This hotel is basically the most satisfying hotel in Italy. The decoration is small and fresh, especially the breakfast restaurant, it is really fairy! The room is big enough, very beautiful! And the convenience of travel, just out of the Xinmen Railway Station to cross the road!

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in in Turin. The facilities are more complete than other hotels, as well as slippers, drying racks, kettles and free coffee, tea, and sweets. There is also Chinese CCTV4 on the TV! The bed is also quite wide, the front desk service is warm and thoughtful, almost no words will have grazie a Lei. The price on the day of check-in is also very reasonable, like a 👍🏻

The second stay, the service was warm and thoughtful, the room was oversized, and the bathroom of the sink was extra spacious. The toilet is spacious and well equipped. The position of the plug in the living room is a bit far, but overall it is good. There is also a massage sofa.

Just a few minutes walk from the station, a bit outside of the city center. Located on a quiet street, it is very safe to walk here. Beside it is a convenience store that also closes late so that was very helpful. Rooms are a bit old but clean. Walls are thin so you can here the outside and other rooms quite a bit, it didnt bother me as much however. The bathroom size was just enough, with towels, soaps and plastic cups for you to use. It also has a fridge, bottle opener and a safe if youd like those. All in all, it was worth the price and was helpful during the trip. One more thing, the keys are the old style, so when you leave, you have to leave the keys at the front desk. When you come back, someone will give you back the keys.

Located in a hotel near Porta Nuova, there is a 4-way tram running through the north and south of Turin, as well as a bus line 9.11.58.64.68 and Metro Line 1. Because the check-in was in the early summer, the temperature was not very high, so the front desk said that the air conditioner in the room could not be used, and the body was a little hot that night. The 12m2 standard room was reserved, and the front desk assigned me a room with an oversized private open-air garden. It is estimated that the garden is 18m2 large and it is very comfortable to enjoy the coolness in the yard at night! The breakfast at this hotel is also ok, and the dining environment is very elegant. Value for money, it is recommended!

You really couldn’t ask for a better, more central location. As its name suggests, the Attic is on the top floor of a building - not far from the main railway station. You enter via a huge, wooden front door, then cross the entrance hall to a glass door which allows entry to the lift. Up to the top - then a flight of stairs - and you discover a clean, friendly, well-planned hostel. My room had sloping ceilings due to being in the roof space. Communal showers were slightly temperamental but adequate. I enjoyed my 2-night stay and would certainly return if I go back to this interesting, rather grand city with its excellent opera house.

Before we arrived here, we had stayed in great places in Rome, Naples and Cinque Terre so our standards were high. And this place did not disappoint, in fact it was outstanding. First of all we were greeted by an amazing host. Germana was welcoming, knowledgeable, obliging and warm. She gave us an outstanding welcome, and very kind to us throughout our stay. She gave us great advice on getting the most of our stay. The accommodation itself had a lot of character. Lots of understated style and very comfortable. The room was very, very spacious, The furniture was stylish but very comfortable. The bathroom clean and well equipped. The provided us a kettle and some facilities for hot beverages. It has these amazing curved ceiling, This room was comfortable. Room for two suitcases, and for us to be untidy. And room enough to feel comfortable hanging out in the room. The breakfast is really generous, with a huge selection of options, and of course great coffee. And they had the best wifi of all places we'd stayed. it is located very close to a lot of eateries, and the daily market. And within walking distance of all the attractions. Germana will give you great advice about getting around and the best route to walk to see everything. It's close enough that we could do our sightseeing and come back to the room for a rest, then come out again for dinner without feeling that you're wasting time. And very close to a very reasonably priced laundry service. Love this place, and we want to come back. Very little to be negative about. While the room was huge, the wardrobe was not very efficient or sensible. A short dress was not even able to be hung up properly. And for some people, the noise at night may be an issue. The sound of people talking and music is audible at night. It did not bother my wife at all, and i was totally fine with earplugs. It's probably the product of apartment living that I'm not used to and I only mention it to help fellow travelers. it will not deter us from coming back here! Torino is so under-rated. it was my favourite place in Italy. It is calm, sophisticated, elegant, and fun. But I would not have been able to appreciate is as much I did without Germana's guidance

