We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Section L Hatchobori. We stayed in a deluxe appartment and it was enough space for our family of 4. Excellent amenities, kitchen and laundry facilities in the room were very helpful. Staff were very friendly. Good location. Short walk to multiple convenience stores and train stations. Highly recommend.

I was looking for a hotel with a kitchen and I chose this hotel. I brought my room clothes because the pajamas were a loan of 1000 yen per suit. But the tableware and cooking equipment were in the order of first arrival, but I could borrow it! The kitchen was small, but the room was large and easy to spend! The refrigerator was big and I was happy that there was an oven function in the microwave oven, and it was a Dyson dryer!

ICI hotel is very close to metro subway station and two stations to Tokyo central station. If you have heavy luggage carry-on, there is very close entrance elevator up/down to subway. Room is typically small Japanese room but it is very clean , well-maintained and sanitize. Bathroom towels and bed linens are all fresh and new. An added pleasant stay experiences is their breakfast menu, freshly baked pastries like croissants, bagels and others, bacon, sausages, cheese and butter, Japanese omelet, freshly green salad, potato salad with smoked salmon *****s, rice, miso soup, curry soup, coffee and teas and many others. I highly commended the lady who is on the restaurant for being helpful and attentive. You may even brought up your breakfast inside your room as the restaurant space is not so big. Highly recommended for budget travelers in Tokyo

We stayed after a big party on Saturday and we had just enough energy to walk down to this hotel from Ginza(30min). As soon as we got to our room, we went to bed. The room is just enough for two guest and nothing special. Some hotels in Tokyo are providing a common bath recently and this is the case in this hotel. The size is not so big but small. it is great feeling to start a new day from bath! And next let have a famous breakfast. I had seen some photos, beautiful breakfast with lots of choices, even Ikura-don, which I didnt believe and I thought it is advertising only. However, the hotel provide that break fast and even better one. We were there for actually almost one hour and we made ourself really full (and no need to have a lunch on that day). A good thing is they provide small portions with various selections. The cost is little bit expensive (15,000 JPY) compared to the other business hotel. But it definitely worth it. My husband and I stayed in a Western/Japanese style room. It was a decent size room and had everything we needed, but didn't feel too crowded. The kitchenette had a stove, microwave, toaster, fridge, silverware, plates, glasses, pots/pans, etc. Kitchen soap, paper towels were also included. There was a Western style table and chairs and a Japanese style table with cushions. There was a washer/dryer in the bathroom. You could get detergent from the front desk. The shower/bathroom was on the larger size and Japanese style. The toilet was in a separate room. The bed was large and very comfortable. Everything was high tech. There was a TV, but we did not turn it on. The location was great and very quiet! It was about a 15 minute walk to the Ginza shopping District and about a 5 minute walk to the train station, which basically connects you to anywhere in the city. There was a convenient store across the street and several other markets/convenient stores within a few minutes walk. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. It was sometimes difficult to communicate with them because of the language barrier, but we always managed a way to figure things out. If you like apartment style accommodations, I would definitely recommend the Gate Stay Premium Ginza Shintomicho.

The transportation is very convenient. Get off the airport bus and walk 20 meters to transfer to Route 15/16 for 4 stops (the nearest stop behind the airport bus is). Get off the bus and it is diagonally opposite the hotel. It is clean and tidy and the area is quite large for the same price. You can walk to Ginza /Tsukiji (15min) recommended!

Cleanliness: After staying for two days, the hotel will not take the initiative to clean. There was a smell in the room. After searching around, I found that it was the smell of the range hood. It must have been a long time since the range hood was cleaned. This smell stayed there for two days and never dissipated! Facilities: Traditional apartments have relatively complete facilities, such as washing machines, microwaves, TVs, etc. However, the sofa bed is dirty and difficult to sleep on. There is a bulge. Transportation: A taxi from Tokyo Station to the hotel costs 800-1,000 yen. It is a certain distance from the subway station, so it is not convenient. This is the worst hotel I have stayed in during my 7 days in Japan.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Overall, the hotel is clean and has all the amenities that a business or couples traveling would need. The rooms are clean, and a good size for Tokyo. The communication with the front desk. Staff is also efficient and easy to navigate. The downside would be the location is a bit off and requires some walking to Tokyo station. Otherwise, it’s really value for money.

It only takes 10 minutes from the B&B to Shinjuku in Wang District, which is a good choice! Our family of 5 people (2 large and 3 small), the room was very clean, as the photo introduced on Trip.com; There is a large room with 2 double beds and the other room with a double bed, which is just enough to sleep in the larger room than 3 children. The homestay provides toothbrushes, shaving cream, shower gel, shampoo, moisturizer and basic tea bags and coffee. And the same good thing is that he can cook there, and I will book this one next time! Also make a Shabu Shabu!

5-7 mins walk from the nearest train station. noise level in my room was very low, almost silent, despite being adjacent to a busy street. coin laundry (2 washers and 2 dryers available) works great as expected and you can purchase individual detergent packs from the front desk (if i remember correctly: 500yen per wash, 100yen per 30 mins dryer, 50yen for a detergent pack)

コロナウィルスが流行る少し前に連泊させていただきました。八王子駅南口を出て徒歩3分ほどでしょうか。立地が良く建物が新しくレジャー、ビジネス問わず快適な滞在が可能です。広さは大手ビジネスホテルと似たり寄ったりですが、備品等真新しいので狭さはさほど気になりませんでした。フロントは若い男女で、両名ともに笑顔に溢れ言葉遣いも丁寧でテキパキとしておりとても気分よく過ごすことが出来ました。ありがとうございます。グループホテルは３か所ほどお世話になっておりますが、どこも綺麗で立地が良く、何より良心的な価格設定なのがとても魅力的です。また近日中に宿泊させていただきます。

With any brand new hotel you expect a few hiccups, but my layover stay at the Metropolitan Haneda didn’t have a single one. Easy access from Haneda via the monorail (one stop away) and a short walk from the station to the hotel front door. Helpful staff, easy check in, efficient room with a comfy bed and one of the best hotel showers I’ve experienced. This was a great way to spend my 16 hour layover in Tokyo. Breakfast was included in my very economical room charge and included Western and Asian fare. Scrambled eggs were not as hard-cooked as most Americans like them, and much of the hot food needed to be kept warmed a little more than it was, but all in all a good buffet.
