The place is cheap, the room is small, but good enough for those who just needs a place to sleep. The place is clean. The place has wifi, but connection is poor, it will show connected, no internet. The phone signal is weak as well.

|4.22km from Fti TerminalWe stayed at Thompson Suites for 1 night, and it felt so good to be here! I honestly didn’t expect the place to be this extravagant compared to what I saw from Google Maps and Trip.com reviews. Everything was perfect, and my friends and I really loved our stay.
The location is very convenient—close to everything and any activities. The lobby smelled so relaxing, the guards were approachable, and the amenities and toiletries were excellent. We also enjoyed the swimming pool area, especially the lockers where we could keep our things before swimming.
The only small challenge for me was using the rice cooker since it didn’t have English labels, but that was just a minor thing. Overall, everything was amazing! Special thanks to Rose, who was very accommodating and showed us around. She was so helpful. We were even able to wash our clothes after swimming, which was very convenient.
We really loved everything here and would definitely come back!

The bad: I was given the wrong room from the one I booked. The host did not respond until I eventually had to contact trip.com, and they were able to contact the host. Basically, I was able to get the corrwxt room the next day, which was great except for when i discovered there was no toilet paper anywhere to be found in the room. I was given the wrong combo to the room and wouldn't have been able to enter if it wasn't for the help of the nice cleaner. The room wasn't ready, and I had to wait for cleaning after i arrived at checkin time.
I had a LOT of problems with booking this place. If not for all the issues, it would have been great. I guests Goodluck to the next guests.

There is no washing machine, and the mattress is almost broken, which makes my back hurt.
The wifi is broken, but the landlord quickly replaced it with a new one.
The fire alarm in the next room went off four times in a week, all in the early morning, which was frustrating.
I hope it will be improved next time I stay.

Cons
- minibar is woeful (see pictures)… one snickers bar, one bag of M&M’s when I paid for a room for three people.
- TV’s are too small in both bedroom and living room.
- There are two small lights under the bedside cabinet each side of the bed that are literally impossible to switch off at night..
- The Davidoff shop has a smoking lounge which is more of a cheap cafe than a lounge (see photo). The alternative smoking area in the hotel has no seats and not really very pleasant either.
- The road noise from outside late at night and early in the morning is completely unacceptable.
We booked the best room available and the notice late at night ruined our stay so much we checked out a day early instead of accepting a DOWNGRADE as all of the Premier Suites overlook main roads and crossroads! Not exactly ‘luxury’.

The duplex structure and decoration are quite unique, but the geographical location is not the best. Overall, it is completely inconsistent with the price of 731 yuan per night.
That day, because the company's hotel was full, I temporarily found such a place and thought it was more than 600 yuan. As a result, taxes and fees were included, which exceeded the reimbursement standard.

The only complaint I have is that the lobby reception is not dealing with this property, it seems like they have their own admin contactable through WhatsApp. So when a person showed up to take deposit from me, I was a little worried that I will never get it back. They are also quite slow to reply messages, you need to call them.
But other than the administration part, everything else was great. It is also very close to the Venice Grand Canal Mall.

Then the isolation got fixed but it was still not really quiet. One morning a dead cockroach was lying next to my wife’s bed. The room service once set the table under water and when I came back my computer was in the water. There was only one room card for two people. Then the water cooker did not work and I had to ask for another one. The worst was the smell of mold coming from the air conditioning. The best was that there was a fine of 10,000 Pesos for smoking in the room. So at least there was no cold smoke from previous smokers. I don’t think that we will ever come again even though the location was convenient. It was also not a low price for this kind of quality.

Biggest issue was checkout time. I received a message less than 24 hours before checkout saying 11am checkout time. (Admittedly, I didn’t see the see message but I do find that early) They were knocking on the door at 11:01 and had apparently booked pest control for 11:00. Quite annoyed they would book something for that time. Otherwise a great visit.

The only minor issue I found was the weak toilet flush. (P.S. I've attached a photo of the hotel's resident security dog – absolutely adorable!) The appliances were all dusty, floor was clean though.
The air conditioning was not cold even if it’s set at 17 degrees. It felt like we were using a fan.
The wifi doesn’t have a connection, so we had to use our own mobile data.
We can’t seem to get any channels in the small TV.
