This is a very special place. We stayed at two bedroom villa with the pool as we traveled with my two teenage boys. There are two separate villas on each side of the pool. The rooms are beautiful, in historic Thai villa’s, the decor of the resort is stunning. The lunch was fantastic, the private dinner the best Thai food we had during our travels. The breakfast you have to order the day before and it was ok. This resort is in town, So you do have traffic noise at night and it’s under a flight path, so you do hear airplanes over head at night.

I am super satisfied with the hotel I booked this time, it was a pleasant surprise. Service: The service is very good. They are all friendly and kind. They answer all your questions. Some of them can speak Chinese and helped to order a motorcycle. The tea and biscuits when we checked in were amazing. Later, we asked the clerk for the address of the store where we bought biscuits and went there to buy them as souvenirs. Hygiene: Hygiene is also very good. You can feel the care taken by the decoration and maintenance of the hotel. Facilities: They are all very exquisite and basically have everything you need. The swimming pool is only 1.1 meters, which is suitable for children to play. Adults may not be able to swim seriously. There is also a gym and a small bookstore. I like the free courses provided by the hotel the most. One guest can participate in 2 free courses. We participated in meditation and making small medicine balls, which was a very pleasant experience. An extra bed can be added to the room for 2,000 baht per night, which is very economical for 3 girls. The restaurant is beautiful, I like its display, and I was super satisfied with the breakfast. There are 3 categories: Thai, egg, and Western. You can order whatever you want. Plus some small buffets can basically meet your needs. You can order meals and have afternoon tea in the restaurant on weekdays, and there is also a bar in the evening. The glass of LANA’s secret is so delicious, although the alcohol content is not high. The hotel's bathrobes, pajamas and slippers are very comfortable, so you don't need to bring your own pajamas. Environment: Although it is small, it is very impressive. After staying for 4 nights, it feels like home. There are many Koreans and Chinese guests. The plants are all just right, but it's a pity that the overall hotel is relatively small and lacks a small garden to wander around. Although it is close to Chiang Mai Airport, the impact of airplanes is not great because Chiang Mai Airport is not that busy. You can find airplanes passing by 3-4 times a day. In fact, Chiang Mai is so small that you can hear the sound of airplanes everywhere. The nearby Wumeng Temple, which can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, cannot be missed. It is very unique. It is very close to the night market behind Chiang Mai University and Nimman Road. 15 minutes drive to Ningman Road. Therefore, transportation is still very convenient, and it will be even more convenient if you have a motorcycle. It is recommended to drive up Suthep Mountain to Shuanglong Temple to overlook Chiang Mai. The road is well built and easy to drive.

We stay here for 2 nights, our room was very spacious and clean, bed is very big and comfy. Bathroom area is also big. We had great customer service especially Michael, he is very attentive. Our room is right in front of the pool, the pool area was nice & relaxing. Things I don't like about the hotel is that it is too close to the airport can hear aircraft, also croaking frogs in the pond couldn't sleep at night, the wifi there is not that good and yes that weird room key...no a padlock! Apart from that it is a ok hotel to stay ;)

Our two big two small family traveled, although it was not easy to find at the beginning, in fact, it was convenient after staying. I chose the inn that has no Chinese service, just hope to exercise in the process of travel, while playing and learning. They are warm and attentive. I went to the attractions and they called the car. When I had a free breakfast, because there was no water to make cornflakes, the boss went out on a motorcycle to help us buy fresh milk. And next to the inn seems to be a net red restaurant, the dishes inside are really delicious!

We stayed in a superior deluxe room for four nights. The room was spacious, clean and had everything that you’d need for a short stay, from toiletries to a fridge with free snacks and water daily. The hotel is well appointed, in the middle of Nimman and in easy walking distance to numerous shops, cafes and restaurants catering for every taste. The only thing we found odd about the room was that there was no window. We didn’t spend too much time in the room, but it seemed strange that the wardrobe had been built covering the window... there was plenty of other space it could have been. The breakfast, which is included I the price, is also great and you can order as much or as little as you like. This is a three star hotel in a good location which offers amazing value. Some of the negative comments don’t seem to take that into account. I’d have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to budget to mid-range travellers.

The location is excellent, just on Manning Road, 2-3 minutes walk from Manning One. The hotel is on the street but not noisy. The service staff inside the hotel are very kind and always say hello with a smile, even the security guard at the door will greet you. The hygiene is also very good. It is worth mentioning that this toilet is a smart toilet, which is relatively rare in Chiang Mai hotels. The only regret is that there is no swimming pool.

