I stayed for 1 night here, the staff was friendly and very helpful even if the prayer was late their reservation told in advance by email, this is a service I rarely get at other motels. The room is very clean and neat, the bathroom kitchen locker room and kitchen are for together but very clean, in this place there is also a coin laundry room, for soap and others you can buy your own in the basement. It's very comfortable to stay here, even I can sleep satisfied lol. overall 10/10.

Superb location, right smack in Myeongdong shopping street, easily accessible with lots of food options nearby. Airport bus stop is about 10 min away. There’s kitchen but we didn’t use. The bathroom is tiny but that’s about the only negative thing about this hotel. Very reasonably priced.

The front desk staff were so helpful and kind. The employee who checked us in asked us if this was our first time in Seoul nd I mentioned how we’ve been here multiple times. Our booking came with one Olive Young voucher, but since there were two of us in the room, he gave us two out of his kindness. They use messaging apps as communication and I received a WhatsApp message when our room was ready for check in. I couldn’t figure out the heating system around 10:00PM and I messaged the staff. They were so kind to ask if it’s okay to come to our room to take a look at it and help. The room itself is clean and nice. Not much space to open luggage, but depends on the type of room is booked I guess. The location is near the main Myeongdong street so it’s convenient. It’s a little loud during the evening time as there were people having karaoke right outside our window. However, it didn’t last the whole night. I’m staying here again in my next trip to Seoul. It's in the middle Myeongdong street, and also walking distance to Subway line, very convenient. During the first night there's water leaking from the air cond, since it's already late night we didn't want any hustle so we decided to make a request to change room and the staff was very friendly and provide us another room the very next day. The only thing to suggest is maybe you can provide hot/cold water dispenser in the lobby for our convenience? Thank you.

Extremely good location! Just around the corner (literally) from Myeongdong Station exit 4, which meant that it was extremely easy to take the subway anyway, the buses and even the Airport Shuttle (which is all at the same place, Exit 4). Close to 2 convenience stores, and after 11am, stores start opening in Myeongdong and everything is bustling. We went during the mid of a 38 degrees celcius heat wave, and the AC in the room was life saving! There was a bit of a hiccup with the sink in our room when we first arrived late at night (3am - smooth auto checkin), but the very kind staff crew came the next morning after reporting it and fixed it up for us. There is free hot/ cold water on each level, a communal area on L7 that includes fresh towels if you need any. Had to take out our own rubbish and the toilet can't flush toilet paper, but this is a general Korea thing and has nothing to do with the hotel itself. We ordered a twin room with no windows. It was big enough to open 2 large size suitcases and for us to manoeuvre around. Overall, extremely pleasant and affordable stay! Would 1000% come back again!

Location is fantastic. Very accessible to Myeongdong station in just 3min . Tap water is either too hot and also the flow is too slow when you put it all the way to the cold side. Shower and toilet rooms are separated, in two different side of the hotel room. Hotel check in is self-check in using the machine, if require assistance, would need to call up at reception counter for the receptionist. The toothbrush and toothpaste are available at a cost. Washing machine and dryer are also available to use at the hotel. Room is clean. Just as how it is in shown in the pictures. Pillows however, there are only 2, for a queen size bed. In total and when request for more, they could not provide. Pillows are really soft.

The sound insulation is relatively poor! It’s hard to carry your luggage up the stairs! The self-service check-in and check-out is very convenient and the message is clear! The necessary items are at the reception, so it’s very convenient to pick them up yourself. But the sheets were stained and even though they were washed, they didn't feel good!

It was a truly wonderful service experience—warm, professional, and attentive. The check-in staff spoke fluent Chinese and English. Even with our early arrival, they patiently advised and promptly provided solutions. The next day, when we were having trouble getting a taxi, the staff helped us check in and paid for the fare upon returning to the hotel. They also thoughtfully provided an umbrella, noticing it was raining. On our last day, we checked our luggage in, but returned to the hotel late to pick it up. The staff took it to the curb and called a taxi. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly welcoming and warm. The location is excellent: a one-minute walk from the subway station, with buses running right outside. Cheonggyecheon Stream and Gwangjang Market are also nearby, less than five minutes away. There's also a convenience store right outside. The building doesn't have an elevator, but the staff helped us get up and down, so there was no need to worry. The room, while small, was very clean and well-equipped with slippers, towels, a toothbrush, body wash, conditioner, shampoo, a hair dryer, and a refrigerator—all of good quality. The decor was clean and tidy, with a touch of Korean flair. I'll definitely be back!

