Excellent location. Silent (no trains can be heard). View from the window to the office building. Parking is paid 1200 yards per night, but it is always available (unlike Select Hotel). Excess (shoot hat, toothbrush, etc.) in the room is not- ask for resepshne. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby( Uryuk my favorite - a little further, but delicious there very!). And here breakfast is poor. (This is the minus for which I lower the estimate. 1000r per person is expensive. Although the eyelid, becon, cheese, the simplest fruit- vegetables you will find there. Coffee is good. But! You can take a combo in a chocolate for 300r - it will be the same, only with a view to the wonderful park in front of the Paveletsky station(by the way, I recommend walking there certainly: very nice, fountain dancing and singing for classical music, watching area, shining rings-wheel, generally beautiful decoration). Yes, the entry under the slagbaum can not be noticed, so slower and with the navigator look)).

Stopped in this hotel for the first time. From the pluses only the location of the hotel. Almost the center, 10 minutes walk from the metro station Dostoevskaya. The hotel building is a typical ”Soviet” multi-storey building that adjacent to the residential house. The area is quiet, quiet, far from the noisy highways. The hotel itself is of course tired. Taken a standard 2-bedroom room with two separate beds. Booked through the hotel website. The first big minus - extremely uncustom staff of the respiratory. Girls, like the hotel, very tired, neither smiles nor greetings. Comed on 12 days. Resident with 14.00. I asked if it is possible to settle now if there are free rooms? Girls answered together that they have a rule - settlement strictly with 14.00 or you have to buy an early settlement service. But even not that the main thing. Work on the resepshne very slowly, They kept out of order. I thought the decoration lasted 30 minutes, no less. The room itself was already ”seen the kinds” (I fear to imagine which economic rooms in this hotel). But knowing that it was just 2 stars, I was without any special claims. Room 2 is a single bed with clean clothes (one large bed in standard rooms is not available). Somehow only one office chair. 2 cup of tea, but no glasses. TV and mini-fridge are, worked). The bathroom was awful smell of sewage. All the plumbing is old Soviet, the sink is cracked. The bathroom was not, there was a shower cabin, but also very old. One soap, shampoo and soul gel were 1 piece per person. No shovel in the hotel, take with you. The floor is locked with a very old carpet. Overall for 1 night if you are without claims, you can stay for a night. I will tell you separately about breakfast. That means like a Swedish table. Of course, it is not true. Rest with the family in Moscow, two adults and three children (2 years, 6 years and 8 years). Stayed in the hotel for three days, we had a room without a kitchen with a double-food. We all liked it very much! A huge spacious clean room. Neighbours were not heard (though I suspect that our neighbors had another opinion, us, I think, was heard well 😅🙈). Excellent room cleaning, bed linen and towels are very fresh white. Beautiful view from the window, there is a balcony (lodge). Furniture is not the newest, of course, but it is a small thing at all. When settled there was a compliment from the hotel - bottles of water and tea. You could ask for a microwave in the room, but we didn't have to. The staff is all very polite and attentive. The location of the hotel is very successful - there is a place to walk, close to the metro, to the Red Square on foot 30 minutes. Food in the hotel in my opinion is good! There was always enough diversity of dishes and they constantly replenished. Dinner is comprehensive, delicious. We doubted whether to take dinner in the hotel, or not, eventually, we didn't regret having chosen a semi-pansion at all. Individual thanks to the hotel - for the wonderful children's room on the first floor behind the restaurant! It's a paradise for children! There is everything! Toys are all possible, books, paints, puzzles, pool with balls, children's kitchen. Children were delighted! We were there for an hour twice a day) alone! And for chess thank you, our chess players also appreciated them!) Our rest was exactly successful! 🤗

The best value for money hotel in the area. The only drawback is that it is the farthest from the metro and the view from the window is not the most picturesque, but still cool! Most of all, I like that the room has additional protection on the door so that the cleaning lady could not open for some reason, deciding to clean. The same Beta hotel does not have this protection. I felt much safer in this room. Cool bed. Soft and comfortable. New furniture. I'm happy with everything. Insanely cool lighting in the room. Bright main lamp and additional lighting near the window. Looks great!

Stop for one night in this hotel. Everything liked. Something especially exotic wasn't. In the room a bottle of water (compliment), tea, coffee, teapot. The Swedish table is not bad, I think, tortoise, cakes, eggs, sausages, cassie. Staff friendly. A tooth set is issued on request for respiratory. From the downsides - hearing in the room and there was no closet, but I and the number took not the best. On the spot of other guests, I would specify if you choose to have a window room or not, as guests indicate that there is such a budget room without a window. I took with the window. В первую очередь похвалю прекрасное расположение: от метро ”Спортивная” практически в сотне шагов, только за угол завернуть, а улочка тихая и спокойная. В пешей доступности Новодевичий монастырь (поэтому я и выбрала этот отель) и Лужники (а вот в соседнем с отелем зданием - хоспис, не самое веселое учреждение...), рядом очень много кафе, пекарен, пиццерий и прочего, есть где и перекусить, и плотно пообедать. А вот в самом отеле отношения с питанием какие-то нездоровые: при достаточной цене за номер без завтрака за этот самый завтрак просят еще по 1200 (тысяче двести) рублей с человека, хотя рядом полно мест, где за тысячу вдвоем можно отлично позавтракать (и мы так и сделали). В номере есть мини-бар, но цены тоже аховые. Приятным сюрпризом оказалось ”почти мохито” (вода с лимоном и мятой) в лимонаднике у стойки администратора, я очень люблю это сочетание, с удовольствием попила, пока оформляли заселение, и потом еще подходила, чтобы попить. Номер очень хорош, удобная постель, много разных подушек (кажется, на сайте отеля это называется ”меню подушек”). Еще в номере махровые халаты, тапочки, сейф, гладильная доска и утюг - это очень удобно. Две бутылочки с питьевой водой, чай, сахар, чайник, чайные пары и бокалы для воды. Есть холодильник, но он битком забит мини-баром, чтобы поставить что-то свое, места нет. В санузле зубные щетки, паста, шампунь и гель для душа два в одном и бальзам для волос - не одноразовые, а во флаконах, душевая кабина с тропическим душем и обычной ”лейкой”. Словом, если не считать кусачих цен за еду (что нам не помешало, мы отлично поели вне отеля), все очень понравилось.

