Well landscaped with natural swings at various places around the Stream and near camp fire location. Very good service. Very helpful reception. Appreciate Mr.Roy who helped us with medicines (which had to be bought from Vythri) for my daughter who was sick. On the whole a great experience. Dinner buffet was reasonably priced. Though the resort is off road with a challenging 2 Km route, we were adequately warned and resort provided Jeep service whenever required. Couple of feedbacks for improvement a. Food variety can be improved. I stayed for 4 nights and started getting bored with the Breakfast and Dinner menu. They could include Pizzas in the ala carte menu and provide croissants in Breakfast. b. Room service can be improved. Ordered twice and both times had some issue with quality or time taken. c. Fan was making a big noise in room no 503 which could not be fixed during my stay. d. Hot water was not available all the time, though they mentioned its available 24/7. e. Camp fire was good, but too noisy. I would rather sit around and enjoy the sounds of nature with a mild music in the background at best. On the whole quite happy with the choice of the place.

|0.62km from city centerHotel is centrally located in ***anthavady town with enough parking space, everything available at walking distance, Staff is very co-operative especially Mr.Siraj who helped as a lot in how and which sightseeing can be done, what is open, what is close due to rain etc. etc., it is very important on how staff is helpful especially you are booking your hotel as tourist and when you don't know anything about that area / town, only one disadvantage is that I couldn't find any pure veg restaurant nearby.

No much choices but can understand only for few people there is no need of a spread. Good and courteous staff. If the hotel can at-least have small restaurant to cater tea/coffe that would be great. Stay was good but need to improve facilities to charge this amount. Overall average stay. 3/5.

But dinner no meals or rice item available in restaurent need to manage with dos a alone. And room service needs to improve a little bit as there is no separate person available, the restaurant person will only come. It is advisable for a group of 6 or more people. Has a pool on the first floor with an amazing view of the coffee plantation. There's a zip-line just next to the facility as well. Amazing food and bonfire on request were just extremely ecstatic. Would recommend everyone planning for wayanad to visit this property without fail!

it is highly overpriced. even in the times of highest demands, any payment over for this hotel may be too much. the hotel just has 16 rooms, and is built up on just 1 acre land. it cannot be called a resort. resorts usually have a very big land area. the is almost no variety in breakfast compared to good hotels. they served only poori sabzi and appam and bread butter in breakfast. there was no sweet dish in regular dinner. on asking, they served fruit salad as sweet dish. the road to the hotel is narrow and broken.

|8.41km from city centerMy experience with the new form hotel was overall not bad, but i would like to point out a few incidents #1 when we asked for towels they failed to provide us the same. #2 unlike most hotels this hotel had not provided dental kits. Eg-brush, toothpaste etc. #3 the toilets also had stains on the sides. Even after all of these incidents the price was still very high. But i would recommend the new form restaurant as it is very near to the hotel, and the food quality and taste was also decent for a reasonable price.

|17.15km from city centerWe were a family of three including one child of 10 years, and we stayed for two nights here. The property is reasonably big and has a lot of places to walk around. It is maintained beautifully, and is lush green all around. There is a small stream nearby to walk upto. There Is a mini trail to hike up to a view puoint. Tea estates to walk around. Pros: Large property, lot of places to walk if you are nature lovers. Very courteous and helpful staff. Rooms are large and well maintained. [Basic facilities, though] Cons: The food choices are pretty limited, and they need to urgently change their chefs. Ala-Carte menu is very limited, and basically a subset of their buffet spread, which fore most part of the time is served cold. The swimming pool is at a beautiful location, however even basic things like towels are not provided near the pool. The spa, is a total rip off. The therapist does not appear to be trained, and the supposedly in charge person, keeps dropping in during a massage, I have never been interrupted so ***y times during a massage without basic etiquette of not entering a massage room when someone is being worked on. I seriously recommend not to use the spa The room was pretty basic, which is actually a good thing, however the towels they keep are non water absorbent ones, I wish they keep some towels which are cotton. I recommend the owners to install some easy chairs in open areas with the Mountain View, I would have really enjoyed my time reading a book facing the lovely mountains which the resort is facing to.