We had a very enjoyable stay in a room facing the lake, with views of Lotte Tower, Charlotte Theater, and Lotte World. The bathroom was spacious and had both a bathtub and a shower booth, and the toilet was comfortable to use without splashing around. The facilities are a little old, but the room was cleaned every day, so we had a comfortable stay. It's also convenient for transportation, and there are many shops nearby, so we had no trouble. We picked this place for a trip with friends, and it truly felt like a super cozy little home away from home! It was fully equipped with everything we needed: a microwave, fridge, induction hob, kettle, and all the necessary kitchenware. The cleanliness was also top-notch, with daily tidying. The TV was absolutely massive, offering a great selection of movies and TV shows. There were also two CU convenience stores conveniently located nearby, making it super easy to grab anything we needed. Overall, we were extremely satisfied! We'll definitely be staying here again. The 6006 airport bus took about 1.5 hours, which was very convenient. I was a bit worried about the stay before arriving, but a short-haired lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly and spoke fluent English. She understood my needs perfectly and was very helpful. Both check-in and check-out were smooth and felt very personal. The location is excellent: a 5-minute bike ride to Apgujeong, about a 20-minute walk, and Uber pick-ups are easy to pinpoint. There's a 24-hour fried chicken place and a convenience store right below the hotel. The room was very clean; it was small but had everything you needed, including a coffee machine and a smart toilet with a wet/dry separation. The only minor downsides were no toothbrush or comb, and only two bottles of water in the mini-fridge.

Didnt like how the hotel didnt have an ice machine, not even the restaurant at the hotel will give us ice. Also, at checked in, front desk was giving us a hard time because they were asking for IDs or passports of our kids(1,3,7) which was never an issue from our precious experiences at different hotels. I informed staff that husband was military stationed in korea and that we live 2hrs away from the area. Staff wasn't friendly.

I've only used hotels or motels when I travel so far. I used No. 101, but I was worried at first because the road to enter was deep, but I went inside. The interior was clean and the room was big and cool. The interior is well cleaned and the toilet water is warm and cold water pressure is good. And we have all the basic supplies. In terms of location, this place is great! It’s close to a metro station and in a nice area! The common spaces offered are lovely, with free breakfast and an amazing rooftop view! The dorm rooms themselves are clean. However, there was a big problem with mosquitoes. I was basically eaten alive by mosquitoes every night, waking up to them buzzing in my ear. I even slept with mosquito repellent on, but it was no match for the mosquitoes. This is because many of the windows are kept open all night. While I understand bugs like mosquitoes are a normal, I’d consider closing any windows at night that would allow them to come in.

The hotel is not bad. The location is amazing, where convenient access to all public transportation. There’s subway station right next to it, less than a minute walk. There is a convenience store right across. The lunch is amazing, there’s a buffet for 10000 won. Really delicious with great service. I didn’t like the way they clean the hotel. That’s the only downside. Feels like laziness. Even some of the mirrors inside the room were with stains. The cleaning is on demand or once in 4 days. If you want you towels changed either wait for 3 days or ask for it: not that convenient.

I requested higher floor, no corner room, quiet and away from the lift. They did arrange a higher floor and no corner room but my room was right facing the lift area. Luckily it wasn't noisy. However, the walls were quite thin and I can often hear next door. Housekeeping also comes quite early and always leaves a note that they came by already by 9am (i have my room DND). There was a lot of dust on the walls (see pic). They havent wiped it down in quite a while and I saw it there constantly for the few nights i stayed. Also, on the first day all the electric sockets near the bedside didn't work. My phone didnt charge overnight and I asked them to fix it. Then for my rest of my stay, it was okay. Lastly, the amenities were VERY limited. The slippers were very thin, no toothbrush or toothpaste. I also found there were stains on some of the towels (they were definitely clean but just obvious stains). I found the pillows quite uncomfortable because I usually like harder pillows and even if i stacked 4 of them together it would become quite flat. But thats just a personal preference.

This is a budget friendly hotel, The hotel's officers are friendly and kind, everything is good but there are two things that have to improve 1. The drain in the toilet will easily get flooded. I am not so sure it has been blocked by something or due to the drain pipe size being small. Kindly please check. Thank you. 2. The panel of the room for the Aircon and lights not working efficiently sometimes work sometimes wasn't . Kindly please check. Best accommodation for the price. Chungmuro Station and Euljiro Station are within 5 minutes on foot. There are various restaurants nearby and Olive Young and convenience store are too close. I recommend the best accommodation at this price. The room is clean and perfect. I will visit again next time.

Exit 4 of the Dongtie is 100 meters away from the hotel in a straight line, which is very convenient. 2. Space. The downtown hotels in Japan and South Korea are very small, and everyone needs to have a consensus (excluding 1000 ➕ one night star hotel, it is another matter). So you can see that this is the room in the end when you look at the photo. However, it is very warm and all well-equipped. 3. Hygiene. Very good, Koreans pay attention to details, so the mirror, floor, and glass are all polished. 4. Facilities: very good, very complete, there is a cellar in winter, very warm. There is a refrigerator, microwave, network, hot and cold water in the room. The shared space has a kitchen, laundry room, and storage room. I am willing to give the overall score of 90 points (100 full marks), I set the price of about 400 a night, the order is a bit late, if you can be cheaper, it will be 100 points. But acceptable.

The accommodation is in very good condition. The bed is comfortable and clean. The building is quite old, but the interior has a completely different charm. The bathroom is also in excellent condition, and the refrigerator and gas stove are clean and well maintained. However, the downside is that the hill on the way to the accommodation is very steep (it is close to the subway station) and you have to climb 3 floors of stairs.
