Были в апреле 2022. Все отлично: местоположение, тишина, отель в тихом дворике, доступность. Персонал на 5! Номер наш был небольшой, но все работало, все, что нужно, было. Потрясающая удобная кровать! Не сдвинутые 2 односпальные, как во многих местах, а именно большая кровать с мягким белоснежным бельём и самым комфортным матрасом!!!! Чистые полотенца, халаты, тапочки. В ванной все для душа есть (шампунь, гель). Чисто, аккуратно. На Пасху отель сделал приятный сюрприз (спасибо за куличики 🙏). Расположение отеля очень удобное. Вышел и иди в любую сторону - дойдёшь до всех достопримечательностей). На счёт кондиционера в номере сказать ничего не могу. В номере он есть, но не пользовались. В апреле в номере было по температуре то, что надо. Хотя отопление и выключено уже было. Слышимость в номерах средняя, но это почти во всех отелях видимо. Когда приходишь уставший, то сразу засыпаешь и ничего не слышишь))) Спасибо Аркадия. Теперь если в Питер, то только к вам.

The Youth Hostel is very clean, the mattresses in the beds are very soft, sleep well, and the location is ideal. Go to the Winter Palace for a few minutes, not far from McDonald's and KFC. The English at the front desk is very good.

The hotel in the old St. Petersburg yard is of four-storey houses. There is no noise outside the window, in the yard a small lawn. The rooms are small but clean. There are slippers, some tea, coffee and sugar. The bathroom has a fan. The common kitchen has a good kitchen with dishes, microwave, refrigerator, cooking panel, teapot, thermopot (without hot, cold drinking water). There is a washing machine in the basement, use free, washing machine can be bought at the administrator's counter. You can leave baggage both before and after the settlement to wait for the flight. Deficiencies: Noise isolation weak, a good hearing of the neighbor's shower. But hear it only a couple of times, briefly, didn't bother. The ventilation in the bathroom is not very thoughtful - the water on the floor is not drying for a long time.

The entrance to the hotel was a little difficult to find at 11pm. The hotel sign is above a restaurant and the entrance bell is hidden behind a large pot plant about 15m to the right of the sign. On entering you have to climb 4 flights of stairs to the hotel. We stayed in the room next to the manned reception desk. The room was adequate for our needs. A large, but low bed, tea/coffee and free wifi and a safe in the wardrobe. The TV does not show English language programmes, not really a problem for us. Buffet breakfast is served in a small room with 4 tables, not great for 16 rooms. Choice was good but exactly the same every day. The best things about this hotel was the location and the price. Turn left for St Isaac's Cathedral, Astoria Hotel (great cocktails) and the City Tour busses. Turn Right for Nevsky Prospekt (Oxford Street).

The newly opened environment of the hotel is very good and the staff are very polite. The room was also very clean, the bedding was comfortable and the soundproofing was better. It is about ten minutes walk from the church three-piece suite, and ten minutes walk from the Winter Palace, the Centennial Bookstore and Nevsky Street. We stayed for four nights and didn't take a taxi. Take a taxi from the airport for about 700p a day, and the price is in the early 500s. The breakfast is too Western, and it is a bit unbearable after two days, but it is still worth recommending.

Even for a wonderful and unexpected surprise from the hotel team in honor of my birthday in the form of a bottle of champagne, fresh fruit and delicious cake. The cozy room is equipped with everything necessary, the bed is very comfortable, excellent staff service, room cleaning was done daily. The hotel has excellent location, is in step access to the Hermitage and Palace Square. Nearby there are confectionery, cafes, restaurants and shops (in 2 minutes the shop 24 hours). With a few minutes walking by the metro and stop. Very friendly and polite staff, we even were settled much earlier. The room is clean. For breakfast the range is small but everything is delicious and there is something to choose from if you want. Many in the reviews spoke about cold, I don't know, we included the air conditioner for the warm mode and it was excellent. Tea, coffee, water and hot chocolate can be drinked at any time. There is a luggage room, you can leave things after expulsion. In general, the hotel is satisfied, would come to it again.

