|3.26km from city centerThe room itself is clean and nice. Towels are white and good smelling. Shower room has warm water, has complete kitchen utensils. Complete amenities. The only downside is the lobby of the building has strange smell, it seems it's coming from spoiled blanket or unwashed carpet.

|1.64km from city centerThough the hotel is quite inaccessible as I have thought upon booking in reference to NAIA 2 as the basis, I have not in any way or means regretted that I booked the place. This hotel is simple yet provides quality service. Check in duration is convenient to travellers like me who like first flight like between 2PM to 6AM the next day as their check in allotment. It is really a great help. Check out is up to 12 noon with a minimal fee of 100 per hour per exceeding hour. In my case, I did not avail of the latter but rather enjoy their coffee at their cafe near the check in counter. Afterwards, I stayed at the lounge at Room 134 as I awaited to leave for NAIA 1. This kind of hotel is highly commendable and appreciated. Thank you, Pasay Centrale Hotel, for this wonderful opportunity.

|0.53km from city centerI have stayed at the Copacabana many times and I always had a good experience but on my latest trip, I experienced such an amazing degree of professionalism and good value that I just had to let someone else know. First of all, every member of the staff was courteous, efficient and friendly. My room was situated on the highest floor (11) in order to avail the lowest cost. Because of the low cost, I was not expecting such a big and well-apointed room which included a refrigerator, sink, and 2 twin-sized beds, The room was clean with solid wood parquet floors. The Hotel has a wonderful rather large swimming pool with a garden on one side and the restaurant on the other side where I enjoyed my breakfast before taking a cool dip.

|1.2km from city centerMy husband and I stayed in this hotel since it is only 700 meters away from the SMX convention center (we can get there in 10 minutes by foot). We loved our stay for the following reasons: 1. Perfect location since it is close to SMX convention center as well as to SM Mall of Asia. It is also connected to a small mall with a grocery store and a pharmacy. 2. Awesome service. When we left the do not disturb sign for the whole day, they left a card that says we may call them up to 6 pm if we want to have our room cleaned, but since we did not mind a little clutter we decided not to ask for housekeeping services. Then at around 5:45 om they called us to make sure if we do not need anything else. 3. Love the toiletries, they use paraben and silicone free products so I no longer need to bring my own (which I usually do since sometimes hotel toiletries are too harsh and too heavily scented). 4. We booked the lowest tier room (studio deluxe) which has a water dispenser and a microwave aside from the usual hotel room amenities. We particularly loved the microwave because the nearby Golden Bay Seafood restaurant has large servings hence we just brought our leftovers to the hotel to be reheated on our next meal. 5. Food is good, we loved their seafood Aglio Olio which was savory with a slight kick. Breakfast buffet also has a nice variety with generally good food. 6. Reasonable room rates at around 4,000 PHP a night.

The attending staff was accommodating but hard to reach when texted hence a call should be made to address our concerns. There are a lot of simple kitchen utensils and tools that weren’t there in spite of their rule to wash all the dishes after its use. Sadly, microwave had to be transferred near the socket of the kitchen in order to use it. The mattress of the bed needs to be replaced as it is not comfy to sleep on. All in all, the room needs general pest control.

You can take an Ejeep from PITX and drop off at Coral Way, which is one block before SM Arena, making it easier to commute to the hotel. The reception area is large and has a friendly atmosphere. The hotel personnel is excellent as well; they respond to our inquiries even when they are unable to fulfill our requests. We have a problem with the air conditioner since it occasionally turns off on its own, but the room and bed are large. There aren't enough towels in the bathroom, so we ought to request housekeeping. There can only be two tiny free water bottles each room. The lack of a lifeguard, children's lifevests, and the ability for children to enter the pool alone makes it dangerous. Breakfast is a very Filipino style, with simple ingredients (sinangag, champorado,corned beef, longganisa, eggs,fish fillet, daing and also pancit, ec.) that taste amazing. Looking forward to returning to this hotel.

|1.18km from city centerWhat a cool, funky place to spend a night while you're waiting to fly out. The pool and courtyard area were lovely and shaded. Our double room was small and cosy. The bathrooms and shower rooms were spotless. The wifi worked quite well. The free brekky was basic: toast, jam, peanut butter with coffee, tea or Ovaltine. I saw some oats there as well. It was a great place to spend a night in transit. So close to the airport.

