Is very convenient to local subway (2min walk) or JR train (10-15min walk). Staying there over 11 nites, front desk staffs & room cleaners are all very friendly & helpful. Walking distance to various shopping areas, animates streets, park & zoo. Many convenient stores around, 24hrs eatery. The only thing isn’t good is rooms too small, if couple or single is ok but friends in dual better get 2 single-beds room which is bigger (that’s what I upgraded for my 2 sons 3000¥ per nite). If coffee lovers, you have to prepare yourself coffee as they have complimentary green tea only.

The hotel was originally a 4-storey apartment, no elevator. A little difficult when carrying a large bag Check-in by yourself through email to get the code to open the key box, free wifi, not near, not far from the train. Can go up many lines Choose as you go There are many restaurants around that area, don't be afraid to starve, can you go back late. Very scary

It should be regarded as a studio hotel, the first floor is a studio, the second floor is a hotel room, there are not many rooms, each type of room type has only two adjacent rooms, each room is small, but because it is in Tokyo, the hotel Walk to the jr Ochanomizu Station for about 15 minutes. Go out to the main road and turn right to the first traffic light and turn left. Go straight uphill and pass two traffic lights. Cross the bridge is the jj station of Ochanomizu, take the jr The express line goes to the two directions. The Tokyo Station and the Shinjuku Station are all three stations. It takes only about ten minutes. I think that the room is small and can be understood... but there is basically no service... there are stoves, bathtubs... Interesting, but it is not recommended to bring the elderly and children to stay, because the room is very individual, the floor is different, the bed is relatively open, the bed has steps, handrails, vertical steel pipes, etc... The safety for the elderly and children is right. Point risk, but it is very recommended that young people stay for a few more days. If the English is good, you can learn more and even participate in the activities of the studio. Not only the scenery, but also the interpersonal thinking, very good!

Our family of 4 stayed at this hotel, during a four day, stopover in Tokyo, after skiing in Japan. We decided to splurge and book the ninja themed room-which offered more beds than we needed, but a separate bedroom for the children, and two bathrooms which is Quite a luxury in Tokyo. The beds & pillows were really comfortable & although we had a large dining table - it was a bit odd to not have a lounge to relax on. The hotel was conveniently located a couple of minutes walk from the Ueno-Hirokoji (Ginza Metro line) station - which provides access to Asakusa Station in the north-which is a lovely historic area with a temple, good restaurants and sky tree tower. The other end of the Ginza line includes Shibuya-home to the famous Shibuya Crossing and other good restaurants and shops, etc. the trendy and lux suburb of Ginza is also on this line. Also, very close to this hotel is a big department store – Parco and lots of ‘Lawson’ convenience stores to grab snacks etc. We dined at: - Warayakiya izakaya - which is just around the corner from the hotel. It’s a very authentic Japanese restaurant with good ambience, tasty food, friendly staff and traditional food (more suited to adults). We recommend the seared bonito (there speciality!) and the whiskey yuzu highball cocktail. -Pork cutlet Yamabe Okachimachi - which is a tiny authentic Japanese restaurant specialising in pork Tonkatsu. There are only 14 seats, so we recommend getting there early, although they seem to turnover pretty quickly. We literally sat at a counter overlooking the staff preparing meals, but it is tasty food and very reasonably priced. Note it’s cash only the dish we ordered was ¥1,250 each. Thank you to the front desk staff who were always helpful and very responsive via email or in person at reception.

TLDR: This lodging is really great value for money!! it's near Ueno as well as the Yushima station. There are so many good eateries around, a 24h DonDonDonki, a Daiso etc. all within the nearby vicinity. Also, I think they have recently refurbished the hotel. It bears a unique charm of something that has a rich history, combined with a new-age boutique hotel. I booked this place via Agoda for a single bedder, and was given a 5th floor room with my own balcony. The Simmons mattress sat nicely on the tatami floor. There was everything you ever need for a comfortable stay in Tokyo - usual toiletries, hot water kettle, a television, a mini-bar fridge. Also, the pillow was simply A M A Z I N G! - it was half a conventional stuffed pillow, half filled with husks (some traditional Japanese pillow). I slept like a baby and was so well rested after a week of business trip. I would recommend this place to solo travelers! Not too sure about the twin rooms though.