I had stayed in this hotel for a couple of nights back in September and it was recommended by a friend of mine. I arrived early in the morning and did not expect to have the room ready, thus was pleasantly surprised, when I was able to get into my room by 10am already. The room had a fantastic view to the Cathedral and felt cozy. All necessities were provided. Breakfast was good with a nice and healthy selection and service was prompt and polite. The hotel is in walking distance to major tourist attractions and therefore very conveniently located. I would overall recommend the hotel due to the location and friendliness of the staff.

We lived in the hotel 8-9 June. We arrived very early in the morning, at 6 a.m. and we were settled immediately. Room 730. Windows in the yard. Very quiet, although the hotel is in the very center of the city. Everything is clean. There is a tea set. A strange solution with champoo, gel and balsam. It is better to pour them into the dosage. And a strange solution with the curtain in the bathroom.... The toilet paper is wet. There is a smooth board in the room. Utig and toothbrushes on request. A chic breakfast. Kashi, omlets, very delicious sausages and quiz cabbage. Breads, cheese, becon, champagne, vegetables, fruit. Fruit is very much. There are peaches, and apples and bananas, peanuts and arbuzas. Yogurts, jams, honey. But! Most important! We asked for a late departure and we were allowed to stay in the room until 6:00, for which the huge gratitude to the hotel staff. So we managed to pay, stay the vertile for a day in fact 2 days) after that, also left for the purse until late in the evening. Thank you very much for the welcoming staff of this hotel. Забронировал номер на 2 суток. Сам апарт-отель неплохой, но с сервисом большие проблемы. Заказывал номер с завтраком. В итоге оказалось, что завтрак с 9-00, а в субботу с 10-00; У меня были утренние встречи, поэтому оба дня остался без завтрака. Заранее никто не предупредил, что так поздно для завтрака открывается у них ресторан. В номере не убираются после 1й ночи. На просьбу дать или продать бутылку воды, потому что утром все закрыто, а после первой ночи никто ее не доставил, предложили самому сходить в магазин Красное и белое.

Ужин заказывается заранее на выбор. Мне понравился и завтрак и ужин, но тут, как говорится, на вкус и цвет. Английская атмосфера, созданная за счёт аутентичных вещей и картин всё же не скрывает минусы: - пластиковые душевые кабины и фено-аппараты, прибитые к стене - пыль на абажурах, зеркалах - подтёки и ржавчина в уборной - текстиль, который больше напоминает не Англию, а что-то, что долго хранилось в бабушкином сундуке - холодильник очень сильно морозит продукты, а если уменьшать температуру, то сразу начинает течь - ”уставшая” мебель

Не знаю даже с чего начать: с неприятного или с ужасного. Начну с того, что важно понимать всем. Если вы бронируете эконом имеете ввиду , что вас могут поселить в номер, которого на фото нет. На просьбу переселит в номер, который на фото от директора через администраторов было передано сообщение с предложением доплатить за переселение. После того, как написала в сервис , через который бронировала - номер нашёлся без всяких доплат. И в общем то я даже хотела написать вполне доброжелательный отзыв если бы не произошедшее дальше. А теперь из отвратительного. В один из последних дней нашего прибывания в гостинице на завтраке к нам подошла женщина, (либо уборщица, либо повар кафе, точно не знаю) мило поздоровалась, и после этого начался неадекватный малоосмысленный для меня ор. Что то про то что мы свиньи, ужасные родители, что нас внесут в чёрный список посетителей, что нам должно быть стыдно, что они всё сняли на видео. В попытках понять о чем вообще речь я уловила только то, что после нас осталась салфетка на полу (видимо действительно брошенная ребёнком). Я была настолько в ступоре от сюрреализма происходящего, что просто развернулась и ушла. Не было никакого желания прояснять и доказывать свою правоту. К слову сказать более спокойного и доброжелательного мелкого чем наш ещё надо поискать. Мы были в очень многих гостиницах, кафе, ресторанах , но никогда не сталкивались с таким кошмаром. Думаю , что родителям с маленькими детьми эту гостиницу лучше обойти стороной. Администратор кафе в грубой форме отказалась мне говорить имя этой женщины и отпихнула меня когда я хотела постучать к ней в служебную дверь. Я уже не говорю о таких мелочах как отказ разогреть еду ребенку и дать маленькую ложку. Из хорошего : совершенно прекрасная горничная , невероятно добрый и милый человек. Администраторы девочки вполне адекватные, входили в положение, видно было, что за ситуацию с номером им самим неприятно. Но похоже это стандартная тема , продавать одни номера , а селить в другие. Но это не от администраторов зависит, конечно же. Завтраки действительно вполне себе с учетом цены , особенно. Но минус в том, что они не меняются от слова совсем. То есть если вы едите на неделю то вы неделю будете завтракать : макароны, сосиски, оладьи , помидор , огурец, капуста , каша , фруктовый салат. Это всё вполне вкусно и сытно , но неделю одно и то же как то ))) В общем, гостиницу мы эту забудем как страшный сон. Фото каморки на мансардном этаже и фото номера соответствующего описанию прилагаю. Кстати, ещё про мансардный этаж- окно в потолке , закрывать его надо палкой , девочки админы сказали, что для этого можно приглашать специального мужчину если сами не справимся 😄. Если идёт дождь - окно надо закрывать. Плюс весь номер в тополином пуху , потому что никакой сетки в окне нет, конечно же. , забыла (после той тётки в кафе, про такое и не вспомнишь) - в душевых плесень. Сейчас перечитываю отзывы и понимаю, что похоже реал

