|3.96km from city centerWe were welcomed by Didi at the check in counter. He was super polite and courteous and we were very happy when he upgraded us to the penthouse 3 bedroom . Although we stayed there for 1 night but his customer service skills was excellent. For the room wise, its spacious and every room has a connected bathroom. If you are expecting a quality hotel room then this is not the place for you. Cleanliness is 8/10. Maintenance 6/10. The wifi is good if you are close to the router. If not its unstable. But overall for a family reunion if you are not too picky is acceptable. The swimming pool also is normal and the toilet is superb. Is not dirty or not maintained. My family enjoyed the swimming pool and the breakfast was on bento and is delicious. If you want a buffet is an additional 20rm per pax for you to enjoy Frasers Place Puter Harbour buffet breakfast. Didnt take picture as we forgot. But overall stay for family is 8/10 for a serviced apartment setting. And also Thank you Didi for the welcoming and also the farewell 👍🏽

Crockery in kitchen is very limited.
Rooms need to be deep cleaned and maintained. There were so many spiders and ants in the room. Spring mattress average comforting. For 2nd day room service didn't come to clean the room.
No water bottles supplied. Parking was provided in visitor parking, no direct access to lobby.

|3.3km from city centerWe booked a 4 bedroom “penthouse” that was located on level 5 of a 20+ floor building. When questioned we were told that a duplex is the same as a penthouse. Must be different definitions in different countries. Inside, the apartment was comfortable but lacking many items needed for a family stay. A mini fridge, dirty frypan and dirty saucepan were the only items on hand for cooking. The soap provided in the showers was poor quality as to were the paper thin towels. Outside facilities such as pool and playground were nice touches. Location was also good for our visit to Legoland.

My first stay was awesome as the hotel looks new and maintained well, thus I bring another group of friends to repeat stay here. Love their breakfast spread for first visit, this round we stayed 2 nights, one breakfast was on Friday with lesser choice, second day breakfast on Saturday the spread is better with more choices, overall food standard dropped abit, but love their pastries which is nice 👍🏻. Stuff is friendly trying to accommodate our request on rooms. Only provide 2 bath towels , no floor nor hand towels supplied, maybe due to eco-friendly, ok for us as they provide good quality room slippers, but one of the towel didn’t look clean when use…2nd day the replacement towels was ok …. The rooms maintained well, the reception areas abit old , may need refurnish to have better impressions of the hotel

Also allow me place luggage at security guard area. THE SECURITY AT JOHOR IS AMAZING. SURELY NOT LIKE THOSE PEOPLE ACCUSE THAT BAD. SURELY WILL VISIT AGAIN. THANK YOU SO MUCH. While not the fault of the property owner, found the area around the accommodation to be a bit despondent - the pandemic has really made it very difficult for developers and businesses to prosper or even to maintain.
Hope that with a bit of time, the Puteri Harbour area will thrive again (much like the revitalisation of central JB and the crowds coming back).
Will definitely come back to Almas.

The other 2 pools which I am looking forward we cannot use. Below there's a food court which sells good roti prata and nice fried chicken. And a small super market. About 15 mins drive to bukit indah town.

|4.51km from city centerI really nice spacious room, we stayed in 307, which is a one-bed room apartment, please note there are smaller rooms. this is really good if you are staying for a few days, large living room with an induction cooker, toaster, microwave, and fridge. They also included plates and bowls. for cooking equipment and glassware, you will need to contact housekeeping, i stayed only 2 nights so i didn't bother. one big pet peeve was that the dish provided was too big for the microwave, so please heat up your food in the containers before plating them. Both the microwave and fridge worked well, it made ice in around 2 to 3 hours. the shower was great, with constant temperature and good water pressure. the bedroom lacked a TV only the TV was in the living room, so that was a bummer, the room was also a bit noisy as i think there is a family of birds living in the air-con compressor so if you are a light sleeper, you want to give this a miss. The road outside can also get noisy at all hours. The nightlife is interesting, with quite a few bars and restaurants, and lots of motorized scooter rental stores, this does have quite a big issue with me, with alot of teens and kids zooming up and down the harbor at night, it does get dangerous for families with smaller kids. The selling point of this place is its proximity to Legoland, unfortunately, it is a tad hard to get a Grabcar (a rideshare service like Uber) because at the moment the area is not as busy as it was pre-covid. i see families waiting 30mins to an hour to get a car. If you drive, there is an underground carpark (complimentary). The most disappointing was the breakfast, not enough food, and they were unable to cope with the number of people. they struggled to fill coffee pots, juice dispensers, cut fruits, and bread. once something came out, it was gone in minutes. Overall, I would recommend this place for families, just skip the breakfast and make something in the room.