Free breakfast and self service was so so,hopefully next time conceirge people will consider their loud talking and laughing as it really disturb their guest like me,I was so tired and want to rest but heard their laughing and talking so loud.i was put the next room from front desk.other than that all was ok

Tryp immediately acted on the complain however, they did so for the higher amount even if I showed proof of booking for the lower amount. |0.63km from city centerThis is our go-to hotel whenever we visit Manila or have a transfer from Manila to another location in the Philippines as it is very close to NAIA, and also Mall of Asia.
The front desk staff is accommodating and super friendly!! They even can print documents for you at a cheap rate.
I LOVE their Filippino breakfast, but they have Western breakfast as well.
I highly recommend the corned beef with rice or the Bangus with rice for breakfast and the Viennese Coffee.
The guy at the front desk, Joely, helped us with our luggage and also ordered a taxi for us to the airport.

The amenities are well organized nearby, and it's not far from the casino.
It depends on the unit, but I used the corner on the first floor, and the communication was not caught at all.
There was a wifi, but it couldn't connect to the Internet.
And the little cockroaches came out and they had to catch them.
I recommend it if you are a traveler who wants to sleep in a break from the tax.

The location is only good for airport terminal 3 passengers ( our terminal is 1 and it takes 30 minutes to get to the airport/ hotel by taxi) and all the tourist attractions are 20-30 minutes away by taxi. We have to endure the traffic jams every time we go out. Quite stressful!
2. Noise problems: a construction site and the nearby guests in the hallway make constant noises and they wake us up, so I think the hotel should work on its sound proof quality.
3. City view and garden view ? After we complained about the construction noise, it took us almost five hours to move to the new room. The first room’s view is the ugly construction view ( allegedly city view ) and the garden view is hellish and unpleasant ( see the photo). I really wonder how the manager could proudly say it’s an upgrade for us to change to the new room?? Lol
4. Other than those above, the staff are all polite and attentive. Great breakfast and sauna and steam room.

|1.98km from city centerI was greeted by hotel Management upon arrival and facilities and policies explained. I took the hotel transportation as I wanted a quick transfer after such a long flight. The car was waiting with a friendly driver and new car. For me not worth saving a few $”s as I wanted to know car was sterilised and covid free. Cost Php800 which I considered fair and acceptable rather than taking risk with airport taxi services. I was provided 3 good meals a day within my room package and offered the use of a good room menu. If required additional toiletries or towels a simple dial of ‘0’ and minutes later a friendly knock at the door. The room was spacious and clean with great views of Manila Bay. Good selection of TV channels to make your day pass quicker. A big thank you to the management and staff at Hotel Jen for making my quarantine stay in these hard times very comfortable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to all nationalities as the hotel is willing to listen to guests dietary preferences. From the time we got picked up at the airport to the time we have to return home, our experience have been phenomenal. The owners, Marites and George have been to gracious and accommodating to all my family’s needs. From everything we needed, they didn’t hesitate to make those needs met. At one point, they even made a special meal for me since I got sick the last week of our stay. A special menu that they don’t have listed was provided with a smile. They would often check me at my room to make sure that whatever I needed is provided. As for the staff at the guest house, they are a great group of hardworking women who made our stay memorable. The staff made sure that all our needs are met. often times would clean our rooms without being asked. They even asked me to clean my room while im inside. They always have a smile on their faces and very chatty with me during our stay. And I love to chat with them. To all the staff, Evelyn, Rose, Erika, Bernadette, Analynn, and whoever else I forgot.