Again i stayed at this small but very comfortable and well staffed hotel....not fancy but every comfort and service is offered by a most caring staff. The receptionists are so helpful and take care of your every need. The breakfast is one of the best i have experienced even at 4 star hotels...home made cakes and breads... organic yoghurts...great coffee. All day you can order coffee or a cocktail. The bedrooms are not large but beds are comfortable and each day caringly spruced up as are the bathrooms. I recommend this hotel highly.

If I lived permanently in Turin I’d be very happy to live here. I have now stayed twice, on my own in mid-winter and with my wife in spring. The aparthotel is close to Porta Nuova station and within easy distance of all the visitor attractions of central Turin. Do make sure you understand reception opening times and note that they’re closed between 12 noon and 2pm. They will store luggage. If you arrive from Corso V Emmanuel in the dark, look for the arched entrance just before the bank. If the gates are closed there’s an entry phone to the side. If they’re open, go through into the courtyard, turn left and the door to the apartments (another entry phone) is in front of you. Have faith, the system works! There can be a slightly edgy feel after dark in the surrounding streets but no more so than near many big railway terminals. Inside, there was slight noise from the flat above, but I guess that’s a hazard of apartment blocks anywhere. My apartment was peaceful (it faced the courtyard) secure, warm, very comfortable, spacious and had just the right equipment for self-catering. Groceries and fresh fruit and veg can be bought just around the corner. Within a 10 minute walk there’s a small supermarket that’s open even on Sunday evenings. There are plenty of restaurants too, and most of them won’t break the bank. Highly recommended.

This B&B is a great find! We only had one night in Turin and had booked into one of the rooms. We needed to change our plans at the last minute, and so asked Giancarlo if it would be possible to move our night. He was exceptionally helpful and moved the night, and also stored our luggage for us the next day. The room we had (5) was very well appointed... everything we could want was in the room. Easy access (you self-serve for the checkin). The location is right in the middle of the old town so brilliant for all tourist sites. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit to Turin!

We were very happy in this small, reasonably-priced hotel, located just one block from the Piazza Castello. We had a room for a family of four, which was quite large (the bathroom was enormous, though the shower was small). The room was immaculately clean — not only clean, but the beds sheets seemed to have been freshly pressed. Decent, quiet air conditioning. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was a good continental breakfast, with the ability to squeeze fresh orange juice; the staff provide hot water for tea, will make coffee to your taste, and are happy to steam milk for anyone who likes their milk warm. If we had to look for negatives, we would say that they could probably vary some of the breakfast choices a bit from day to day. Also, there is no elevator, so you need to be able to climb stairs and carry your luggage up and down. The TV was the size of a small computer display, but you didn't come to Turin to watch TV, did you?

After a first positive visit in Spring, we decided to visit this hotel for the 2nd time. We booked a superior room but it was nothing superior about that! We got a very bad room above a kitchen..! The room had a balcony where the kitchen ventilation was present..the room was not special, needs updating too. Because the room was above the kitchen, we could hear almost everything, noise, people talking till late in the night and then early in the morning like 6:00 we were woke up by a lot of kitchen noise!! horrible! The room was noisy, you could also hear people walking through the concrete stairs. We slept very bad and the next day we asked for another room. We got another room in the building next to the villa. We were not presently surprised by some kind of noise of a pomp that was switching on and off during the night!!! Apparently this pomp was not isolated from the structure of the building. It was a very annoying sound!! 2nd night slept very bad! not at all! When we checked out, nobody from the staff was interested how our stay was, not so friendly. Only positieve point about this hotel is the staff in the restaurant! very friendly people!

