Very easy check in, arrived very late, no issues. Only about 25 minutes away from the airport. Excellent hospitality, beautiful home with tatseful decor and thoughtful amenities. Great selection of snacks and beverages - candy, chips, cereal bars, Pop tarts (!), milk, juice, coffee, water, etc. Booked the Verona room (accommodates 2; with private bathroom), clean, comfortable, loved the decor and bedding. Huge TV and kcup machine with accoutrements in room (variety of kcups, sugar, tea, etc.). Homemade American style breakfast included - delicious, fresh, and the home fries are made from scratch, yum! Would absolutely book again, and plan to stay again for my next visit to Kissimee. The hosts were friendly but not intrusive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the Kissimee/Orlando area and attractions. While I had originally booked the room for just one guest, they were incredibly accommodating and allowed my friend's 10 year old daughter stay with me. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

Front desk staff were always very friendly and helpful. When we got to our room my daughter noticed one of the pillow cases had some fresh stains on it. We had to call 3 times to get replaced. The carpet was threadbare in several locations. Bad patch jobs on the walls. Tub spout was broken. The mattresses were completely worn out. The hotel rooms are in DESPERATE need of a remodel. We went out and got fast food a couple of nights and brought it back to the room to eat. Housekeeping would not take the trash out when they cleaned the room. We had to take it down to the dumpster ourselves. The free breakfast was very basic but good. The staff worked hard to make sure everything was fresh and stocked. The location is pretty far from any of the big theme parks (Disney, Universal). We were looking for an inexpesive hotel and didn't spend much time in the room, only to sleep. That is what we got.

We were in town for the Mecum Auction and stayed here two nights. We've stayed in all levels of hotels - this stay we were going for frugal. For a place to lay your head the price was right. In saying that, it's an old hotel/motel meaning it looks as if it was some kind of a hotel/motel previously. The bedding, carpets, furniture were all dated. The bed sheets were clean but again if they were once white now they were off-white. The bed was actually comfortable and I did get a good night rest. They jerry-rigged a light (see picture) above the sink which I'm sure wasn't up to code - and I tried to turn it on but nothing. One of the light shades was broken, the handle bar in the shower was sloppily repaired, and spots on the walls could easily be covered by paint. The lights were very dim so if you like lots of light bring your own. There was dust everywhere - even on the bath counter around the tissue box; mostly on the fixtures and in the corners and baseboards. The room doors all lead to the outside and we were on the second floor. The cement walkways could use a good cleaning. Dirt and splotches of spilled coffee and other stuff looks like it's been there a while. The outdoor pool, although we did not partake, looked very clean and the whole pool area did look inviting. The breakfast area for the continental breakfast was nice and clean. This is a simple continental breakfast with coffee, juice, toast, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, and the second morning they added a waffle machine. All the staff I interacted with were very nice and friendly. This is on an extremely busy road and you can hear the traffic very well - I noticed it mostly in the early morning. We were midway towards the back second floor. I think if they took a couple rooms a week and revamped the rooms or just did a good deep cleaning at least, this rating would have gone up a star. Better yet, management should have quality checks on the cleaning staff. I guess it's all in what you want your guest to be left with as a lasting impression.

If you don't want Disney to get all of your money (believe me, they'll get a lot of it), then stay at this place and save big. Very comfortable and spacious rooms with very comfortable beds and bedding, with super comfy pillows. The bath towels were nicer than at many high-end places I've stayed. Very fast and free Wi-Fi. They have microwaves and a small refrigerator in the room so you can save money by buying a few snacks and sodas where it's cheaper. I thought it was a nice touch that they provided a couple of bottles of water in the room without charge (the tap water is awful pretty much everywhere in Florida). Front-desk staff (I'm looking at you, Cinnamon and Tammy) were very nice and helpful throughout our three-night stay. We couldn't have been happier with our choice.

I booked a room for 3 people and I understood it was a King size bed. This is not the first time i have done this and the sofa bed will always be available but when i went to the front desk they won't give me bedding for the sofa bed so my daughter had to sleep there without bedding. We gather every cloth we had but she wasn't able to sleep at all. I woke up around 2 am as i can't sleep either because there's a strange smell. Besides that there were simple maintenance things that should have been fixed: at least 2 lights are not working, the wifi was not working, they don't answer the phone when i call the reception, the toilet seat is detached, the toilet paper holder is broken, the bed has a protruding metal that is sharp which my wife accidentally hit. Luckily she didn't bleed. The towels and hand towels were for 2 people. As i said before I booked for 3 people from and they won't honor it and they said I know it's a king size bed. Furthermore the fridge is rusty even inside, it's really filthy. The microwave had so much stains inside and outside, it's like taken from the dumpster. When i went downstairs the ice machine doesn't work. When you turn on the exhaust fan in the bathroom, it spits dust all over the place. They have no breakfast area. It was horrible! We were not able to sleep at all!

