Room is decent. Bathroom was very clean. Room is a little run down (needs better maintenance - paint etc)though and could get a moderate smell of cigarette smoke. I had to air the room for a day to get rid of the smell. Only downside of the stay was that smell. It is located next to the bazaar and it's easy to catch ubergo/auto. All in all pleasant stay

It`s a great experience to stay in Lucknow central . Surely this is one of the fine place in this area . The Guest room is with full of basic amenities . The Bed quality and sheets are very clean . But in COVID time I used my own Sheets on bed. Hot water available properly. In room too much space for luggage. The area is sanitised and clean . Proper maintain all protection , Mask etc. The food preparation is very delicious and good. The room service is good and waiters are proper trained . If you are a solo traveller, you should consider staying at hashtag traveller. The rooms are clean, with six bunk beds. The beds were comfortable, the washroom was clean. The staff was friendly. The only con is that the hostel is on the 4th floor and there is no lift.

The stay at sky stay hotel was good and peaceful, the staff was cooperative in every situation and were also maintaining full privacy. The rooms were clean and feeling like home but the only thing that disappointed me that the staff were not picking up phone calls at time we entered the hotel. Overall the booking was excellent there was no problem from there side. Sorry but was soo tired that we couldn’t click photos. Can u refund my 5% discount?.

The hotel’s location is good but rest everything is either below average or just average. The staff although polite is quite incompetent. Check-in time is 2PM and although we reached at 3.30 PM, still only one out of two rooms was given to us. We had to wait another hour for the other room that too after being told the second room will be ready in 10 minutes. The service was extremely poor we ordered milk for 2yo child and they took almost 1 hour to deliver plain hot milk and child in the meantime was hungry which was highly disappointing. Every time you call their standard reply will be “bas sir 2 min mein pahunch raha hai”. Cleanliness was below average, when we checked in bathroom was stinking and we had to call housekeeping to get the bathroom cleaned (again). The quilt was pale yellow and we had to request them to change it. There was only 1 towel in the room and for that as well we had to request one more. These small-2 things make your stay really frustrating. The food was average in taste , we ordered simple dinner with dal, roti, rice and curd and it costed us two kay which we thought was on the higher side. All in all nothing great apart from location if you are doing a transit stay.

Most Wahiyaad HOTEL I'VE VISITED TILL DATE. MANAGER - RAKESH KUMAR (GM) THE most irritating and badtameez manager to deal with. In 2 days I didn't found him anytime near the halls or rooms. But when we talked about the problems. He came from no where And NEVER ACCEPTED HIS MISTAKE. TALKED COMPLETE NONSENSE WHEN ASKED FOR NAAN HE SAID 'BREAD PADI HUI HAI'. We were not there to eat pada food. 2ND HE SAID KITNE NAAN KHAYENGE 1,2 on my face in harsh tone. And directed his chef and said naan lagao iske liye. ROOMS AC COOLING IS HORRIBLE ROOM IS LIKE GAS CHAMBER. AFTER WORKING FOR ENTIRE NIGHT THE ROOM TEMPERATURE WAS 36°C.. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Rooms - 207,208,209 all occupied by us. Dated - 12-08-2022 to 13-08-2022.