In the case of JR use, it is not known about 5 from Okachimachi Station, 10 from Akihabara Station, and 3 from Ginza Line Suehiro Station. There are several affiliated hotels nearby, so I wonder if this name can be used. A large yellow sign is a landmark. Since it was an online reservation, you can enter the room immediately by just telling the name for check-in, and give me a printed explanation such as equipment and time information, which is clear. Because of the quiet period, I booked a single room, but assigned a triple (?) room with a loft. Welcome drinks with alcohol are served in the lobby, but the time is too short at 17~19, and after eating outside C/I, you can't drink coffee. I still want coffee and soft drinks to be free until night. There are many complaints about the elevator, but I wonder if it can't be helped because it's a small hotel with 1 Floor 9 Room. Since I was staying on Sunday, I didn't have to worry so much about waiting for the elevator, and I didn't use the outdoor stairs that were open only in the morning. It is easy to remember that the room key can be changed to the password input described in the receipt at C/I and the desired number. The room is an orthodox business hotel style, with large and bright windows, but the shade is highly shaded and easy to sleep. Equipped with a hanger rack and a mirror, this is useful. Around the desk, outlets x3, USB and mobile charging multi cables are extended separately. A kettle pot, hair dryer, air purifier, etc. are placed, and the refrigerator is an empty type to put your favorite things. The air conditioner is individual in the room, so set your preferences. There is also a trouser press on each floor and you can use it freely. Pillows, nightwear, shaving, etc. are placed in front of the front desk, and the service is brought by yourself. Wi―Fi The radio waves in the whole building were strong and comfortable. 2F The large communal bath is used for men and women in the time zone, and the male time zone is almost equal to 22 Time ~6: 20 and the morning is almost impossible to use. It seems that female customers are given priority, but I want you to consider the morning time of men. It seems to be ”Rojas”, but the image of the rule and the binding are too noisy to be forced to ”save”, and it can only be heard as ”cost saving” of the hotel rather than ”Rojas”. I wonder if it will be a comfortable stay if you can sing a little more from the customer's point of view. Super Hotel series recommended breakfast is different from the old-fashioned business hotel and is satisfied. On this day, there are variations of vegetables such as Chikuzen-ni, chicken salad, and green salad, and the recommended bread is 3 seeds, and I wonder if you can enjoy it for both rice and bread, including okazu. Sufficient content as a hotel at this price level. However, since the floor is small, there is a possibility of congestion in the time zone. The front desk staff was a foreigner, but I liked it with a clear and clear voice, and I seemed to be busy at night and in the morning with the name 1, but I was struggling and I liked it.

A 9-story building with three guest rooms on the first floor and a suite on the top floor. Location: Excellent! Room: The size is comfortable and the layout is very reasonable! Service: There is no room service. There is a front desk from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. They are very polite and can provide all kinds of help. In fact, it is a serviced apartment. It is located in a busy city but very quiet. I will still stay here next time I go to Tokyo. There are many restaurants in the surrounding area, and there are various exhibition halls and zoos in Nagano Park within an 8-minute walk. The transportation to the airport is convenient and can be reached in 50 minutes. Very positive!

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Overall, the hotel is clean and has all the amenities that a business or couples traveling would need. The rooms are clean, and a good size for Tokyo. The communication with the front desk. Staff is also efficient and easy to navigate. The downside would be the location is a bit off and requires some walking to Tokyo station. Our family of 5 people (2 large and 3 small), the room was very clean, as the photo introduced on Trip.com; There is a large room with 2 double beds and the other room with a double bed, which is just enough to sleep in the larger room than 3 children. The homestay provides toothbrushes, shaving cream, shower gel, shampoo, moisturizer and basic tea bags and coffee. And the same good thing is that he can cook there, and I will book this one next time! Also make a Shabu Shabu!

