It was a beautiful hotel and stay experience! The staff was friendly and location was peaceful! Great outdoor area to chill at.

I booked and paid for a room with one queen bed and one sofa bed for myself and my three children. However, when we arrived at the hotel late night on June 25 , we were given a room with only one bed. The front desk staff told us there were no other rooms available, so we had no choice but to accept the room. As a result, my three children slept on the bed and I slept on the floor. The following morning, I spoke with the front desk again. The staff member on duty, name Issam, investigated the situation and confirmed that the previous staff member had made a mistake. There had actually been a second room for us, but it had not been identified in the system. The staff on duty told me to email the property manager, I have sent multiple emails in the past 10 days, they never got back to me. I put duvet on the floor and this is where I slept on the first night. I am ok that the hotel made a mistake, but I am not ok that they do not take action to compensate nor replied to my request. Their action shows whether they want to be responsible for their mistake.

Excellent, highly recommend staying here! They even have pots and pans, so it's a blessing for anyone who loves to cook, haha. The room is also very clean 😉

Excellent stay! The team was super welcoming, a special thanks to Diane and Carole at breakfast. The room was incredibly clean and new. Honestly, I highly recommend it.

Very large room, clean, with kitchen amenities and basics. Stated only one night so didn’t make full use, but it was a pleasant stay.

Overall, I can only recommend it. The service was excellent and friendly, very clean, and came with many amenities (coffee, plenty of towels, as well as a water kettle and much more). It deserves more than 5 stars.

My stay at Appart'City Vélizy went very well. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the apartment, as well as the fact that it was spacious and well-equipped. The staff are welcoming, with a special mention to the housekeeping team who are professional, pleasant, and helpful. I felt right at home. I recommend it.

Overall, it was great! The location is good, and the cleanliness was also good. The room was spacious, and for our family of two adults and two children, it was very cost-effective for a one-night stay. Highly recommended!

I had a great stay here. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and the staff were welcoming. I really have no complaints about the hotel itself. The only thing is that it’s a bit of a commute to central Paris if you’re planning to spend most of your time sightseeing there, even though it’s close to transit. I didn’t realize how long the journey would be when I booked. Vélizy itself is a nice, quiet area, and I was also visiting family nearby, so it worked well for me. If your main goal is exploring Paris every day, I’d recommend staying somewhere more central. Otherwise, this is a great hotel :)

Diane at the front desk was as bright and attentive as ever. The room was great, really appreciated the little swan towel art and the fruit. The apartment was clean, I'd definitely go back.

The room was clean and well maintained, which we really appreciated. The bed was comfortable and allowed for a good night’s sleep. The location is convenient, with good public transport connections to the city centre. However, there were several issues during our stay. For breakfast, chicken from the previous day was served, which was disappointing. There was no heating in the room, and we had to use a separate portable heater taken from the wardrobe. The bathroom radiator was not working at all. Additionally, although two people were staying in the room, towels were provided for only one person (one small towel and one larger towel). Another point worth mentioning is that breakfast was served only until 9:30, while the hotel website states that breakfast is available until 10:00, which was confusing. Overall, the stay was acceptable mainly due to cleanliness, the comfort of the bed, and good transport links, but the issues mentioned above affected our experience.

This hotel is the best I have ever stayed in Paris.
