A 3-storey guesthouse located on a branch of the Tomoeha River. Megumi speaks enough English to communicate the facilities of the hotel and she is very welcoming. It is very convenient to be able to rent a bicycle from her to ride around town. I slept in one of the western dorm-style beds and it was very comfortable. A thoughtful touch is spare earplugs at the tea station upstairs. One thing I am finding is that when a listing says ”shared bathroom facilities, that could mean any number of things! Here, the showers are clean and good, and there are 2 separate and lockable shower cubicles, can be used by men or women. There are toilets on every floor. The guesthouse has a good free breakfast, I had some boiled eggs and a savoury pastry. Toast and jam is also available. They also do hot drinks and meals if needed. It's a reasonable walk from the train station, but it's flat walking.

ソロツーリングで宿泊しました。バイクは入り口前の屋根があるところに駐車させてもらいました。立地も駅に近く食事をとるところの選択肢も多く助かります。ランドリーは洗濯機と乾燥機が3セットあり良かったです。朝食付きのプランでしたので内容ですが、コロナ禍の折小鉢等に入ったものを取るようになっていました。不満というほどではないのですが、洋食向きのおかずにスクランブルエッグ等を入れてはどうかと思います。 *焼きはあったのですが、お菜は和食のものが多かったように思えます。全体的に見るとかなり良いホテルだったと思います。また近くにきた折に宿泊を考えても良いと思いました。

The hotel is very close to the station, but the external sound insulation is very good. Don't worry about being noisy by the tram and the sound outside. I'm a repeater. The building is old, but the rooms and bathrooms are spacious, and the breakfast is satisfying. It's also good that you can choose your pillow. It's reasonably priced at the affiliated Japanese restaurant next door, but the fact that you can have a warm and delicious lunch boxed dinner delivered to your room is also a high point and a reason for repeat visits. Compared to Utsunomiya, Oyama is an area where there are fewer fancy hotels and business hotels are competing with each other, but at this hotel I was thankful that I was able to enjoy a hot bento boxed lunch in my room. I think it's a good hotel with a reasonable price.

It takes five minutes to walk to the hotel from the Koyama station platform. The facilities are very new, the rooms are tidy, the girls at the front desk are warm and kind, the breakfast is Japanese and not bad, there are many restaurants, convenience stores and large supermarkets around, shopping and eating are convenient.