With any brand new hotel you expect a few hiccups, but my layover stay at the Metropolitan Haneda didn’t have a single one. Easy access from Haneda via the monorail (one stop away) and a short walk from the station to the hotel front door. Helpful staff, easy check in, efficient room with a comfy bed and one of the best hotel showers I’ve experienced. This was a great way to spend my 16 hour layover in Tokyo. Breakfast was included in my very economical room charge and included Western and Asian fare. Scrambled eggs were not as hard-cooked as most Americans like them, and much of the hot food needed to be kept warmed a little more than it was, but all in all a good buffet.

This is my first time renting a residential hotel🫣🫣so I thought the code sent by Trip.com was the password to get the key. From daylight to dark😓We spent several hours but couldn’t get the key, and we couldn’t contact anyone Relevant people help 😞 When I went there, I wanted to give up at 11:00 in the evening, but I was so embarrassed that I found the customer service agent of Trip.com. Luckily, the customer service staff responded to my phone very quickly, although I finally had to get the password for me at midnight , but at least I don’t want to live on the street 🥲🥲🥲But after this experience, I will definitely not rent these hotels again. I don’t feel at ease because no one has handed over them. In the end, the hotel replied that there is a send password for me, but what I received is exactly It was only sent to me at 11:17 on the night of 2/4, and I have not received it before. On the contrary, the hotel sent to fill in all the information of the owner and the insurance related information, and I received it😞😞😞 Really disappointed, but I am used to good reviews It’s just that I feel uncomfortable when I find a problem and I don’t want to solve it immediately and I want to continue to push the problem on the other party😓

This is really about a 3-4 minute walk once you leave Tokyo Station, take Yaesu Central Exit. Once you cross the big street outside the station, it is only one block to a set of lights, left a very short ways, then right 2 or 3 doors, check in is on the 2nd floor (2F). There are signs in English high up and near the entrance. We stayed twice this trip. Check in was prompt. We had a twin room, 2 single beds. The rooms were very clean small as expected, so 2 beds worked better, nobody sleeping against the wall. Everything we needed, fridge, two pillows each (soft and hard), kettle, tea, coffee, TV, good lights, wifi, hangers, pants press, great soaps, shampoo and nice towels. Also, pajamas. There was a microwave and ice near the front desk area. We stayed a second time and the both rooms were identical except for the view. The first one had a view of building construction underway next to our hotel with a small bit open to see the weather. The second was higher up and overlooked the new building next to it. Not sure if that view will stay like that. A hotel view of a building next to it is common in Japan. We only slept and showered there so no view was no issue for us. There are 2 Family Marts and a 7-11 about 3-4 minute walk away also, plus other restos, more for the afternoon or night but there is a nice soba restaurant (Komoro Soba) that is open for breakfast which we enjoyed. The front desk staff were very friendly and very helpful and the next time in Tokyo, we'll plan on staying there again.

