|2.48km from city centerI was going to wait until I completed my stay to write a review but compelled to make a start due to the excellent service that has been given thus far. The hotel itself is in a quiet street in islamabad with gated entry and exit. It has an essence of luxury and cleanliness that is consistent throughout the establishment. After my first night, a staff member enquired about how my stay was, to which I highlighted a very small issue with some noise in my room. This was brought to the attention of the manager ”Hamza” who looked to resolve my issue by offering me another room that was, in fact, larger and on a better side of the hotel. The hotel followed up on my satisfaction with my new room later in the day and looked to further improve on my stay by providing complimentary dinners and snacks to my room. Whilst I am sure I would have been somewhat content with my stay if the issue was left unresolved. This for me has placed this hotel as a must stay in islamabad for those looking for a peaceful setting and great customer service.

|4.67km from city centerSimilar to domestic apartments, business suites are about 80 square meters, with 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, master bathroom and public bathroom (no shower). However, there is a bedroom that is a servant's or driver's room, which is very small and only depends on the equipment room, so the noise is relatively loud. The main thing here is convenience, there are dining and shopping downstairs. Sanitation and facilities are at the domestic three-star level.

|1.75km from city centerStayed in this hotel for the second time. But this time was quite unpleasant. I'll help our customers book a hotel first. Because I needed to pay the room rate, I chose to pay online. After I paid online, it showed that the payment was successful, and Ctrip showed that the occupant can check in by name or booking confirmation number. During that time, I repeatedly asked Ctrip whether this was successful. Ctrip said it was okay. As a result, when checking in the same day, the other party asked my client to show my reservation credit card. Otherwise you cannot stay. Tossing and tossing, I hurried back from the outside and repaid the room rate. After checking out on the 26th, I have not released the pre-authorization to me. In short, the experience was too bad. Ctrip's customer service at the beginning was also speechless. I asked for cash and what I did. It was not my fault. Why not do hotel work. Later, Ctrip gave me phone subsidies and a bad exchange rate for credit cards. Okay

Islamabad
|4.33km from city centerThis is a lovely hotel in a nice quiet location, nearby are cafes, restaurants and shops. We received a warm welcome , had to pay extra to check in early, but that’s normal. The room itself was spacious with ample wardrobe space, lovely super kingsize, comfortable bed. The room also had a fridge. The en-suite was also a good size. On arrival the room was very clean. But that’s where it finished! Housekeeping was nonexistent, bins weren’t emptied, toiletries and toilet paper wasn’t replaced, unless you asked, towels weren’t changed , unless you asked! There was a menu for breakfast and dinner but it was room service only, lucky for us we were in the annex and was a communal area we could eat a lovely breakfast, but in the main part of the hotel there was a dining room, don’t understand why that couldn’t be used? Breakfast was cooked to order and was very nice. Staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. When the problems I’ve mentioned are resolved this hotel will be very good!

|1.68km from city centerI think the biggest asset of this hotel is the neighborhood of many important offices and institutions. From this, probably different officials often visit here? The best years are definitely behind. Rooms renovated but everything is poisoned by the mouse. The only plus large metras. Breakfast in buffet form with a lot of choice but under local customers. Free wifi is more likely everywhere, with this hotel class, is also in standard.Definitely at this price I do not recommend.

Islamabad
|3.99km from city centerUnacceptable quality of hotel and level of customer service. Disgustingly arrogant attitude of hotel staff, from Check-In to Check-Out. No concept of customer service in this hotel. At Check-In was told with a haughty and arrogant pride that they are not an international standard hotel, but a Pakistani standard - which I found hilarious. The accommodation overall is shabby, worn and old, requiring a massive programme of maintenance and upgrading. there is absolutly no pride in the cleanliness, neatness and just basic quality of fittings, fixtures or amenities. This hotel's staff think its enough to bow at you and salute you to achieve customer service! How laughable. First room given to us was DISGUSTING. Not cleaned correctly, hair all over the bathroom, and a blocked shower drain. Asked that they change our room and re-clean it in front of our eyes - the second room was arguably worse - cracked glass in the bathroom door with sharp edges, electric lamps that were not wired correctly and you could see the sparks when switching it on or off. Room heating worked then didn't work - the engineer was called multiple times but could not fix the problem. There were 2 complimentary water bottles but neither a single tea bag nor a kettle in sight. Bathroom was just OK with rotten and broken mirror frame, sharp edges and a very very worn condition. A generally dirty and grimy floor, meant we kept our shoes on all the time. Thankfuly the bed mattress seemed to allow a decent nights sleep! Breakfast was very basic and typical poor Pakistani fare, entirely unappetising - and included the obligatory Pakistani habit of cleaning staff mopping the floor around your feet as you are serving yourself. Check-out was an expected shambles with taxi booking, bell-calls and invoice requests unanswered, luckily I expected such hopeless service levels and made alternative arrangements for transfer to the airport. What an entirely forgettable and poor experience, will never make the mistake of returning here.