We stayed here for one night as we attended a concert at the Pala Alpitour stadium and the hotel was perfect for our needs. We reached it by taking the metro to Lingotto station and walking through the shopping mall and over the footbridge. On our return journey we took the train from the Lingotto train station (different to metro) as we found that was easier to get to and cost the same. It was a short walk to the stadium and the neighbourhood was very quiet. There was a supermarket a few blocks away which we were able to buy snacks and drinks in. The hotel itself was comfortable and quiet and the staff were friendly. They do offer breakfast (I believe you pay) but we left too early to try this so can't comment on it. It is a 6 minute train journey from Porta Nuovo where the airport bus goes to and there are lots of shops/sights near there so I didn't feel it was too far out to enjoy the city if you don't mind trains/metros/trams etc. I would probably stay here again.

We came here for a short break. Although we arrived near ten in the morning the manager gave us a free coffee and croissant when we were looking at the breakfast area. The room was on the fourth floor of an apartment block and was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was buffet and there was an ample choice. Location was excellent being near the city centre. The only thing which we found lacking was the WiFi. Although there were ample access points we could only connect to one of them.

The hotel is next to the Porta Susa train station. The internal facilities are very modern and well equipped and clean. The front desk is two Chinese people and very enthusiastic. The only downside is that the room fan I live in is very noisy and needs to wait until the lighting is turned off for a long time. The breakfast is relatively simple, with only a few kinds of bread and orange juice, and coffee. The price on the day of check-in is great value for money. Recommended!

The hotel is a short walk from the main high speed railway station. The hotel has the appearance of a small villa with a grand staircase. Our room was on the top floor of the hotel at the back but overlooked a small garden and was very quite. The room was clean along with a clean ensuite that was well equipped. Hotel staff were very helpful and the breakfast was served in an incredibly ornate dining room with a large chandelier. Full service was provided at breakfast by a smartly uniformed gentlemen who was very helpful. The staff were very helpful and very pleasant. It is sited on the edge of Turin within easy walking distance of the old town and the river. Worth a visit to walk along the banks and note the 'Itillian Job' weir where the Minis drove along through the water.

We only stayed in Turin one night - and we happen to be the only guests in this lovely, quaint and quite historic building and B & B. Francesca met us upon arrival and was very gracious and hospitable. She even provided guidance as to the best way for them to make the return trip to the B & B that evening!! What a delightful place which was located right near the train station, which for us this was a must as we were catching an early train the next morning. I would not hesitate to stay here again!! This hotel, classic old-European, was a comfortable experience. With the areas around train stations, in big cities, being typically quite colorful (especially at night) Turin’s relaxed atmosphere allows for relative safety at night. (Though you have to be careful everywhere in the world anyway.) My room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and I could njoy a quiet rest at night. The receptionist is a sweetie who speaks English and was very helpful. It’s two blocks from the pedestrian shopping area, within walking distance of a multiple of musea, and just 150 metres from the tourist busstop - if you want to have an overview first. The city is beautiful, elegant, and with a nice easy flow. I’ve been to many Italian cities in the past, but this one stole my heart!