The nearest subway station is Mori****a Station. There are 2 lines, Oedo Line (1) and Shinjuku Line (2). Very strategic to go anywhere. At Exit 3 Mori****a Station, there is an elevator, but the location is a bit hidden (just follow the elevator picture instructions). So, no worries if you bring a big suitcase. From Exit 1, stay on the road about 100 meters. Anyway close. . Check-in time starts at 15:00, check-out maximum 10:00. When we arrived from Osaka at 9:00, we were allowed to use the bathroom and toilet and rest in the 3rd floor lounge until waiting for check-in time. . There are many 24-hour mini-mart around the hotel such as Familymart, 1, and Lawson. Less than 100 meters, there is also a friendly Muslim restaurant called Edo-men Kumahachi, a chain with OAK HOTEL EDO. But, it feels less suitable in our tongue. The sauce is too spicy and too thick. Please try it for yourself, wonder if it fits. . OAK HOTEL EDO is a hostel but a hotel. There is only one mixed dorm room or mix dormitory containing 5 bunk beds for 10 people. The rest are all private rooms from the 1st floor to the 10th floor (of course there is an elevator). If you are more suitable for private rooms and have budget, please check yourselves on Agoda's website. The private room is various. We are eight (6 adults, 1 teenager 16 years old, 1 9 year old child) occupied a mix dorm on the 2nd floor (room 205). At that time, there were 2 other guests joining. Yes, they allow children to stay, as long as under parents' supervision so they don't bother other guests and have to pay a normal fee. . The bed and pillows were clean and soft. The sheets and blankets are clean. Can be replaced every day but must be opened by yourself. Inside the room, there are lamp lamps, one power outlet, and two USB ports. In the mix dorm room there is a window facing the street. So there is air circulation and entering the sunlight. Facilities in the room: locker, powder room alias dressing room, complete with hair dryer even polish (must borrow to the reception), hanger, slipper, and refrigerator. There is AC and heater as well. Oh yes, the Wi-Fi is very good, the room lights are off at 23:00, the between the bunk beds are very tight if you want to throw the luggage out, but we can use the corners of the hallway. The alley can also be used for a shrine spot for shaving. Shower room there are 3, complete with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Towels are provided for rent. WC has 2, clean. . On the 3rd floor there is a kitchen, lounge, and terrace. The cooking equipment is complete. There are 3 microwaves, 2 electric stoves, complete with a bucket, a variety of pots, a soda, dkk. We cooked garlic eggs and a boil Indomie there. There is rice cooker (we tried rice), there are 2 water heaters complete with coffee, tea and sugar. We booked the large king room which provided an extremely comfortable stay for two in Tokyo! The hostel is well situated, within a five minute walk from three different metro lines, as well as various convenience and grocery stores and restaurants. The room itself was large and comfortable, although in the winter, the floor hall remained very cold. The space is modern and clean and we only once saw anyone else on our floor. There is noise from outside the building (most notably a bell that chimed at 4:30 pm), but we were able to get excellent sleep. We stayed on the seventh floor, which only had female showers, but it was not a problem to go down one flight for the male showers. The cafe provides delicious breakfast options, from a full breakfast plate to granola or a pastry. They also have decaf, which can be more difficult to find in Tokyo. The downstairs lounge is stylish and comfortable with wonderful drink and snack items (we did not have a full dinner) as well as an excellently curated playlist. Finally, the staff was always polite, helpful, welcoming, and warm! Citan is highly recommended if you do not mind sharing a shower and bathroom with others.

It is 10 minutes from the insane part of SHINJUKU station, so it's really wonderful to be close but not besieged with all that hyperstimulation. The walk is easy as it is on a main street, so you can’t get lost. Like the other MIMARUs we stayed at, this was fairly new and wonderfully clean. The lay-out is really nice as all 4 of us had some privacy. It was roomy for a sitting area, dining set, and a small kitchen (well-stocked, although we didn’t use). No view but we were on the second floor. The beds were comfy, and the kids each had a large bunk berth (probably bigger than a capsule hotel, yet had lighting and USB inside). Any family who prizes having a good bed (you are going to need it after all the walking in Tokyo) would have a really good stay.

It had air conditioning, a mini fridge and a nice bathroom. The hotel has a laundry area with washing machines and dryers. No laundry detergent needed as the machine automatically dispenses it. The complimentary breakfast was very good. I recommend going to the breakfast area on the earlier side as it gets very busy from 8-9:30. Convenience stores, cafes, and a grocery store are all nearby, along with 3 train/subway stations that allow you to easily get around Tokyo. We stayed 4 nights at the Mimaru Tokyo Hatchoburi when we travelled to Tokyo for a holiday in June 2023. The room was spacious enough for the 4 of us, and the bunk beds were an absolute delight for our two children who are aged 7yo and 5yo. There was a small dining area which I really appreciated because it provided a nice space for us to have meals at, and for the kids to be at when they colour/draw/play. As we have young children, the little kitchenette was a great plus. Location wise, the apartment hotel is a mere 3-5 mins walk to Hatchoburi Station which provided direct lines to Tokyo Station, Tsukiji Outer Market and Ginza. There are also a few convenience stores (including 7-Eleven) and eateries very nearby. There is a soba shop just at Exit 5B of the train station and I found their soba really delicious and not expensive at all. All in all, we had a super pleasant and comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend if you are travelling as a family and need the extra beds. Will be staying again when we holiday next in Tokyo!