Islamabad
|5.14km from city centerVery good, a villa in a wealthy area, the surrounding environment is very good; the room is large, with a sofa and a desk, very suitable for business trips; the focus is to provide Chinese food for three meals a day, I am not used to the real food in Batie outside, and there are problems with eating Landing; the boss is a Chinese couple, they are so warm and thoughtful. Five-star recommendation!

|4.91km from city centerThe hotel service is very good and the price is very good. When I stayed at the hotel, it happened to be my birthday. The hotel specially prepared a birthday cake. If I hadn’t seen the surprise given by the hotel, I would have forgotten that it was my birthday. I was very touched, especially for us who have been traveling abroad for a long time. Thank you so much 🙏

Islamabad
|2km from city centerThe boss is very nice and enthusiastic! It will also give you more choices based on your financial situation. To be honest, although it is not as magnificent as a luxurious star hotel, I feel like I am a guest at my old Ba's house! Personally, I feel good about the hygiene, just like your relative's home in the county. Facilities: bathroom heater, toilet, air conditioner, fan, basic facilities are all there, but I didn't ask how to wash clothes! I was hesitating whether to wash it by hand or by machine. It was my third day here, so there was no need for it. The service is very enthusiastic and the boss is very kind. There are basically self-built houses outside the street, all with different personalities! Not as uniform as the countryside! Everyone must have his or her own philosophy!

Islamabad
|3.75km from city centerAfter landing yesterday, I looked at several platforms and finally chose this store. I thought the owner was quite nice. So I am here to evaluate it specifically.
The first point: be careful
(After placing the order, the store owner called me back immediately to confirm the order information and check-in time. Hearing that I was coming by plane, he roughly determined the pick-up time with me. Super nice)
Point 2: Patience
(After landing, the boss came to pick me up immediately and immediately asked to take my luggage because I had a lot of luggage. In the end, the boss was very gentlemanly and helped me take my luggage, which was super nice)
The third point: the hardware facilities are very good. When we were picked up, a particularly clean business car was arranged to take us back to the hotel. Islamabad is really hot. I was sweating immediately after landing. Of course I had to take a shower immediately after returning to the hotel. The room was fully equipped with disposable items. The bedding has been tested with UV light and is quite clean. Definitely replace it often. The toiletries are all branded, not random brands, and they are quite good. Remarkable
Point 4: The ticket the boss gave me was much higher than the ticket at our airport. UnionPay cards cannot be used here. Saved us a lot of time and money.
Point 5: The journey from the airport to the hotel felt very chaotic. It was not until I arrived at this hotel that I felt particularly safe and at ease. After asking the boss, he told us that this is equivalent to a wealthy area. After observing the police in the hotel, it was indeed quite safe. There were three or four of them. It feels very safe and secure
Sixth: The network here is very poor. The hotel WIFI is very good. It’s no problem to post videos on Xiaohongshu. nice
Seventh: It is very close to Chinese supermarkets and local big cities, about five minutes away. I actually saw Huawei’s Pakistan headquarters
Eighth: The hotel provides three meals. Surprisingly the chef is Chinese. That's great. Love Chinese food
All in all, highly recommended, family members. The hotel

Islamabad
|1.18km from city centerIt is a boutique hotel with highly personalized service. The location is perfect in F6/4 area with the best restaurants such as Nando's, Chop Chop Wok and Chaaye Khaana at a stone's throw away. For shopping also, the souvenir, carpets and fashion boutiques are 5 minutes walk away. The location is very secure and the security guard opens the gate with a smile. The hotel manager checks in efficiently and provides an overview of the facilities. The butlers informed us about the clothes washing facility which is done at Marriott's laundry shop.
The room was clean and equipped with all necessities including coffee and tea, fast wifi, lots of tv channels and adequate toiletries. The water pressure and temperature was perfect for soothing shower.
The breakfast was scrumptious and included ommellete as well as Pakistani style. The hotel manager Faraz was super friendly and helped me get print outs . He also guided me on sightseeing areas.
In short, this place is great for an affordable price and I will stay here again.

|0.94km from city centerI stayed here for about a week with a colleague. We were on an official trip and needed a secure plus good-service place. Services: I must appreciate the staff for their great service and hospitality. The breakfast had good variety. The breakfast coffee isn’t good but the one you pay for is creamy and frothy. You can either ask for ironing service or can just ask for iron board and do it yourself. Location: The nearest market is Kohsar which is 10 mins walk away. But the plus point of this location is a very close-by walking track and that it’s very close to all major hotels and business centres. For business stays, it’s perfect. Ambience: Now coming to negative points: the guesthouse is in serious need of renovation. The sheets were old and paled. The bathroom tiles were fading. Room view: The second negative point is room view. If you’re someone who care for room views like me, you’d be disappointed.

|3.16km from city centerThe location is generally good in downtown Islamabad. As the weather got colder, I made good use of the indoor heater and hot water. However, although it was clearly said to be non-smoking, some rooms did not allow smoking but instead allowed snoring, which was different from what I saw on the website. But overall, I thought it was reasonable for the price.
