I'd really love the place if not for the absence of worker during our 2nd night. Got locked out of room because they book us only for 1 night but I've paid in full for 2. And had to wait more than an hour before we got in the room. Should leave worker number on reception table if they want to leave the premise unguarded.

The rooms are very small and the facilities are simple and similar to the domestic farmhouse. I really hope that there are more choices nearby! No breakfast, breakfast is a table on the first floor, you can make a cup of coffee, no extra bed because there is no place at all...

Whoever said this Hotel is worth booking is probably crazy. I don't care about the look as I only paid RM60/night BUT I do care about the cleanliness, the smell, the service. Ew. I don't think they ever clean the blanket after each guests. Really bad smell on blankets. There were hair on bed and pillows. Also, there are torn parts on blankets and sheets. At around 8am the receptionist is playing a very loud hindi song. Oh, and both of the receptionist aren't friendly at all (no eye contacts no smile)

I arrived around 9pm at the hotel, check in process was really fast. They only need your IC then you are good to go. Location was great, you will need to walk like 300metres from the hotel to the mrt station. (You can see from my picture the mrt station) Parking: A lot of parking was there, no worries with parking issues. Cleanliness: 10/10. Everything very clean, they scrub the toilet well. No stain found on the bedsheet. I like the soap very well! Great stay and good experience!

I needed a place to stay real quick due to jetlag and incoming rain; it started to drizzle. I just arrived and really tired and needed to sleep. I have to discuss my banking and the letting agreement of my apartment with my colleague. A Google search coughed up the suggestion for Kino Hotel. It was easy to book, easy to access, near to iCity (around 9km ie RM17 (£4.70) by Grab e-hailing service and very reasonably-priced. My room was RM120 (£22.50). As I booked it without choosing the type of room and my colleague needed to finalize stuff with me speedily, I booked one that turned out to be without a window. I didn't mind as I was tired. I had a good rest, services by the 2 young girls at the desk was good, rooms were quiet and the place was close to mzny shops and restaurants. I had a happy stay.

The hotel is on the building's 4th and 5th floors, so don't be surprised when you walk in. Simply take the elevator to the 4th floor, where the hotel lobby is. The staff are friendly. They are happy to entertain you even if you call them on the phone. The room is simple but tidy. They also sell essentials to make your stay more pleasant. The room is peaceful, there is more than enough parking in front of the hotel.The hotel is also close to a variety of restaurants and convenience stores. This hotel is definitely a wonderful catch if you just need to rest and sleep at a reasonable price:)

Location is good as eateries outlets are close by. We paid RM125+RM50 (Deposit). Last minute chk-in bcos the homestay was locked when we came @ 0020 hrs. Anyway for that price is not cheap, aircon wasn't cold enough despite adjusting the temperature on the remote control. Front desk did not even inform us that there was a free WIFI. Staff needs to be train. We were still in the Doctor's surgery room, called them to inform that we may be slightly late but will definitely rush back to chk out. Eventually we chk out at 1300 hrs and was charged RM15 extra for the one hr late chk out. 1st and the LAST time for us.

Do throw precaution to the wind and lower your expectations if you are planning a getaway to TADOM Hill Resort.... 1. Communal toilet needs repairs / upgrading. Taps are loose or missing handles, instant electric shower looks like it's gonna breakdown soon, shower door wth missing latch, no tissue inside toilet and toilets are smelly; 2. Doors to rooms have flimsy locksets. Thus do not bring too much valuables or leave camera equipments in the room. Thieves can easily break in; 3. Staying at the Tulou does not guarantee privacy. Day time tourist who are not room guests are allowed inside the Tulou to take photos. Such outsiders will also happily use the toilet on the ground floor meant for females only. Therefore do not be shocked to see a man using the female toilet; The Tulou which is a 2-storey circular building housing a number of rooms is at the entrance of the resort and away from the Registration Counter and Resort Security desk. Outsiders have direct access into the Tulou. This results in lack of safety and privacy. A male stranger unapologetically flung open our room door on the ground floor, hoping to take photos and received a toungue lashing from us. The resort should not allow outsiders who are not guests inside the Tulou. Foodwise, the Bistro serves better food wth more friendly service staff compared to the restaurant. Resort staff at the reception are friendly and helpful. Facilities wise there is not much to shout about unless you like swimming in the lake, ping pong, a game of volley ball, a small go kart circuit and dusty ATV rides (owner should consider special rates for room guests instead of standard rates for all). It's ok if you come wth a group of friends. Road leading to the resort is uneven and full of potholes. Owner should consider laying a proper crusher run road for the benefit of TADOM.