We booked one night here as a mini staycation to use the pool and just escape our house for a change of scenery. Cathy, who assisted us at check-in, was marvelous and energetic despite stressful times during COVID. The pool was just what we were looking for. We didn’t realize it belonged to the vacation club adjacent when we booked, but that wasn’t an issue as it meant a nicer pool than your typical SpringHill. My only major concern, was the lack of encourage on Osceola County’s mandatory mask order. Other than the employees at the pool (who actually work for Calypso Cay) no one other than us was wearing masks. One other minor inconvenience was that the pool was not no-smoking. We did our best to find a table socially distance from other parties, but the people the table smoked throughout our time there. We got a great deal on the room, which was immaculately cleaned when we arrived. This one night getaway was just what we needed.

We had drove all the way from Dallas to Orlando with a uhaul we booked 2 nights but couldn't make the first one as we were still on route. She didn't want to give us our room and said that the reservation was canceled because we no showed for our booking. Long story short we had to get the manager who was nice enough to help us and gave us our room.

We have owned here for almost 25 years and this is the first time we have been Really Disappointed. The grounds look like they are not being maintained. On Monday we did go to the front desk and asked to speak to the manager, we were told that she was busy so I asked for the the other manager, who was speaking to a worker and even though he knew we were waiting to speak to him, he never finished talking to the worker. We left and went back to the pool. The unit we are staying in is F103, the refrigerator is leaking water from the freezer into the refrigerator and running into the drawers in the bottom. It ruined food we had in there. The door to the lanai is seriously warped or something as well as the master bedroom door. We found a few dead bugs in the room as well. The couch is ripped and the cushions are uneven. The so called concierge, Susanna called the room while we were still unpacking the car. Then she called back a few times, we scheduled an owners update for Tues at 1. She called Tuesday morning and said that the person who was scheduled to do our update had an emergency, and had to take his daughter to the emergency room and he was the only one doing tours. She did not even try and reschedule even though we would be here until Sunday. I know when I am being boldly lied so we went to our appointment at 1pm, mostly because the paper Suszanne sent to us said that if we did not show up they would put $700.00 on our charge card. We arrived at Cypress Point Resort at 1pm and found several sales agents working, not one like suzanne said. We were told we did not qualify for the tour, unless we paid them $4632.78. I misplaced his card but I believe it was Carlos. There was another unit that was slammed into our name by another owner here at PKWY which we tried to work with Diamond and even found a buyer for it, not once but twice but they would not work with us or the prospective buyers. Hunter Thaimes was trying to help with this but Diamond would not budge so it went into forclosure and was sold last year (for a profit) but Diamond still had the account in our name and had actually placed additional charges on it after it was sold. So I called the Diamond Financial department who agreed that we no longer owned the unit and did not owe anything in fact we were paid ahead of time on the unit that we have had for 20+ years that they still needed to take the title our of our name, they said they needed time to do that, i replied that a little time is 6-8 weeks not over 10 MONTHS. So now that its fixed we were told it was too late to do the update and to call the next day to confirm that it was updated in the computer. So we called the next day, Wed and the recording said that the sales office was closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays....Yet we were told to call on Wednesday....No Manager has reached out to us about anything...the condition of the room, the blatant lies we were told by Suszanne or about the fact that we spent an entire aft

Nice hotel, apartment style, you can cook your own food. It is an extra park fee. Unlike other hotels, it will not actively clean the room. I used to call for cleaning, and the reply would only change the towels. Khan 😓 Ctrip's service is not bad, but the agent used by Ctrip is bad! Negative Ratings! Negative Ratings! During the extraordinary period, all hotels can negotiate a refund. Two of the three of us caught a cold, and the agent refused to refund for the fee. I booked this hotel because I wanted to go to Disneyland, but I didn't dare to get together in crowded places. The location of the hotel is good, there are many delicious food nearby and there are also large supermarkets and gift centers. Parking is free. Never book a hotel with an agent in the future! I trust Ctrip. I didn't expect the communication to be so strenuous!