The street is 3 trams behind the block. The two blocks in front are the Dostoyev subway station. Because the youngest house in the main city of Petersburg has to be more than 100 years old, so don't have too high requirements for the house, and this location is also very conscience, the hotel next to the building will be nearly two thousand nights. There is a public washing machine, a refrigerator, microwave and a sink in the room, because the water pressure in the ancient building cannot be too high. Therefore, there is a supercharger in the bathroom of each room, which will be noisy when using water. The bed is a single spring bed in the style of a former Soviet guest house, and the bedding is clean and tidy. In addition, note that this homestay hotel has no front desk reception, and there is no service staff inside (cheap hotels in Europe are self-service like this) need to add the owner's watch app to contact, otherwise you can't even find the door.

It is a luxury hotel but it has an excellent location. A supermarket is open 24hs, and there are also restaurants and cafeterias. It is 5min from Hermitage and Neva. A square from the metro station and the Av. NEVSKI. The hotel has a very good breakfast but serves it in a coffee outside the hotel (a few steps). It is basic but gives you coffee, toast, fruit, egg. The bad thing: the receptionists' attention is bad. Very little predisposition and in some cases even unhappy. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. It is not air conditioned and is a city with moisture, for the summer they put up fans. In conclusion, for a few days and a low cost trip is acceptable. It doesn't give more than that.

ROOMS: very spacious and bright. Big and comfortable bathroom with a shower. Everything is very clean and cozy: bathrobes, slippers and small everyday staff like vanity kit are provided for guests. Soundproof is good, but sometimes you can hear some noise (not so loudly). We found some welcoming fruits on the table, which was very nice. There are also rooms with the view on Isaakiy cathedral. LOCATION: excellent location right in the city center, 2min walk to Isaak cathedral. FOOD: good and nutritious breakfast is included: eggs, vegetables, fruits. Cereals, fruits and different drinks are available for breakfast as well. FACILITIES: good and fast wi-fi, terrace with a view, restaurant, gym and spa, business center. There is also ATM machine inside the hotel and you can use one of the hotel’s umbrellas when it rains. STAFF: very polite and helpful.

Stayed at this wonderful hotel for three nights . Love the location , interior . Very friendly and helpful staff , we were offered an early check in , complimentary beverages . The room was very clean and well maintained , with decent minibar . Bed and pillows very comfortable , the style and design of the room very inspirational classic but with a modern twist . The flight was canceled and it was necessary to look for a hotel near the airport to stay overnight. Choose the crowne plaza and were not disappointed. Free transfer to the airport every hour and to the subway (not used) A delicious and diverse breakfast. The polite reseption and service, quickly put a baby bed in the room, gave a set of first necessity - slippers, coat, toothpaste. The accommodation includes a sauna, and it is beautiful! The room was both a bathroom and a shower, it is also a big plus. The room itself is spacious, though taken standard. There is still climate control with degrees, it is also cool. And the warm floor in the bathroom. The only minus: the elevators don't go without a card if you live together and forget the card in the room, you have to walk up. And the cost may be other options, but after one neighbouring quarter is completely unnecessary - to save no longer wanted.
