Sara at the front desk helped exponentially in many facets and always in a professional friendly manner. The breakfast kitchen staff attends and provides royalty service experience. Just a 15 minute slow walk to the train station and just a few blocks from many bus stops More than anything else is this... I have traveled nearly the world , my 4 day's in Venice is part of a 44 day personal vacation and understand the importance of do and don't expectations when booking online. As we all know things are not always what they appear to be. My point is this.. Hotel Adria service & experience is 5 star exceptional. Fazio/Houston, Texas

Great check in process! It was smooth and fast!
We got a Family Room and it is furnished exactly as shown in the photos.
The food was decent.
The location is absolutely fantastic. It is only a 1 min walk to Mestre Station where you can board the train into Venice Island.
The few minor issues we had were the lack of toothbrush and toothpaste when we first check in, turns out we have to ask for them as they're not given immediately. And also there were no kettle to boil water to make coffee or tea, which is a surprising given that this is a 4-star hotel, however, it is not a major problem for us and it is still a 10/10 recommendation to stay at this hotel.

|1.25km from city centerWhen we arrived we realised that all the previous reviews were correct. The area is not safe at all and there are men hanging around on the corner of the hotel for hours on end. I know this isn’t the hotels fault, however, there’s no extra security in place and hotel reception staff aren’t 24/7. On the 3rd night, due to there not being aircon, we had to leave the window open (these windows open 2 different ways - like a normal window or a safety way where only the top opens towards the room). At 3.30am we were woken up to an intruder who was trying to break into our room through trying to open the window from the outside by using a metal screwdriver to open it. We had to shout, scream and push the door shut and as two ladies in a room we couldn’t get back to sleep. There was no phone in the room to contact reception, which wouldn’t have mattered anyway as there was no one around. It was horrible & when we tried to tell the lady at reception the next day, she didn’t do anything, just said she’d check the cameras like she didn’t believe us. We were in such a hurry to leave the hotel. We were in a room separate from the main hotel, down the road, which looked like old council flats. The room itself is very basic. Nothing in the mini fridge, our window was broken on the first day and we had to wait 30 minutes for a handy man to come and fix it. We only got one pillow and even though we asked for another one, we never got it. The beds were really hard and our bedding wasn’t changed, just made everyday. The shower was exceptionally small but it was powerful. you can hear every single thing that happens in the rooms next door. We were woken up by people showering in different rooms at 6am. The breakfast is very dissatisfying. There are two sittings - on our first day the breakfast lady refused us entry as our names hadn’t been put on the sheet where you have to say which sitting - an error by the reception staff as we had booked the night before. The breakfast itself had all ran out by the time we were able to sit down. 1 bit of cheese left and no fruit. Very basic so we decided to get breakfast out the next day. As there are no reception staff, we couldn’t check out before 8am, however we had to be at the airport for 8.30 so we went to reception to hand the key back in. The lady was very rude and told us we should’ve checked out last night? How would we have got into our room? she also was rude and told us that we should’ve booked our taxi the night before too (even though the previous staff who were very helpful said come to reception in the morning. We left feeling very unsafe and worried that we hadn’t been able to check out. We were hoping to speak to the manager but the woman just walked away. It’s such a shame as the younger staff were really helpful and friendly at the start. But it’s not safe - I wouldn’t feel safe on my own and I didn’t feel safe with two of us. It is close to the train station, but you don’t feel safe walking there

1. The hotel is located at the high speed exit, 1.4 kilometers from the train station and takes only 18 minutes. The train will soon take you to Venice.
2. Free parking with plenty of parking spaces, no problem overnight;
3. The surroundings of the hotel are very good, the Parkhotel deserves its name and the dinner also has the characteristics of northern Italy.
4. The lobby is decent and the space is fine. The front desk and the waiters are very welcoming.
Overall, a great and very comfortable stay.

The Marco Polo airport is easily accessible within 15 minutes via public transportation, as is the old city of Venice. With frequent transportation options available, this is a great location. While the rooms may be slightly old-fashioned, they are still comfortable for those wishing to rest and enjoy breakfast before heading out for the day. The staff were friendly and Lorenzo, in particular, was especially helpful and accommodating. He went the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable, even arranging a specific breakfast for me during Ramadan. Overall, the price for the hotel was more than reasonable.

|1.36km from city centerWe stayed here prior to our cruise last May. Super nice staff and the owner. The rooms are clean and the free hot breakfast is sufficient. They have omelet or other eggs to order. No elevator but the staff will carry your luggage up and down the stairs. 5 minutes walk to train station and the bus to Venice is just around the corner. Bus tickets available at the hotel. They stored our luggage for free while we did our side trip to Milan for 2 days. I cannot say enough, I highly recommend this hotel.

They are all owned by the same company ... but the breakfast is not as good as described ... just Normal continental breakfast ... not much choice for yogurt lovers ... maybe because it's not the same hotel? ? ? The room is very big and warm, there is a large radiator in the toilet, and only central air conditioning in the room ... so the clothes can only be hung in the toilet hhhh

Masimo was very available, providing us with information on the movements, what to see to masters, Padova and Venice. The shower was a little slow in the water flow, but as soon as we reported it in the reception, it was immediately resolved. We have purchased the bus tickets that passed in front of the entrance and the location of the hotel is very close to the Mestre main square. Our room was not very spacious, but provided with everything, warm and clean. I appreciated the change of daily towels. The position is strategic for those who come like us in the train. Thus advisable to stay and visit Master, very beautiful and Venice and Padova.