We booked a room here because it was dog friendly. First let me say I was greated by a very friendly front desk gentleman.  It was late, after 10:30, but he was extremely pleasant. I asked if the area was safe. He assured me it was. That the sheriff's department patrolled there regularly. It went down hill quickly after that. We pulled around to the back of the last building where our room was. I immediately noted an RV in the parking lot directly behind the row of cars against the building. There were people actually staying inside of it. The lights were on and we could see thru the windshield.  The second thing I noticed was a car parked in the back row against the fence, backed in. Lights on. Filled with smoke. The whole area smelled like pot. Other than those 2, the parking lot behind the building was empty.  We opened the room, which smelled musty. The air conditioning was barely working. The events hadnt been cleaned in quite some time because they were sticky brown and had hair and debris stuck to it. The floor was so disgusting I wouldn't let my 7 year old take off her sandals.  The film on the floor was so bad you could see our shoe prints in it.  There was a dead lizard on the floor. The base of the deskbhad been so saturated by water (or pee) that the veneer had seperated from the pressed wood . The bed frame was pea green where it wasn't stained. There were no comforters on the bed. Only a thin blanket covered with another sheet. The bed crunched when my daughter sat down in it. I didn't even have the nerve to look in the bathroom.  There was no way I was going to let my child sleep in that filth. We gathered our belongings,  I stopped and turned the keys into the night clerk, and went down the road to another hotel. I knew it would have to be discussed with corporate in the morning.   I called corporate in the morning and spoke to a very nice man that apologized and said he would expedite my complaint so that they could get a refund processed ASAP. He asked if management could reach out to me regarding my complaints, I said absolutely! The following morning I missed a call. When I called back I stated who I was and apologized for missing the call. I said I'm not sure if the manager was trying to reach out to me or not.  The very rude woman on the other end said " yeah, that was me" Without asking or discussing anything she stated she received my complaint and would issue me a $25 refund. I told her that was unacceptable and that corporate said I would get a full refund.  She said " yeah well that's not what we do here." So I stated I would called corporate again and hung up. She called back and made it seem like she was going to do me a favor and give me back $35. I replied again that I was calling corporate because this was ridiculous.  Their motto is offering "CLEAN, COMFORTABLE  and affordable accommodations". That's what I paid for, but that's not what they delivered. I spoke to a woman with

I used it when traveling alone. Large room that cannot be compared to Japan. There is a shuttle bus to Disney every morning. Even at night. You can ride without a free reservation. However, the number is quite small. There is also a bus to Universal every morning. Round trip $ 15, no change. You should prepare in advance. There is only one round trip per day. If you don't play for a day, you can't go home halfway. Within a 10-minute walk from the hotel, there are many restaurants, souvenir shops, etc. There is a pool and gym in the hotel, the staff is kind, and there are people who are familiar with Disney, so you can ask a lot of information! !

We are here now and though our stay hasn’t been horrible we are disappointed. I doubt we will stay here again as there are better options at the same price point. To be fair the resort itself is beautiful. The lobby is very nice with a lot of sitting areas. The check in staff was friendly and the rooms are top notch in appearance, cleanliness and decor. Now the bad stuff ... Do yourself a favor and avoid the comedy club at “On Vacation”. Though it’s run by Bonkers Comedy Clubs ... you’d think Margaritaville would want to make sure ANY entertainment presented at their resort was satisfactory. We dropped $80 on bad food (wings, 2 drinks and 1 bottled water)for a comedy show we could not hear due to horrible acoustics. $10 tickets, 2 item minimum AND a 20% service fee which was not gratuity. It was truly a train wreck. The venue felt like a crowded school cafeteria and that’s what it sounded like. The echo was terrible and made everyone’s ears hurt. Every patron in the venue was visible upset or disengaged from the show. Not an acceptable experience. At the resort there are very limited food options and yes, I know, Covid. But, the menu at the sit down restaurant was severely limited, the pool bar closed ridiculously early. (It was closed when we went to the pool around 8:45 tonight.) Not to mention the Provisions store which 75% of the items there could’ve been placed in a vending machine. Slim pickings for sure. Quiet pool closes early. No biggie. Went to the main pool slightly before 9pm tonight and though it was open there were NO towels provided. They were locked up for the night. However, they say “no wet suits allowed in the lobby”. We walked back to the room dripping wet. No washer and dryer on site and no laundry service. I have never stayed at a hotel, from budget to luxury that didn’t have at least one, or both. Due to Covid our room was to be serviced every 3rd day. They didn’t service our room as expected and we had to request for it to be done when we saw someone from housekeeping services in the hallway. He said we weren’t on the list. We pushed for it a bit and he said he’d try to get someone to take care of it. They did end up servicing the room but the linens were not changed like they were supposed to be ... We are just disappointed. Not the experience we hoped for. Beautiful facility... lacking in amenities.