A serviced apartment near the small train station, with an elegant environment and warm reception. The room is fully equipped with a full set of candy for reception, two complimentary bottles of water, and a box of toiletries (wet wipes, ginseng shower gel, hand cream, cotton swab, soap) for free. There are pots and pans in the kitchen, microwave ovens, cutlery, refrigerators, detergents, sponges, but there is no seasoning in the seasoning tank. In other words, if you cook yourself, you need to buy all the ingredients. In addition, the front desk stipulates that if you want to use the kitchen, you need to clean it yourself (brushing tableware), otherwise you will pay a cleaning fee of 10 euros. I booked this hotel for a solo trip to Turin with the idea of using the city as a base to visit the surrounding area. Location: The hotel is situated on the 2nd floor of a beautiful arcaded shared-purpose building on a main avenue surrounded by bars, cafes and some shops. The area is safe, well-lit at night, well-transited by cars and people well into the evening and right next door to the XVIII Diciembre metro station (linking you directly to Porta Nuova train station, the busiest in Italy, in 5 minutes) and 2 minutes walk from the Porta Susa rail station (the 2nd busiest in the country). The airport bus that I took stops at the bus station right outside Porta Susa station too! So for the purpose of travel is it absolutely fantastic. If you come back late from travelling into the rail station nearby you feel perfectly safe walking back to the hotel. Walking from the hotel to the centre (even though it's fairly central anyway) instead of taking hte metro takes about 20-30 mins via large avenues and through grand squares, or via quaint alleys if you prefer, with plenty of cafés, supermarkets (Carrefour Express etc.) and restaurants on the way. Entering the hotel: Reception is also open 24 hours, though the shared building's large front door is locked from about midnight. However, you can simply ring the doorbell and they'll buzz you in. Entering the hotel is done by a large and airy staircase or by a small and rather old looking elevator. People with claustrophobia who are intimidated by enclosed stairways shouldn't have a problem at all, but you need to ring a doorbell to enter reception on the 2nd floor (which in my view further adds to the security of the location). Reception is clean, bright and friendly and feels very accessible thanks to being right around the corner from the rooms and because of the highly friendly staff who make you feel completely at ease. They all speak perfect English and seem proud of their establishment. They are more than happy to print out tickets etc. for you too. Reception features a comfortable sofa, a book stand with interesting books on the city's history, and a fridge cabinet which you can buy water and soft drinks from (1.50 euros for a 1.5 litre bottle of water, though the tap water in the bathroom is drinkable too, and the city is absolutely peppered with fresh, clean public drinking fountains). One thing to mention is that the room keys are not keycards and are physical keys, which you must hand back into reception whenever you leave the hotel, and then request when you come back. It was first a bit odd for me but it makes perfect sense for security. I quickly adapted to it and it didn't cause me any hassle at all. The room: The room I booked was a single bed room. The ceiling was very high above the bed area (though there was a glass block window in what appears to be an attic but it didn't really bother me). The room had a very good remote controlled air conditioning system which

A beautiful 4 star hotel on the Strada Fortino. The staff on reception are super friendly, will happily call a taxi whenever you need one, and will give you area information. The restaurant and bar are both in the basement and are separate to each other. The bar closes at 11pm. There did seem to be a bar upstairs on the same level as reception, but was closed, perhaps as it was September and summer period was over. There are vending machines in reception. Room service is only for breakfast so if you’re feeling hungry during the day, you cannot get lunch. The bar will have croissants and other cakes, so you can grab a nibble. The restaurant staff work really hard and are also super friendly. The outside space seemed lock and closed off - again probably due to it being September - though would have been nice to sit out on the patio in the sunshine. The cleaner staff and maintenance staff were all really helpful too, we had an issue with the shower door and toilet flush - which was fixed same day. The rooms are carpeted and there is no bath; the shower room is great with a bidet. There is no swimming pool, gym or spa at this hotel. There is a great little shopping centre which is about ten minutes away, brisk walking. There is also a very handy supermarket opposite the hotel about two min walk. You could walk into Turino main centre, though also easy to jump in cab or take tram. Would definitely stay here again. Grazie mille hotel Fortino. The Residenza is in an old historic building, which is reflected in the height of the ceilings and size of the windows. The main entrance is behind a big, but anonymous, wooden door, so keep your eyes open for the small name plate alongside. It is situated in an area that's close to museums, old churches, great walks and fantastic shopping and restaurants to suit all budgets. We stayed in a standard room for one night on the journey down to Florence and again on the return. We had a different room both times. Both rooms were large, clean with a big shower room with bidet and toilet. The beds were both very large and comfortable. This is just somwhere to stay, breakfast isn't provided but there are several cafes close by. Reception is on the 2nd floor but there is a lift - I think it is big enough for a wheelchair, but best to check. Reception is open from 8.30 until 7pm, but information about entry after that time was clear and accurate. Overall, it was very good value.
