We had a good night's sleep, which is important for travellers. Beach, wetmarket and 7-11 all are nearby. Overall it is a top rated place. We could go to the beach easily. Proximity to the airport was another big advantage.

The hotel itself is a decent motel with somewhat overpriced and limited bar, very basic (and the same) breakfast and a decent swimming pool. The greatest downside is that it's in the middle of nowhere. There is nothing of any interest within 10 minute walk of it, nor are there any transit options (aside from taxis or trikes). It might be a good option to stay for the dive shops, assuming you're looking for basic and clean, but it's a 15 minute walk to the beach.

Lovely place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or your favorite drink. Clean swimming pool with seating around. Library with plenty of reading material. Large ceiling fans and standing fans to keep you cool in the garden room while you eat or sit at the bar. Easy to get a grab ride to airport or shopping malls.

It has become beautiful – clean, more organized, and the staff, from the reception to the waiters at the beach, are very friendly. The Filipino hospitality really shines through, and we felt very comfortable.
So far, we’ve stayed at Belmont, Savoy, and C Suite, and this place has been the best by far. Everything you need is provided – they even had salt. Very clean, nice TVs, and the Wi-Fi connection was excellent and fast. We wanted to extend our stay, but it was already too late. We sincerely thank you and are very satisfied. We’ll definitely come back and recommend you to others.

|5.05km from Mactan ShrineCheck in was a bit messy. We went to lobby 1 and waited to be checked in only to find out that our room in lobby 2. We waited there again, it was almost 3pm when we able to go to our room as the guide told us that the room was still wet and just cleaned.
Fridge was turned off and got musty smells. Microwave was dirty, i think never cleaned for so long. So all their kitchen amenities, we did not use.

We stayed at Crown Regency Suites during Typhoon Tino as a temporary shelter and checked in at almost 3PM in Villa #23. Unfortunately, we weren’t very happy with the accommodation’s cleanliness. The place was quite dusty—from the living room to the bedrooms—and we ended up sneezing several times due to the dust. It seemed like the villa hadn’t been properly cleaned or prepared before our arrival, and it also looked like it hadn’t been occupied for quite some time.
We also had issues with the door lock, as our keycard couldn’t open it. The staff, however, responded quickly and changed the lock for us, which we appreciated. The living room TV wasn’t working at first, but they replaced it right away. There were also some water droplets in the master bedroom, which we understood considering the strong winds brought by the typhoon.
The shower on the second floor wasn’t working, and the kitchen, living room, and service area floors (up to the second floor) were all noticeably dusty. Curtains were dirty as it has a lot of visible stains.
Despite these issues, the staff were accommodating and polite throughout our stay. We requested a late checkout and they kindly allowed us until 1PM which supposedly have a late check out fee of 3k.
Overall, we appreciated the staff’s assistance and understanding during the typhoon, but the villa’s cleanliness really needs improvement.

You can also use the pool and private beach of the Soto Grande Hotel next door, which may be part of the same chain, so it's a good place to relax quietly.
However, the location is quite far out of the way, so it's very far to go shopping for convenience stores and it's hard to catch a Grab.
I bought some simple food and drinks at the supermarket in advance and brought them with me. The hotel breakfast is expensive, so I ordered breakfast from Grab.
The price is much cheaper than downtown hotels, so if you use your time wisely, I think it's a very good value hotel.

Also no water heater nor television. Staff were friendly and location was terrific. Loads of food and spas around. Easy to travel around with tons of buses jeepnies maxim motorcycle and taxis ready to pick you up. Perfect stay if you are a no hassle traveller.

The territory is magnificent, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is simply excellent, there are enough restaurants on the territory, it is not far to the center. Its attractiveness is based exclusively on the foyer, the shared spaces at the lobby level (including the artificially created beach) and great service. Spectacular view from the large and airy foyer with plenty of spots to sit down and enjoy a cocktail with view. Huge/ opulent exercise area located in an adjacent condo building.
The food available is excellent, but the choice too limited for a “luxury hotel” and totally overpriced. Hard to understand as there are nice eateries within walking distance. I guess they just don’t have the view…
Rooms ARE functional, but dated and 3 star level at best. While colors are fresh and cool, the furniture is old and has recently been hand painted in white (!) so, surfaces are even still a bit sticky…!
Bottom line: great for a short visit or just a cocktail enjoying the view.

They were so quick to accommodate and even gave us two rooms that are connected to each other. The rooms were clean, and the double beds were so comfortable. There’s hot and cold shower. There are a couple of machines in the gym that you can use if you need to exercise. You can enjoy a dip in the pool or at the beach. The breakfast buffet has good choices and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed ourselves during our stay, and will definitely be coming back.