Even though it is a small hotel There is little parking. But the employee informed me that I could park next to the karaoke shop and show my parking ticket to receive a refund. The hotel is in a good location. Convenient to walk around warm atmosphere The room is spacious and comfortable. At first I thought I had come to the wrong hotel. Because the name is nimano, the same name as another hotel that is not too far away. But it's in a different alley. The employee informed that it is the same owner. The employee gave me a phone number. In case you are away because you have to go back and forth to two places. But you can always call when you have a problem. The hotel is considered to be attentive to details. The room is nice and clean. There are complete facilities. Unfortunately the bed was a bit noisy. Time to lay down Other than that, it's good. There are additional snacks and water available as well. And in the living room, there is additional instant noodles, porridge, snacks, and drinking water available. No need to pay extra, good value, we book with breakfast. I came to eat at Nimano Cafe in another hotel. Choose from Thai or American food. and hot and cold beverages. As for fruit snacks, you can eat them to your heart's content. For breakfast, it is considered good. Considered to be another nice hotel to stay in the Nimman area ❤️

Excellent two night stay in this adorable boutique hotel located inside the old city. Beds were very, very comfortable. We stayed in the heritage house jr suite and our teen daughters stayed in a deluxe king room. Both rooms were spacious and wonderful. The food (breakfast and dinner) was excellent!! The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and polite. I had an excellent foot massage at the spa. We also participated in two OUTSTANDING tours (Northern Highlights and Chiang Mai CityTemples). My only regret is we didn’t have time to enjoy the gorgeous pool. We would stay here again.

I was always greeted by Jenny on reception with a warm smile. After enjoying Chiang Mai city for 2 weeks i extended my stay and paid a good price for 2 more weeks. The rooms available are fan only or fan and air conditioning. Although there is no fridge in the rooms there is a communal fridge in reception which is always stocked with ample water, soft drinks and beers all at very cheap prices. My large room had a fan, AC, TV, wardrobe, dresser, king size double bed with very clean bedding, which can be changed upon request. The shower area, although a bit outdated, is still quite adequate. Panda House is located on a no through road, there is hardly any traffic outside and it is exceptionally peaceful considering how close it is to the city. I could take a slow walk to Tha Phae Gate in less than 10 minutes. Nearby Tuk Tuks are easy to flag down; or reception will order a private taxi in a matter of minutes. Panda House does offer a food menu, however there are endless bars and restaurants all within walking distance. I stayed for one month and had a very comfortable stay. Thank you.

Fortunately, I only booked two nights, and I really need to see a doctor one night! ! ! The service is very good, LP's facial cleanser forgot to remember it the next day in the room and called to help us find it. But this hotel is really not suitable for staying, it is recommended to take pictures, just sit in the rooftop bar! ! !

QUU Hotel in Chiang Mai was the best hotel by far we have stayed in during our holiday in Thailand. The staff are fantastic and helpful and go out of their way to help you and make your stay one to remember. The rooms are almost brand new, large in size, clean and very modern and stylish. The breakfast is generous and fresh, and their cafe and coffee is also excellent. We highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Chiang Mai, and now wished we’d stayed in Chiang Mai at the QUU hotel longer than the 4 nights we booked. It is incredible value for what you pay. We’ll definitely be back to stay!

The room was great. When the host, sister Yiyi, showed me the room, I saw a very large floor-to-ceiling window as soon as I entered the door, with Mount Suthep outside. I fell in love with it right away. In the evening, I can always lie in bed and see the red sunset of Mount Suthep outside. The room is simple and clean. There is a temple at the door of the B&B in a quiet alley. The sound of wind chimes during the day is particularly healing. There are 711 on the left and right when you come out of the B&B, which is very convenient. There are so many delicious food at the door! The host, Yiyi, is Chinese and very nice. You can chat with us in the coffee room on the first floor. If you have anything you don’t understand during the trip, you can ask the people in the store. You can also hang out with other friends at the B&B. Highly recommend this B&B!

I visited Chiang Mai for a few days. The Valentier Cafe and Hotel was a great choice as it is near many places of interest. The street the hotel is on is quiet and has many interesting cafes and restaurants. It's in a cool neighborhood in Old Chaing Mai. The room was super cozy and comfortable. AC worked very well and was super quiet. The hotel has a pool perfect for families with small children. I definitely recommend the Valentier Cafe and Hotel

This is our second visit to Chiang Mai. This time my wife and I stayed in The White Elephant Home for two nights. The location is great, very close to old city, only several minutes’ walk. I prefer to stay outside the old city for quiet, clean and comfortable neighbourhood. We booked a room for two and they upgraded us to a family room for three. The room is spacious, new and clean with a lovely balcony. The interior and exterior match the photos and description on the website. Breakfast is freshly cooked and is delicious. We enjoyed it in the lovely garden. The staff are nice and helpful, they have friendly smiles all the time. They speak good English and provided useful information to us in buying Green bus ticket to Chiang Rai. I didn't drive this time but I saw them providing car covers to guests and helped to cover and to remove it. Will definitely stay in The White Elephant Home again if we visit Chiang Mai again. Highly recommend!

The hotel was in a beautiful lush green garden. Our room was huge and we even had a private garden. The hotel was close to the viewpoint and an entrance to the National park. The room we booked has a balcony. The space is quite large and the bed is huge. Both of us slept very spaciously. There are disposable supplies and a refrigerator, which is cleaned every day and two new bottles of water are put in it. The location is excellent. The road in front of the hotel is quiet except during the rush hour. The must-visit temples are only a few hundred meters away, and some are diagonally opposite. Walk to the left at the intersection and you will find the night market, which also has a 711. There is another 711 100 meters to the right. We rented a motorcycle and parked it in the wrong place. The Chinese boss helped us negotiate with the police and drove us to the police station to deal with it. Without his help, we didn't know what to do. Thank you!

