The receiptionist isnt very friendly, probably because im an asian. They would keep your key when you go out. However, the plus point is that you could leave your luggage there after check out time.

Just be sure to check Google Maps for any public transport schedule adjustments. The room itself was surprisingly larger than expected, which was a pleasant bonus, offering plenty of space for two people's luggage. It was also impeccably clean and tidied daily. My only minor complaint is that the hairdryer had very little power. Aside from that, everything else was excellent, and I highly recommend this place! As a general note about European hotels: breakfasts are often quite basic with limited choices, so exploring local cafes for breakfast can be a fantastic alternative.

AC was very welcome because of the heatwave when we were there. All staff were great but the young female at the front desk was fantastic - extra friendly and helpful - patiently answered many of our questions and gave recommendations of amenities near the hotel. Area north across the main road was sketchy and I wouldn't recommend being out alone late at night, but the hotel was right by the Metro stop and we never felt unsafe. Would definitely stay here again.

The room felt a bit cramped because of the extra sofa bed, but it was just about functional. All the essential facilities were there. I appreciated the water dispenser located by the elevators on our floor! Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful in resolving any issues. I highly recommend checking out the bar on the top floor! Although we didn't end up buying anything because we had our child with us and it was late, the staff were still incredibly enthusiastic and let us go out onto the balcony to see the Eiffel Tower at night. A huge thumbs up!

娘と2人旅。20歳すぎた娘と同じベッドで寝ることもないので🤭いい思い出になりました。
この街で暮らすように過ごしたら楽しそうです！

The apartment had everything for convenience. Olivier is very hospitable, if you arrive early, he will offer to place your suitcases before checking in. Next to the apartment there is a vegetable and fruit market, a bakery that opens at 7 am, fresh croissants🥰, several supermarkets, a cheese shop and much more. 10 minutes to the Arc de Triomphe. We were especially impressed by the balconies on the roof of the house😍 The only small minus I would note is that you need to be prepared to climb the stairs to the 7th floor:)

Even this is the only 8 beds room but I find the bed is big, quiet and the only with all the charging points function-able! Surrounded by supermarket and eatery, and next to train station, and ease u to travel to tourist place! Highly recommended!

And what a breakfast, original, fresh, good choice and homemade.
Staff very friendly and helpful. I didnt feel unsafe at night at the area, its always busy and lot of people around.
I would definitely go back and i will recommend this hotel to my friend and family.

It's in a residential area, and the bar downstairs is lively at night, as is the area around the metro station. There are plenty of convenient dining options.
The downside was on the morning of my check-out. The front desk staff (who was enthusiastic despite not speaking much English) told me I needed to pay an extra 51 euros. Because of the language barrier and my Uber waiting outside, I had no choice but to pay and wait for Trip.com to intervene.
If you plan on frequent trips to the city center, this location is a bit far. However, if you prefer to stay in this neighborhood, there's also a Mercure hotel near the metro station that looks good.

The room was quiet, unlike what you'd expect next to the train tracks, and although it wasn't large, it was clean and functional. A lovely small hotel designed with an art deco atmosphere throughout. There are many restaurants, stylish general stores, and the famous Cezanne store in the area. A coin laundry and Monoprix are also within a 5-minute walk. The nearest station is a little far away, so I didn't use the metro or train this time. However, there are two bus stops within a 5-minute walk from the hotel, and you can take a bus to Bon Marché on the left bank, and you can also take a bus back from the Eiffel Tower, which was very convenient. And most importantly, the hotel staff are very kind and friendly! I felt their warm hospitality throughout my stay. I would definitely like to stay at this hotel again the next time I go to Paris.

If I go again, I would prefer to stay in Saint Germin or the surrounding area. Bottled water was never refilled despite our 4-night stay, but if I had sperate paid for each night and checked out, it would have been refilled. This seemed ridiculous :) The reception staff was very friendly. You can leave your luggage. Thank you for everything.

|4.95km from Little Italy CaffeI came to Paris for my birthday trip. The room I booked gave me a superb view of the Eiffel Tower, especially every night. I would say this apartment is value for money, given the price paid for the view.
However, 3 large items have disappointed me badly.
1) I was overcharged for the tourist tax. I only found out on the last day during check out that the tourist tax was counted via number of pax, instead of per room. I only had 3 pax staying in the room but was charged the tourism tax for 4 pax, which is the maximum capacity of the room I booked. I did not have the time to pick this up on my last day as my driver was already here and I was rushing to my flight. I am very disappointed with the dishonesty I have faced here.
2) Security is a big issue. I have placed “Do Not Disturb” tag outside my room, but someone still entered my room to pick up the portable heater which one of your staff delivered on the first night. I had many valuables in the room and hence I indicated “Do Not Disturb” as I don’t wish for anyone to enter. This is a big security breach and it happened on my second day of stay. I went down to the reception in the evening instantly when I realised someone has entered. The reception just told me that they are deeply sorry and they can’t do anything, and asked me to see the manager the next day instead. The next day, in the morning at 10:00am 31 Oct 2025, when I asked to see the manager, the reception kept telling me the manager wasn’t available. Even when I came back at 6:00pm the same day, the reception still told me the same thing - manager wasn’t available. It seems like the reception is just hiding and preventing me from talking to the manager. This is utter rubbish.
3) Facilities in my room were not working - the heating rack in the toilet was not working, the lamps in the living room were not working. My entire room was so poorly lit. For a hotel chain under the Accor group, I expect something better.

The location is nice, not that close to EiffelTower but close to park and restaurant choices. You need to learn the metro and bus system in order to visit Paris or if you have a family just Uber. Two big issues: the indoor pool water is cold and my 11 year old refuses to swim in it. A pool was a huge selling point and ended being unusable. The place caters to families, and a 24 hour payable washer and dryer would be very useful on the premises. Otherwise, the beds are very comfortable and I definitely recommend staying there as a couple or with family.

Most attractions are within a 30-minute reach, and there are several metro lines nearby. The metro station is about 500-600 meters away, roughly a 10-minute walk. The surrounding area is mainly a local residential neighborhood, which gives it a nice feel. Dining options are also a bit cheaper than in tourist areas. The rooms and breakfast were perfectly fine too. Overall, I feel it offers great value for money. Highly recommend.
