The hotel is located in beautiful Charlottenburg and impresses with beautiful, large rooms in a quiet location. The only thing that is not so good in my opinion is the breakfast. I didn't like the selection or quality and found it too expensive for 25 euros. However, the service was very good.

This is my second stay at this hotel. Our first stay was for 7 nights & staff and facilities exceeded our expectations. From registration to departure it was wonderful. No request was too hard for them and those working the front desk seemed to have the motto ”the answer is yes”. What is the question? And in this environment of COVID we felt very safe. The houskeeping was First Class!!!

The hotel has its own parking lot, but there are only about 15 parking spaces. Reservations are required for parking. Under the guidance of the front desk, you can park for free on the roadside at the door, but I am a little worried about being ticketed. The hotel is not far from the center of Berlin. It is very comfortable to rent a bicycle from the hotel. You can reach the main attractions in less than 20 minutes. You can park on several streets near the hotel, but you need to see the signs. The parking time is different.

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful. When we arrived too early for check-in, we relaxed in the lobby for a while. To our pleasant surprise, the staff allowed us to check in earlier than expected, which we truly appreciated. My friend and I were able to enjoy a refreshing nap in the afternoon. The room was comfortable and clean, although the water flow in the shower was a bit weak and the room felt a bit hot for summer. Despite these minor issues, I would still rate this hotel 10/10 because of the outstanding service we received.

Everything was perfect. The room was exceptionally laid out, with high-quality design elements, the bed was very comfortable, a little too small for us, the restaurant next door was super good, we ate there twice. The reception was not very warm; you had to sign in yourself on an iPad tablet after actively approaching the employee. No ”warm welcome” or anything like that. The aparthotel is comparable to a B&B. It is functionally equipped. However, it's not enough for an apartment: there are no plates, glasses, or even cutlery. The water tends to overflow in the shower because the drainage is poor. The beds look comfortable, but are actually very hard. I absolutely cannot recommend the extremely expensive breakfast here. For this price, you can have twice as good breakfast at a nearby café. The location: It's within walking distance of the ”Gesundbrunnen” train station, so it's well connected by public transport. The bed in this room category was incredibly soft. I suspect it's quite old, as I just sank into it completely, offering absolutely no proper support. I had a terribly uncomfortable night and barely slept at all. I had expected the bedding to be similar to the Marriott in Copenhagen, but this particular bed at the German Marriott was surprisingly uncomfortable. It was nowhere near as comfortable as the twin room I stayed in the following day.

Sve is bilo as good. Osobje je phenomenalno. Dražesni i susretljivi. That is that što oval object čini dobrim. Odmor, lokacija, samo što je voda prestrašno vruća i nije bilo hladne vodne. I opet se zagrije hladna voda od tople vode pa je opasnost od opeklina od vruće vode velika. Vodu treba pustiti da cur malo duže i onda je ured. Trebaju prozore oprati :D

I had a horrrible roommate lady that would scream and punch the bed freaked us all out... Brought alcohol in the room and strawberries.I checked out before she did before the two other guys in our room I think she blamed it on me because I tried to rebook and got my booking cancelled….Anyways that being said this is a great place with great staff. Location: I think the location is perfect. Not too busy area as it is 8 min walk away from Kurfürstendamm but still central. There are a lot of good restaurants near by and you can just walk 10 min to the Bus stop pf the 100 bus which will take you wherever you want. Service: Great and friendly service. The man at the reception greeted us with a warm smile and the check in was super smooth. We even asked for slippers and got it right away. Perfect. Cleanliness The stone floor had some stains but nothing major or „dirty“ in any way. Room service was really good and in general the hotel was super clean and hygienic, especially in the spa area. Amenities The Sauna and pool were super clean and a great place to relax. The breakfast was a dream from waffles over bread to hot sausages the options were almost endless.

“The location and the rooms of the hotel were very nice, but the service was at a low motel level. The service was very poor for this price. There is no refrigerator in the rooms and no room service. We booked a stay with breakfast included, but at the entrance to the breakfast room, payment is collected via a card reader for those not having breakfast, causing unnecessary delays. The hotel staff cannot answer questions other than yes or no. The staff seems either very inexperienced or very unhappy. There is a silly robot working as room service. We placed an order at midnight, and the robot woke us up at 4 in the morning to confirm the order. POOR EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE. Feel like you stay in dormitory

Good location, small rooms but basic facilities and clean. It is convenient to travel, there are many attractions around, and the airport is about 26 Euros. The room booked did not include breakfast, but there was a buffet on the first floor, 12 euros for one person. To experience the local breakfast in Berlin, we chose to go out and have breakfast in the bakery. The hotel helps to make a reservation for a taxi and needs to pay for the service. The actual taxi at the entrance of the hotel is not difficult to call. When leaving the hotel, it is a black taxi. It feels like being bypassed.

We arrived at 5:00 am, and our apartment keys were in the secure area where the code was sent to our email, so when we arrived, we managed to get the keys and went into our apartment. We were greeted very warmly and were able to move into the room straight away. Unfortunately, although we had requested a quiet room, it was located directly on the street and was very noisy because we slept with the window open. When we asked, they offered us an alternative for an additional charge, but we declined. No credit card was requested at check-in, so unfortunately nothing could be booked for the room. As soon as we arrived, we noticed the many cobwebs on the facade. These were also found on the signs above the room doors in the hallway. There is a nice fitness room. The bar is very nice, the staff very attentive and friendly. There is almost nothing missing at breakfast. Köpenick has a very beautiful old town and good restaurants. Despite the minor irregularities, we will choose this hotel again if we have to go to this part of Berlin.

We stayed at this hotel last weekend and had a great stay overall. We particularly like the extremely friendly and helpful staff, who raise the level of service to a high level. The valet parking was excellent, the cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable, and our room was in very good condition. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the breakfast. We would have expected more for a hotel of this category and price range. The hot dishes were unfortunately cold, and the famous currywurst without casing was fried for far too long. The biggest criticism for us, however, was the quality of the baked goods - they were rock hard, even worse on Sunday. The selection of cheese and sausage was also rather boring and not very creative. In addition, breakfast was the same on both days, which is often more varied in comparable hotels. Another point is the chairs in the breakfast room, some of which had very worn or broken leather - a replacement would be desirable. Despite these criticisms, our stay was very pleasant overall. The hotel is really great, and the whole team deserves a lot of praise! We would be happy to come back.

Hotel next to Berlin Zoo. The room was very stylish, neat and clean. The minibar was free and German beer was also placed! And the best part is the Jungle Sauna on the upper floor. Self-roasting is possible in the Finnish sauna. Pour water on the stove and adjust it, and a hot sauna is ready! There is a rest space next to the sauna where you can take a shy bath. Sparkling water and German beer were also available. Please note that the sauna is a mixed-gender bath and swimsuits are prohibited. Bath towels are placed in the sauna, so you don't need to bring them from your room. Bathrobes can be borrowed from reception. Stylish hotel, great sauna, friendly staff, everything was great. I will stay at this hotel again when I visit Berlin next time.
