Everyday we had a breakfast bag left with a muffin and juice and free coffee. A welcome treat. The staff were all lovely. We would definitely stay again and would recommend

I didn’t use the kitchen to cook. They just had a sponge to clean your dishes with which was kind of groose, I would have wanted a regular dishbrush. The walls is thin so you hear your neighbours much, earplugs was a must for me. This was the most negative about the hostel for me. But The staff helped to say to other guests if they where to loud. Nice and comfortable beds. Nice with big lockers/storage in your room. Really kind and helpful staff. Nice rooftoop to sit and eat your breakfast. It is a local tax you have to pay when you check im, 20 euros for me and my friend for 4 nights. Good location. Close to several supermarkets, restaurants, bars, metro and bus stops and we also walked from the hostel to some sightseeing things to save some money. Easy to get to the airport.

There is also a Chinese restaurant within walking distance, opposite Sants, which is more cost-effective than the paid breakfast provided by the hotel. After eating a breakfast, 7 euros a person, very few types, except coffee is cold. It is recommended to go to the Chinese restaurant to eat a bowl of beef noodles of 4.5 euros. The design of the rooms is contemporary and minimal, it was nice to get a good night’s sleep in a clean and clear space after spending the day in the city sightseeing. The breakfast menu is very limited, however there are some healty options to balance all the culinary experiences that are unmissable in Barcelona. The complementary luggage storage is a huge plus, so is the big supermarket next door.

Beds comfortable, well equipped kitchen (except no mugs only small cups), spacious rooms with one exception - the bathroom was very narrow! On arrival, it might have helped to have a few instructions as to where the buliding was (next door to Starbucks) rather than just the number. Would have given 5 stars were it not for a hiccup at check out. We phoned the day before and asked for a late check out - they offered to midday for free (an extra hour). When we went to put our case in the lockers over the road we came back to find ourselves locked out. Our phones were on charge in the apartment. So we returned to the other building and luckily found a member of staff who was getting some cleaning supplies. She kindly rang the office and they said they'd reset the code - but that didn't work either ... so another trip across the road and on the third attempt we were able to get back in to recover our day bag. So at least two members of staff had failed to do as promised but the lady who helped us was lovely! Nonetheless, if i should ever return to Barcelona i would be very happy to stay there again,.

Buffet breakfast was fine to fill yourself up on. Orange juice freshly squeezed perfect. The gentleman and lady on reception very helpful. Room had a nice balcony looking out over some other buildings but was very quiet. The people started building work but was very quiet up until about 9am, you don't really need to be up any later than that. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you need a bed in a tidy clean hotel for a few nights. Super

We took advantage of the hotel breakfast and it was perfectly acceptable -- nothing spectacular but no problems either. The shower in particular was a problem in that it drained poorly, was very slippery when wet (see: drained poorly), and caused a lot of flooding on the floor of the main bathroom, which increased the slippery danger. The beds were comfortable and I appreciated the staff leaving an extra pillow in the armoire if we wanted it.

The staff are so helpful and are full of knowledge of every activity there is to offer including the names of every bus/metro/train/tram station required to visit the said activity. It’s 10 minutes from the beach and there is a park right across the street. Cut through the park and you are on El Poblenou Rambla. Lots of choice for food, drink and desserts. Very cheap too. Not like what we have read about the main lad ramblas. It is 2 miles from the zoo also so we was very happy the location. We booked a double bed with sofa and it was more than accommodating for us as was our all day, back to the room to be showered and to bed. The shower was brilliant. Very relaxing after a long day of walking. The toiletries provided are branded and are very refreshing. You only need hair conditioner. Irons are also available from the reception desk. We could not fault this hotel and would highly recommend and visit again.

Hint for other travelers: there is a button on top of the thermostat that needs to be depressed.) It was an interior room. As the website made clear, interior rooms are small and faced an inner courtyard-- but I didn't mind that, and I felt it was a very fair trade off for the reasonable price. CONS There needs to be better noise insulation from inside noises. Every time anybody on the floor closed their door or spoke in the hallways, it echoed inside my room. This was a particular problem for me around bedtime-- it seemed like it was mostly Spaniards in the hotel with me, and I think they go to bed later than I do, which meant there was a fair amount of door-closing and chatting while I was trying to sleep.

It is relatively close to the subway line 4 and walks about 400 meters. The parking lot costs 16 Euros / day. The entrance is very narrow and easy to scratch. The room is not large after adding a sofa bed, the facilities are very new, the bathtub easily slips, the room has ventilation problems, it is stuffy, the windows are useless, and the patio is sealed with glass and airtight. Stayed for 4 nights, the room was relatively careless, 2 nights of which either had one less bath towel or one less towel. There are many choices around breakfast, do not eat in the hotel.

Really well located for the main attractions, supermarket next door for anything you need, bars/coffee shops on the doorstop. Once you are in the hotel it is like entering a calm oasis. Great breakfast included in our stay and a couple of complimentary drinks for being h10 club members. Staff were attentive & friendly. Only slight drag was one morning the water in the shower was lukewarm but it was back up and running by the evening.

|5.64km from city centerEssential structure, it has all the minimum services for a suitable stay for those who want to sleep well and do not have too many expectations. The plus point is that it has two shopping malls and a supermarket adjacent to the hotel. In one of the two shopping centers there is a large refreshment area with mainly fast-food outlets, but convenient for those who want to dine near the hotel. My stay was pleasant, the area is quiet and surrounded by green areas. The distance from the first metro station is a slight flaw, which requires a 10-minute walk that is gladly done in the park, heavier is that it takes about 30 minutes to get to the center by metro, so you need to plan at least 1 hour to be in a specific place. The breakfast is of good quality, which is more evident on the salty than the sweet. Regarding the room, minimal but well distributed spaces, it does not have a safe and soundproofing is discreet. I only complain about the absence of an extra face towel, in the room there were only two large towels to use as a bathrobe which, since they are not changed, are insufficient after four nights. The worst aspect of the stay is that there was no window in the bathroom and the exhaust did not work which caused inconvenience as the bathroom was small. Everything else ok, friendly staff. In summary I will return, quality price is a good compromise.