We then got to the hotel at 6. 20pm before, us were 15 people checking in. Seemed like a party hotel booking. So me and my friend waited in the lobby till we could check in. After 20 minutes I went to the desk and asked to check in. The man was confused at first thinking I wanted to pay for a room. I then explained we have a booking for 4 nights. Gave him my name and we tried to look me up. Could not find a booking so let his colleague (the lady with the black hair and glasses) take over. She started look on bookings.com and the hotel portal. She then stated she could not find us. I showed her the booking on the app and the company we booked with. She then stated ‘in her 20 years of working in hotels she has heard of love holidays however, this hotel does not work with them at all’ She then stated further ‘ even if they could find the booking they could not accommodate us as on the third night the hotel was full booked’ We provided her with everything our passports, email of confirmation and even PDF of our booking and voucher. At this point 2 hour had passed. We both were stressed and she was persistent to say there was no booking. She handed back the booking confirmation and told us nothing they can do. We tried to contact love holidays first on the chat however it did not work due to being out of hours. Went back to the desk and asked if we could stay one night and in the morning sort it out. She said that's fine but you will have to pay €90 (3 times the price of the room when we booked). She did not want to help us at all and more likely wanted us gone from the hotel. With that we sat down for a while to calm down and plan our next move exhausted from the travel at this point was 9.30pm. We called the emergency number and talked to someone from love holidays who said he would sort it out to give him 30 minutes. He then called the hotel and then after 1hr the lady came to talk to us. Found the booking magically! What was annoying was the audacity to say ‘sorry for the delay cause you have been waiting long here are two cans of coke on the house’ This was the most shocked I have ever been travelling. As anyone who is travelling to another country this would be the greatest shock when being in a country you don't speak the language.

(Was booked for me) I’m very happy to report, we had a really nice stay. Let’s just set the record straight - is this a luxury hotel - no Is it a nice hotel, comfortable rooms, reasonable decor, and really friendly helpful staff - definitely The lady who checked us in, was really really helpful and friendly. She offered a couple of recommendations which worked out great. Was helpful with what we needed to do, to easily get into Venice by public transport (No2 bus, 150m from hotel) and where to buy the tickets. Mestre is actually a nice town, once you explore a little further … find the town square and Center. Overall, a really nice, positive stay. I felt compelled to write a review, to give some balance to others negative experiences. I’m not taking anything away from anyone who didn’t have a good stay, but, maybe there’s been some changes. Thank you to the staff, for a great couple of days, using the hotel as a base

|1.86km from city centerI stayed here in October for 5 days. The hotel was perfect and had everything I needed. It was extremely clean and well kept, and affordable! The location is perfect if you don't want to stay right in Venice on the island. A great breakfast every morning and the train and bus are very easy to access to get you to anywhere. The best part -Alex!! She was so kind and helped me with planning everything I wanted to do. I was traveling alone and she went above and beyond to make my stay incredible!! We went out of the city on a prosecco tour that blew me away. It was so nice to see the beautiful countryside. I can't say enough about how great it was for me!! I hope to go back again!! The room was good, clean and tidy with hair dryer, mini fridge & tv. He helped us book excursions and showed us exactly where to go and what times. Massive shout out to the gentleman on reception everyday 11am-11pm nothing is ever a trouble ans always greeted with a smile. The hotel location was great 10 minute tram to Venice central. A grocery store just up the road, followed by bars, amazing pizza takeaway, geleteo bar. To anyone like us (couple) looking for a nice place to stay on your city break, this is the perfect place to crash. Don’t be put off by 2 star rating !!!

As it wasn’t a bank breaking trip, we didn’t really expect much from the hotel, but upon arrival, we were greeted by lovely staff, a clean, large size room with good facilities. Staff were very helpful with transportation and information of the city. Hotel is located perfectly, 20 mins from the airport (£8pp bus ride) and a 5 minute walk away from the tram to take you to and from the heart of Venice (£3 return pp). Couldn’t fault it, will definitely be using again.

If you are driving by yourself, it is an ideal hotel (it is not far from the old town), front desk staff and restaurant The waiters are great and they can sell BUS tickets at the front desk, which is super convenient! I originally thought about driving to the island, but after listening to the front desk clerk’s advice, I decisively bought a BUS ticket and took the bus at the door. It turned out to be super correct!

1. There are no screens on the windows, we were bitten by mosquitoes
2. The air conditioner is very old and noisy, even at minimum power. But we slept with him, we got very tired during the day in Venice)

|1.35km from city centerI stayed at the NH Laguna last night after working a long flight from Canada. The beds were comfortable and it was very easy to access Venice by metro. I just had to recognize Teresa at the breakfast restaurant who made my day before working the flight home. She was so kind and friendly with a genuine smile and served me with such pleasure that I can tell tell that she genuinely loves her job and interacting with people and making their stay special. She pit me kn a great mood to work get flight home and reminded me to always greet my passengers with a smile.
