This is a perfect hotel for a stopover before or after a flight. It is clean and smart with comfortable well equipped rooms. The small pool is a nice bonus as if free hourly airport transfers. The staff were wonderful. I have never before stayed in a hotel with such friendly and polite staff.

Perfect place to stay if you have a flight soon. They provide lots of amenities and even give toothbrushes, toothpaste, which most hotels don’t. Got there a little earlier and they helped me and let me check in as most hotels have strict time policies. Only disappointing thing is that every time you go outside you have to leave your key with the front desk which is extremely annoying. The water in my shower was spraying all sorts of directions and the pressure wasn’t right so it was

When we left Mactan Airport, we had to take two taxis and the taxi drivers didn't quite know where this hotel was. After talking to each other and searching through Google Maps there they found the place. The city of Mactan is something that a Westerner is not used to living with, an urban and road chaos, where everything seems very equal, with almost no points of reference, hence the difficulty of taxi drivers in finding the hotel. However, the hotel has left us good impressions on several levels. From the friendliness and availability of employees to meet us all our requests. The rooms had enough space for their occupants to be able to circulate, the bathroom had the necessary conditions to feel well accommodated. The only less positive point is that a building with 3 floors but without elevator, only stairs.

Liked · Well-located, close to malls, businesses and restaurants. Just about 15-20 minutes to the airport by taxi, maximum. Room was huge and had a safe for valuables. Disliked · Where do I begin? I had to book this property last-minute, after my AirBnB cancelled on me also on the same day of arrival. The free shuttle they advertised came one hour late and only after I called at least 5 times once I arrived (and they picked-up the phone only twice). I arrived late to work remotely because of this. It did not get much better after that, as the restaurant food was WAY overpriced (much more expensive than in the USA or Europe, no less), and so were the snacks offered (if you get hungry, just walk across the street to Robinson's or SM and get something to eat there). The internet kept going down, at some point, 3 times within the same 2 hours (lost much more time of work because of this, and it was just a mess). I stayed here for 3 nights and NOT ONCE was the room cleaned or tidied up. The shower had low water pressure, and the bathroom also had a couple of very tiny cockroaches that came out at night. Will not be staying here again.

All of them are really accommodating, very friendly, & got excellent service. We visit last March 18 - 21,2020 but unfortunately we need to check out advance due to our flight cancellations and needed to catch up the last International flight. They really help us a lot through out our stay duration.They got good food in the hotel too. Next time we drop by cebu we definitely gonna check in again. Cheers guys. Ps. Those who got cancelled flight at Mactan Cebu International Airport I really recommend this hotel. Pss. This is the first time I write a review but they're really worth it! ;) ;) ;)

I was looking for a hotel near the airport and near the grocery and restaurants during a recent trip to Cebu. My usual stay had a big price increase and since it was far from the airport, I tried looking for a new hotel. I used to stay at other hotels near Felicity and thought that the prices were a bit steep for hotels without pools. I chanced on them while browsing Google Maps and gave them a call. It's good that they had a vacancy and so I made my way from the client site to the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised with the bright lobby. The single room, though, had a weird layout with the sink just behind the door but not inside the bathroom. Still it was value for money because it had hot and cold water, a cool air conditioner, a refrigerator, a flat screen TV and clean sheets. Since it was just beside the highway, I expected to hear scooters darting across. Well, most of the noise came from fellow guests walking through the corridors after making bar crawls, I guess. Aside from that, the hotel is great value for money. I'm looking forward to staying with them in future trips.

Security was very good. The room was fully equipped with all essential amenities including kitchen utensils and appliances. Bed was comfortable. We had a good night's sleep, which is important for travellers. Beach, wetmarket and 7-11 all are nearby. Overall it is a top rated place. We could go to the beach easily. Proximity to the airport was another big advantage.

This is also included in the room price, so it seems to be a good value for money hotel including breakfast in Cebu It's a hotel I want to come again if I come next time.