This was our first time here. We booked thru RCI for our second week in Florida. Our initial thoughts of , what have we done, to, WOW! Our unit was in bldg 3, upper level overlooking pool and playground. We had a two bedroom unit. It was very well decorated and spotless! Plenty of dishes/pots and pans, newer appliances, comfortable beds, and furniture. Our screened in porch offered us some shelter from the blazing sun to sit and have our evening meal or play Yahtzee! We enjoyed the Fitness Center located in the lobby bldg. each morning as well. Any employee we dealt with were outstanding! The pool and hot tub were well maintained, and we loved the free hot dogs and ice cream days around the pool as well! The only drawback was no laundry facilities in our unit, but a central coin operated washer and dryer was located in each building ground floor. We enjoyed this quiet, smaller timeshare, and look forward to returning next year!

We spent two nights here while visiting in the Orlando area, not for parks. This was a lovely BW Plus, attractive outside and in. We were checked in by the lovely Miryam who surprised us by upgrading us to a suite because we were Diamond Club members; she was pleasant and efficient. Our room, actually the whole hotel, was very modernistic in decor, and the bathroom was sparkling clean with nice fluffy absorbent towels. I had trouble figuring out the tub's hot water but my husband did it for me. The bed was very comfy, and we had a quiet night's sleep. Appreciated the in-room safe; very few BW's have them. The business center worked great, and Heta at desk pleasantly lent me her stapler, and noted our green initiative so we got 500 pts for declining housekeeping. Did not use the pool or gym. The breakfast was average for a BW, but I appreciate it being complimentary. Also appreciated Shelton at checkout who was pleasant, efficient, and just as welcoming as everyone on the team I met. I look forward to returning here next year! Great job!

I stayed here for 7 nights on a trip to Disney/Universal. It’s within 10 minutes of all the Disney parks and 30 of universal including traffic. Since this place is so cheap, I wasn’t expecting much. The other reviews are pretty much correct. These rooms are not clean. Most surfaces and the floors are just dirty. I saw a couple roaches and there were ants in our room. The shower was clean but the bathroom sink was dirty and stunk of mold when the water was running. The bed was clean and comfortable. Sheets were pretty thin and a little scratchy but totally fine, pillows were nice. The walls were very very thin. I could hear every conversation had in the room next to me. If we tried to go to sleep before the people next to us, we had to turn on the bathroom fan and the AC to drown out the noise. When I checked in, I was told towels would be replaced on Tuesday and sheets on Thursday. The towels were replaced but the sheets never were. No cleaning other than the towel replacement was done in the 7 nights we were there. Overall, not a terrible motel. Everything was pretty much as expected for the price. You get what you pay for. Was totally fine for a young couple that didn’t spend much time in the room. I would bring your own cleaning supplies if you’re worried about the cleanliness. Also, I’m sure it was stated beforehand, I just didn’t read carefully enough, but the WiFi is not free.

The hotel is very typical of American motels. The space on the side of the road is very large. It is a U-shaped room. The green environment around the swimming pool is very good. The room is very large. The facilities are quite complete. The problem is a little aging. The old air conditioner sounds great. There is a free shuttle bus without a hotel (the shuttle bus is used by nearby hotels, so it will take a little time to get all the guests around in a circle), but the number of shifts is basically no more than 20 minutes a day in the morning to Disney. You can transfer to the free bus and then take the shuttle back at night or the time is not right, you will hit ubre back to the hotel. If you have 10 knives for breakfast, then the tax increase is 9. The multi-knife American buffet is quite a lot of food and there is a pizza next to the restaurant. There are a lot of takeaways nearby. The overall evaluation is quite good. I need to add 11 knives of resort fee every day. After all, I go to the theme park to play early and late. And the overall is more than two hundred and one night. I want to squat the bicycle. Overall 4 stars!

Pretty decent water slides, they were just what the Dr ordered for my daughter who's autistic and has no idea what I'm talking about if I mention any virus. She just wants a water slide no matter what and she's 19 yrs old. Okay the reason for the 3 stars is I rented a room with a jetted tub and it took well over an hour to fill it up the tub, the faucet was barely running any water. I had to compensate by filling up an ice bucket in the sink full of hot water and walk it to the jetted tub. So after getting out of tub after finally getting in. I notice the tile floor's pretty wet from all the trips I made with the ice bucket to the tub. So I grab a bath towel and put it on the floor. I walk with it under my feet to get all the water up and as I'm doing this the towel starts to turn dirty very quickly, almost black. VERY dirty floors is what I'm getting at. My sleep. Sucked, I'm a light sleeper. Around 1 A.M. or so I got woke up by the next room running their hot water and the pipes were LOUD. So I'm up from 1 to about 3 or so. Next thing I get woke up at 4:30 in the morning by a garbage truck emptying 4 dumpsters on at time each time backing up with that back up horn beep, beep, beep each and every time. Fell back to sleep around 6 or so. So 3 stars it is for the dirty floor, the tub taking an hour and 20 minutes to fill up, plus the lack of sleep.