As an introvert, I loved the self-service concept - I could check in, check out and get breakfast without having to wait for staff. Speaking of breakfast, for a free breakfast I was impressed - coffee, juice, toast, eggs and yoghurt. I found the bed really comfortable and spacious - I also appreciated having a shelf for smaller items. I found the other guests were generally quiet and respected quiet hours. I've noticed some reviews mentioning the rooms are untidy - there isn't really anywhere to store larger luggage, so it tends to get piled in any available space. Smaller luggage will fit in the bunk with you. Showers and toilets were far cleaner than I'd been led to expect from the reviews, and there were plenty of them. I liked how there were common areas for being social (kitchen and reception) and for when you wanted some quiet (coworking space and outside dorms). However, I found that sometimes the coworking would ”close” (staff would ask you to leave) without warning, so it was difficult to plan around when you could use the space and when you couldn't. If the coworking space is not going to be available during the stated hours, it would be nice to have some warning. But all in all, I would happily stay here again.

Nice hotel although definitely could be cleaner - the elevators are dirty and also room was not cleaned very well before I arrived, dirty bathroom. The free breakfast in the morning is very nice. Not a fan of the area / touristy and slightly seedy at night. There are nicer areas to stay in in Tokyo

As a facility, I am very grateful for the microwave oven and the hot water heater in the room. The bed was also comfortable. The TV is very large for the room, so it was just good to go down to the bed and go down to the window... The toilet seat is fitted to the body and comfortable. The body was narrow when standing on the washbasin (the toilet bowl (seat) immediately on the right hand of the bathtub)...So it was hard to wash the face. There are glasses and mags, but there are no cutlery such as cherry blossoms and spoons, so I thought it would have been good to check in advance.

I stayed here alone on a trip. The room was also very beautiful and had a feeling of cleanliness. There are also necessary amenities in the lobby, As soon as you leave the hotel, there is a 24-hour supermarket and convenience store, which is very convenient. Even when I used it on a Saturday, it was a good value for money. It's a little far from Tokyo Station, but if I have the chance, I would definitely use it again, so I highly recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this room. The room was excellent with its cleanliness and the staff members were incredibly friendly. The location was also perfect, offering convenience and accessibility. However, we must mention that there was a minor issue with the hot water pot as it had a water leakage problem. Despite reporting the issue, it unfortunately remained unresolved. Nevertheless, apart from this small inconvenience, the overall experience was fantastic, thanks to the wonderful room and ideal location.

Pro - Good location. Less than a 3 mins walk from Otorri Station on the Keikyu Line if you are coming from the airport. From the hotel it is about 30mins to Yokohama on the same line southwards. Airport shuttle in the morning makes it convenient for visitors who are flying off in the morning. Cons - While we appreciate that breakfast was provided in a bento box, drinks were not included. And while it did not affect us as we were flying off in the morning, those catching a afternoon or evening flight would have to find their own way to the airport.

The very convenient self-service allowed me, who arrived in Japan in the early morning, to find a place to stay very close to me immediately. Although it was a youth hostel, the compartments were highly concealed, and earplugs and other supplies were thoughtfully prepared. You can see the care!

It's a little far from the downtown area, so you have to change from Nakano Fujimicho Station to Taya Shibuya Ginza Tokyo Station two or three times, but it was quiet and there was a pretty Gaecheon-gil in front of the station, so it was nice to take a walk. The hostel was spacious and clean, but the bathroom was narrow and it was too cold at night to be in February with one air conditioner ㅜㅜ Convenience stores, moss burgers, bakery (really delicious) are crowded around the station, so you have to walk for about 5 minutes. I am willing to visit again in the season, not in winter ^^

Located a few minutes walk from Takashima Fudo Station. It is a retro atmosphere, and the lobby makes you feel the age in the room as a swamp, but the water is renovated and beautiful. Auto lock and electric system is key inserted type. Wi-fi complete. There is also a wired LAN. I went to the telework plan, but I was able to spend it firmly.