The treasure hunting and to break the clues to find the combination lock is fun. The themed deco concept of the hotel room are on point. Its very convenient locatiin when you wabt to go to the water park, theme park, Sea Life and Medini mall. The parking bays are ample and nearby with covered roof. We should have stayed one more night as we do not use all the facilities and services there.

Space can be better utilised if designed properly. Breakfast was above average but serves its purpose of filling up the stomach.Staff were friendly and attentive. |3.97km from city centerthe location of the hotel is not bad. there's food nearby and its away from the busy city so its more peaceful. the check-in instructions given was clear. however, i guess the room has been quite some time since someone checked in cause the bathroom had spiderwebs and some areas were dusty and the utensils they provided was dusty as well. there were only knifes, no fork and spoon. but the oven and fridge are working well. best part about the stay was that the tv has netflix. and i like the simple concept of the house. would come back to stay again.

Even helped with last minute requests and queries.
The accommodation is a street away from Caltex which have a link bridge to the mall. After the KFC closes, just a perimeter walk around the mall outer to reach the mall.
Sunway location in itself (not the accommodation problem at all) has nothing in the night that Singaporean fancy - like massage or KTV.
But the slide in the room was enough to accommodate my child.
Kudos to the host for thinking do such!
Water filter, cinematic shows do helps a lot for family bonding!
The games room can even cure your itch off KTV; only an hour booking though.

- bed in main bedroom is big and comfy.
- air con is strong enough. Ceiling fans provided.
- management help replace faulty water flask on same day.
- nice and big swimming pool.
Dislike:
- nearby no place to buy food nor supermarket. Need to take taxi 10-15 mins away to shopping mall.
- jacuzzi is dirty, and cockroaches around at night.
- bed at living area, height is quite low for adults.
- Balcony is dusty. Area is small, not really suitable to sit outside to enjoy view. Not recommend to open balcony door esp at night. As we did that and cockroach came in.

|3.97km from city centerIf you consider as Malaysia, and lower your expectation, this is a near perfect place to stay. I booked at 2 nights for SGD 126, it is an absolute steal. Just across the road is Mall of Medini, where it is connected to Legoland at the other end of the mall. Supermarket, fastfood, chicken rice shop is located in the mall.
Just below the block on the left is an indian grocery stall, and a 7-11, and Gleneagles is just at the other side from Mall of Medini. Food are easily accessible in the area during daytime.
There is a park, interconnecting other building in the development on G floor. Swimming pool on highest floor at level 22, with a gym.
Bath tub is relatively clean, aircon is good, cleanliness is acceptable, only the washing machine was faulty, everything else required is working well. There were 2 toilets, sufficient for all of us, and we were given 4 towels, also with shampoo and shower gel, but take note there is not toothbrush and toothpaste provided.
Aircon is cold, wifi is provided upon request, security guard at lobby, this place is recommended. The unit is spacious, my son tried to balance bike ard the house.

The Good::
- Main bedroom bed was larger than a normal King size bed. It's either an Euro King or Super King size
Comes with Nespresso coffee machine, washing, machine, dryer and dishwasher. Good for longer stay and self cooking.
Area of Improvement:: (had feedback to counter staff)
- Toilet was clean and tidy so suspect that the stench either came from the ventilation vents or the clogged pipes. Smell affect the whole room so had to close the toilet doors.
- Main bedroom toilet sink was also clogged
- Trip.Com showed 3 King size bed in description but 2 bedroom deluxe only comes with 1 x King and 2x Single.
So it's misleading.

Everything else is fine. Simple check-in, contact the landlord, he will personally inform you of the details, no deposit, check out super simple, put the key on the table, inform the landlord. We played in Lego for three days, and the baby still missed the building blocks, so I stayed here for another night.

The owner should be aware that the water facility will be shut down and remind customers beforehand, so that they can choose other places to stay. Disaster. I hope it won't happen to anyone else... |3.95km from city centerThe apartment belongs to the UHA group. Be sure to pay attention to the place where the key is not in the same place as the hotel. First whatsapp contact UHA to get the office address and gate password. Go to the key yourself. Go to the hotel again. Less wrong roads.
The location is very good, there is a swimming pool with sea view. 10 minutes grab drive from Legoland. You can cook your own basic cookers. Suitable for a family of four.