Great location! The hotel is located 7 minutes walking distance from red square. It’s right on the pedestrian street with lots of restaurants around. The room was not too small, was clean and had all the necessities except tooth brushes, which we knew about from previous comments. There is a supermarket next door which is also very convenient. But once again, the location was just perfect for a short stay in Moscow!

Останавливалась в отеле на три дня. Я в полном восторге. Отель расположен в центре, но в очень тихом переулке. Окна выходят в закрытый дворик, никого там за все время не встретила :) В самом отеле тоже было очень тихо. Номер небольшой, очень теплый, вполне уютный. Опреденно, есть своя атмосфера. Всё чистое, в рабочем состоянии. Персонал максимально приветливый и милый. Отелю, как мне сказали, более 130 лет. Было бы странно увидеть внутри интерьеры в стиле хай-тек, поэтому претензии по типу ”внутри совок” мне вовсе непонятны. Был включен завтрак. На выбор несколько блюд+чай или кофе. Все очень вкусно, подают быстро. Единственное, к чему можно придраться, так это к тому, что кафе находится в подвале. И интерьер на любителя. Мне напомнило фильм ”Американский оборотень в Париже” :) немного жутко и не хватает музыки. Окончательно растаяла, когда обнаружила в номере конвертик с поздравлением с Днем Рождения :) Если это не клиентоориентированность, то что? Я обязательно вернусь туда снова.

В номере было чистенько, ремонт такой себе, через полностью закрытое окно тянуло, пришлось плотно завешивать окна, на коврах вековые пятна от химии. Самая печаль получилась по оплате. Хотел забронировать через Яндекс, точно помню, что было 4 т.р. с небольшим за стандарт, но из-за того, что не понимал, как потом отчитывать перед бухгалтерией, забронировал по телефону. При этом уточнил цену, она была такой же как на сайте. Уточнил, что мне нужен будет ранний заезд, в районе 7 утра и поздний выезд после 17 часов. Мне было озвучено, что ранний заезд - пол стоимости, а поздний выезд до 18 бесплатно. По приезду оказалось, что номер стоит больше 5 т.р., что было больше лимитов, которые мне были выделены организацией и, что оплатить нужно сразу за все проживание. Попросил убрать завтрак, для того, чтобы вписаться в лимиты, но мне сообщили, что тогда тариф будет еще больше. Поняв, что не все гладко еще раз уточнил про поздний выезд при заезде и меня уверили, что он до 18 бесплатен. Пришлось заселяться, т.к. времени искать другой отель не было. В последний день, вернулся раньше запланированного, но карта в номер оказалась заблокированной. Потребовали доплату за поздний выезд, я попросил объяснить, на каком основании у меня просят доплату, если указано время выезда 18.00 и я полностью при заезде должен оплатить проживание и оплатил его? Ответа не получил, сотрудники с каменными лицами сообщили, что если я не оплачу, то мне в доступе в номер будет отказано и я не смогу забрать вещи. Пришлось оплачивать. Когда попал в номер и собрал вещи, позвонил на рецепшн и уточнил с какого времени у них поздний выезд и оказалось, что поздний выезд еще не наступил и у меня еще есть 30 минут. Получается, что сотрудники отеля необоснованно заблокировали карту и шантажом заставили заплатить за услугу, которая мне не была оказана. Я потребовал возврат средств за поздний выезд и выехал из гостиницы. Деньги за поздний выезд мне вернули. Повторно в этот отель не поеду, обманывают со стоимостью и услугами.

На все доводы позвать управляющего всегда отвечает что его нет на месте. По этому кроме как жалобы здесь, нигде больше нельзя оставить... хуже места я не видел еще... В холле воняет... The only minus - was very bad Internet in the room. At the respiratory we were told that they would soon be fixed, but the gluks in the work were. Breakfasts at the hotel are terribly expensive. Take cheese, cache and egg Benedict. The taste is good, but without special decoration and additional toppings, which was very lacking. Have made breakfast very long. I picked this hotel for an extended stay (2 weeks) in April 2021. The hotel had the room ready on my arrival in the morning, I also got an upgrade, which was a very decent added value to the stay. The room itself was sparkling clean, there were welcome drinks (and the staff refreshed mineral water regularly). The bed was comfy and there was sufficient space for a small office (two people didn't have much trouble sitting with laptops and working simultaneously). The personnel was very polite and welcoming. Overall, it is a good value hotel and I recommend it for other travelers, who value central location and comfortable rooms.

The room is small and old, the hygiene is average, and the window opens to the inside of the building. Cleaning is done every day, even if not requested.