Terrible front desk and restaurant service. Upon checking in, was asked by receptionist for my breakfast order the following day, gave order x 2 days. Following morning, went to the restaurant, receptionist did not relay my order, was told they will prepare breakfast in 20 min and send to my room. 40 min later, called reception who connected me to restaurant, server oblivious, she said they will cook breakfast for 20-30 min. Called reception which had the gall to say that she relayed my order, not even apologetic. No flat iron for rent, asked twice, only to be told they had none - had to go to convention with my suit and clothes crumpled. No hair dryer in the room, even if stated in their website that they had.

This hotel has a good location, right on the beach. There is an open-air swimming pool. It takes more than 30 minutes from the hotel to the airport. The tap water is not good, which is yellow. You can drink the water only after a while. It is recommended not to drink.

I needed to depart this at 4AM because my flight's departure time was 6AM. I knew that it was difficult for the hotel manager to get up early but actually she got up and tried to give me a good service. In fact, though Grab taxi couldn't pick me up due to GPS discrepancy, the hotel manager talked to the Grab driver in order to lead to the correct position. Thanks for her huge supports, I could reach to airport on time. (btw, your back view when you were on the bicycle was so cool and reliable. LOL) Thanks a lot.

This is a fantastic journey! Highly recommend! Shangri-la is the best hotel in cebu All staffs are very friendly and enthusiastic！ The service is so sweet . We were pleasantly surprised by what an amazing hotel this has been. The staff have been so lovely and accommodating. From the room staff, front desk staff, and wait staff they were beyond lovely. We even took time to eat at their restaurant in house and our server Aden took great care of us. I was also SO happy to see our turn down service came with dried mangoes. 10/10 would book again.

It is a new open hotel, so there is no information and I leave a review. Once the rooms and bathrooms are very clean and the staff are very friendly. But the location is 2-4 of the usual rate even if you call a taxi If you don't pay the ship, the call taxi will not come to the hotel. The situation is similar even if the grab is not often done to Cebu City, it would not be a big problem

My wife, son, and I went there for my birthday. We wanted to try a new resort in Cebu. Wow were we overwhelmed and surprised. The Sheraton staff treated us with kindness and as if we had been there multiple times. Every single staff member greeted us. From the housekeeping to the guards at both entrances. They even took my son by the hand and kept him entertained while we were checking in. They gave him popcorn. I was also shocked at the one restaurant when they sang happy birthday and gave me a wonderfully delightful cake. It was so smooth and silky. The food was also perfect and tender. The sauce for the fries was very creamy and tasty. For the first time in the almost twelve years in Cebu, even having been to numerous Cebuano resorts including Shangri-la everything was 100 percent perfect. The wifi was strong and no lag, the food was perfect, parking perfect, staff were perfect, beach and pool were clean and perfect. We even go to feed the fish as well which the guard at the water activities area gave us. I mean it was all around perfect for the first time here in Cebu. At Breakfast they even gave me a thank you cake for staying there. I couldn't believe it. It really felt homey and that warm feeling. For the money we spent it was 100 percent worth it. Oh by the way the atmosphere was perfect too. No loud people on cellphones everywhere talking or taking selfies and the like.

We stayed 1 week in this hotel with 9 rooms only 👍 Rooms with sea view very spacious and very functional / very large bathroom with shower in Italian 👌et has a refrigerator and a safe 👍 It is We are cleaning every day: made beds; changed wallpapers and renewed products 👍 However, air conditioning in the room is very noisy and few possible settings ! ☹️ Breakfast is offered either in buffet or on the map: coffee; bread; butter confectionery; fruit; juice and various dirty dishes 👍 The restaurant of the hotel is right, as you have several restaurants around. During our stay we were surprised that the hotel is accompanied by a reception room (belonging to the hotel) which organizes: various weddings and evenings especially the weekend of Friday to Sunday night 🤔 Therefore, The tranquility of the places is very disturbed ! Sorry 😒 But from Monday to Thursday we found that the hotel was very quiet with few people 👍 The outdoors are beautiful and the swimming pool is excellent; the beach is small but correct to bath there ( it is clean every day ) against no snorkeling because there is no fauna and flora damage !

