Property is good but then the customer satisfaction in monetary terms is disappointing as anything. They charged me twice for early checkin telling me they didn’t receive the money in the first attempt and it will be refunded to me within few days. It already been more than a month and there’s no response from their end. Disappointing and dissatisfying.

Really enjoyed a lot. They had the best service and the best staff. Always ready to help on one call. Food and ambience is the best thing here. They had the best taste and surrounding all filled with nature and friendly dogs. They have other adventure activities, also horse riding and all. They had an amazing service of beautiful setups for your loved one birthday or special occasions. I also want to mention two of their staff here- vishnu ji and sanjay ji, they helped us so much and they were so helpful. I would like to thank them for everything they did. It was a great stay at a great place. Exceeding all our expectations. The hotel itself is an oasis in a big city. We felt comfortable and safe. The property itself is in a very good condition, smells history on the one side, but everything is up-to-date and renewed, on the other. The restaurant and the bar are very nice, the menu is quite big and you can choose anything up to your taste, and the staff is very mature and professional. We would love to come back next time with our children.

Rooms I have booked for 7 morning the booking was from 7 afternoon 12pm ,I reached bot early at 5 am ,considering me as a lady the hotel didn't consider me as a guest and they told me to wait till 11 am noon ,I had to book another room ,.secondly room was very ordinary, lot of mosquitoes were there ,nobody came to clean it ,it was with rainy smell and room was not able to be locked properly. overall experience was not up to the mark.

A lovely heritage hotel in Jaipur. The rooms were large and spacious with Aircon and a fridge. The room we were in initially had a very small bathroom which was not shown in the pictures. Upon request they were able to move us to bigger room the next morning. The breakfast hall was small but food was good. There was a small pool at the back of the restaurant area. We also had dinner in the evening and this included entertainment of folk music and dance. There were two restaurant areas including on on the rooftop.

It was convenient because there was a big shopping mall (there is a food court on the top floor?) in front of you. I had a meal, but I was not too good and I only ate dinner once, but it was delicious. For those who are sightseeing, it may be inconvenient because I think it is a little far from Pink City, but it was close and convenient to drive about 10 minutes from the airport.

I arrived at 3am; it took forever to check in; the lady asked me to pay for breakfast, even though it was included in my booking. The hotel is very tired, but clean. At breakfast, aske for the coffee twice, and it was never delivered. The checkout time is 12, and I was aware of it. From 11:15 to 11:30 the reception called me twice to ask when I am going to check out… Upon the checkout they kept me waiting for 10 min (while they were checking the room)…. Totally unpleasant experience.

I stayed at the hotel for business and it is located at the “new” side of Jaipur, not too far from the airport and away from the traffic jams of the old city. The room, amenities etc are all suitable for business travellers. The only thing is that the hotel transfer to the airport booked was not punctual. We booked for a 2.45PM departure from the hotel but our driver was early and showed up at 2.15PM. We told the driver that we would leave at 2.45PM only. To our shock, at 2.45PM, the driver was unavailable. In fact, the hotel sent him on another job. We were only provided a replacement driver at 3PM. We already paid for the transfer, otherwise we would have booked a Uber to send us to the airport there and then. Such a shame, otherwise the whole stay would have been brilliant.

Only one thing that i found missing was that one extra gesture that make guest give you five star. Like keeping a water bottle at your room or a smiling receptionist.