I stayed here for 3 nights on a solo trip and because it wasn’t my first time to the city, I was rather specific about where I wanted to stay, and I chose this hotel for its location in old town near to the many cafés I had wanted to visit. First app - the service. It was amazing! I was scheduled to arrive at 10pm and although the late check in procedure was originally a personal email on unlocking various locks to get the room as the lobby that connects to the bar was closed, after I responded, they actually said they will have someone to wait for me at the reception to help me with my check in. Already a very positive note even before I arrive! Check in was swift and the room was exactly like shown. Its not a style for all, but I love it. Its simple, classically modern and functional. My only gripe is that there are not enough power points near the main bed (or you will Need a longer wire) so you really have to charge your phones at the TV Consol (with my short wire) which means that you don’t get to have your phone right besides your bed. The bed is Asian style firm so if you like it cushy, then its not for you. The pillows were also not that ok, even though with 4, its not the firm kind so i did have trouble sleeping. But if you like fluffy kind, these are your heaven. The bathroom had all the amenities needed - toothbrush, cotton, et al., but no mouthwash, so bring your own. There is also handwash next to sink and a good hair dryer provided. Shower pressure was surprisingly good and the wall mounted heater means u can tune the hot water manually to your liking. The location is superb as its near Thae Pae gate and You can really explore the old Town easily within walking distance from this location. The hotel also has a coffee bar with very cool drinks.

We were a group of 5 friends and we were super comfortable. Bed and sofa bed very comfortable. The pool is a lot. But cleaning is paid (500b). No reception. The girl who sells the excursions is the girl who gives you the key and don't give you any information. We were still super good. Very good location. Just on the street of Night Bazar.

This hotel is located by the river. When I first arrived, I saw the surrounding environment and felt a little cold. After check-in, the impression is completely changed. The staff at the hotel have a very good attitude, speaks and smiles decently. I asked them to help arrange the Hua Lanna massage and the taxi to the airport on the third morning. They all arranged it properly. Where can I go? , The waiter will take out the map, mark the route and provide it to me, and even check the location on the computer. After telling me the route, he will print the route to me. The work is very meticulous and thoughtful, especially praise! This time we stayed in a family room on the first floor, with floor-to-ceiling windows facing the swimming pool. Next to the swimming pool is a restaurant, which is very convenient for swimming and eating. The hotel’s restaurant provides 24-hour free mineral water, watermelon, pineapple, hot water, tea, coffee, egg rolls, rice crackers. You can make a cup of coffee at any time, sit under the tree, facing the river, and rest. In terms of location, there is a 7-11 on the diagonally opposite side of the hotel, and there is a supermarket a little past. Turn left and walk a short distance from the hotel to the iron bridge. After crossing the iron bridge, go straight for two intersections to the Changkang Road Night Market. I considered the resort before staying in this hotel, but it would be more troublesome to go out in the resort, and I finally chose this one, which proved to be correct. Of course, there are regrets about this stay: 1/The hotel just arranged for someone to trim the branches the next day, so that the tables and chairs at the door could not be seated, and the room would be noisy, and I could not enjoy the hotel environment well; 2/The bathroom drained slowly , There is water on the floor at the end of the bath; 3/The bathroom does not have a place to put towels and clothes, which is very inconvenient as a family room; 4/We stayed for two nights, and there was no cleaning staff in between to clean the room and collect garbage. Changing towels, putting paper towels, no cleaning work. Anyway, this is a highly comfortable hotel, a hotel that makes people want to stay all day without going out. Hope that next time you stay, there will be further improvement and experience. Answer a few questions from travelers: 1/Breakfast is good, I like purple mango sticky rice and chicken drumsticks; 2/Family room has a large bed and two single beds, suitable for a family of four; 3 The location of the hotel is not in the center, but it is far from Changkang The road night market is not very far, about a 15-minute walk; 4/ There is a little open space in front of the hotel, you can park about 6 cars.

I booked this place after checking out the review and was skeptical since it is cheap and near the bus station, but decided to try it anyway. Surprisingly the hotel looks modern, carpark space at the back is big, right across a temple which is not too noisy, yet by the road side near the bus station (50 meters away) So it will be great for people who come to Chiang Mai by long distance bus. Safe and secure, nice room with big LED TV, big room and comfy bed. Tips : Ask for a quiet room and you will get one facing the back, even more quiet than usual. They have buffet breakfast too.

Excellent two night stay in this adorable boutique hotel located inside the old city. Beds were very, very comfortable. We stayed in the heritage house jr suite and our teen daughters stayed in a deluxe king room. Both rooms were spacious and wonderful. The food (breakfast and dinner) was excellent!! The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and polite. I had an excellent foot massage at the spa. We also participated in two OUTSTANDING tours (Northern Highlights and Chiang Mai CityTemples). My only regret is we didn’t have time to enjoy the gorgeous pool. We would stay here again.