Plantation Bay is again my favorite hotel on Mactan. I was there August of 22, January of this year and just finished a stay in May. Here are some things to consider about Plantation Bay: - It’s the only large Filipino owned resort on Mactan and they must treat there staff incredibly well because everyone I spoke with has worked there 10+years - unlike other resorts they have a no tipping policy - The large salt water lagoons are beautiful and large enough that they never feel crowded - Plantation Bay offers a variety of food options for every taste - They have a wide variety of on site activities and offer multiple excursions outside the resort for reasonable prices To be fair there were a couple of things that could improve but those are minor - The beach towels need to be replaced. The bathroom towels are great but the beach towels were old and thin - During busy periods when you call bell service or guest relations the phone just rings with no answer. Overall though, this is the best place to stay on Mactan. Great service, unique activities, great staff, and some of the best swimming pools anywhere Here are some tips: - if you are not traveling with kids, the waters edge rooms are amazing. You can step from your deck directly into the lagoon - Consider the Route 66 Diner for breakfast. Good food and never crowded -A romantic dinner at Palermo’s is a great option on site - I paid the extra $50 to have a car drop us off and pick us up at our room and it was definitely worth it. You get checked in/out at your room saving time Highly recommend this great hotel

The service is usually to say this. The meal had few morning menus, but I think it's a taste that can be eaten in Japanese without any problems. There is almost no difficulty around the water, the water pressure in the shower does not flow, and the water becomes weaker! There is no convenience store outside the hotel so there is no problem eating, but it is a casual shop. It may be a bit dangerous at night as there are dark roads. There is no problem in using a coin laundry because there is a cleaning shop in the place you went to Main Street. Bicycles exiting the gate are quite cheap to go everywhere because they are waiting.

The entire staff was very nice and accommodating. They tended to my needs as soon as I arrived at the Hostel. The place was very very clean and neat. Aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. The shower and bath was exquisite. Hot shower was very much needed after a long flight and they have it there. The place is very accessible and it’s just a 5-minute drive from Mactan airport and no traffic in the area.

No early, health is OK, air conditioning is enough, service is good. It is the first floor that there is no separate bathroom. It takes a few hours to catch a plane to catch a plane. It is also convenient to take a taxi on the roadside. At the airport 160, I gave the driver 20 tips, a total of 180.

Amazing spa service with amazing result for lobby. Look Sunset bar was strategically located next to the swimming pool and the infinity view of the ocean. Dinner buffet was surprisingly romantic, situated in the garden next to the bay front left the ambience however, they need to consider to pack their table and chair later not when the guest are still having their dinner so attitude was great everyone’s greeting you and treating you l with friendly and welcoming attitude:From the front doorman to the kitchen stuff you met at the corridor. Since Ball is the heart of energy after 8 pm with the set up of pool, table, darts and acoustic band at the night, the other part of the result were quiet and not so happening .. the room facing sea with amazing view come with the one chair balcony which supposed to be 2. there’s a tiny bit of smell on the right side bed if you’re sleeping there close to the wall of the bathroom.

Me and my wife stayed here at this hotel for 5 days and we have nothing but good experiences. The staffs are very accommodating and friendly. They always made sure that our needs are met. My wife and I decided last minute to do an excursion. Fortunately, the hotel offers multiple options to choose from. We booked two excursions through them- we had an awesome experience! The transactions were smooth and easy. They even offer ”wake up call”, if you need it. They hotel has a restaurant with an a waterfront view. They also offer homemade ice cream- it was delicious. If you guys need a a quick snack, their hotel is located across 7-11 (open 24 hours). They have three swimming pools, but our favorite pool is the elevated pool because you can watch the sunset. The pools were clean. Overall, we would recommend this hotel. We had a pleasant and comfortable stay.
