We also got some breakfast and coffee in the morning which was nice. Okay location, bit far out from centre but can get a tuktuk easily or rent a bike from across the road which is what we did. We also got our coffee from a stall acorss the road, we loved the lady that worked there. Good value for money overall and enjoyed our stay.

|0.68km from city centerThe reason I can't give it a full 5 is because the shower pressure on the 3rd floor is too weak, and the floor gets dirty quickly when you walk barefoot, and there are no indoor slippers. It's a big deal when you get out of the shower, and the supplies are so old that they need to be replaced. And there's nothing from a TV to a hair dryer, except for an electric kettle. Nevertheless, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast provided individually is delicious and hearty, and I'm especially grateful for the kindness of the owner who looks like Evangeline Lilly, the elf from The Lord of the Rings. The front desk staff who gave me a discount when I didn't show up for a motorcycle company and rented me a bike from another company. The owner who brought me a map and explained the tour course in detail, and recommended an airport bus because the taxi fare was expensive. I booked a taxi and the tour ended early, so I requested to change the taxi payment to the airport bus, but the manager who said that the card cancellation was not accepted and made up for it with a free massage for an hour, and the owner who was cheerful and kind until the end and sent me off. I won't be going to Siem Reap again, but I highly recommend it to backpackers.

The air conditioning system is built in, in each room, very comfortable, does not blow on the bed. Perfect linen and quality bathroom accessories. We were happy to use the washing machine and dryer (they are also in the room), very convenient in a hot climate to freshen up your things. The hotel staff is very attentive and polite, they try to help. The pool, although not large, is comfortable. Nearby, in the same building, there is an excellent bakery with croissants and various types of breakfast, we had breakfast there. The hotel is located on a quiet street 5 minutes from Pub Street. The first impression upon check-in was spoiled by the sofa at the reception with stains, it turned out that drips from the air conditioner grille were above it (probably you should just move it to the other side))

I stayed at this hotel for one night to see the Encore Wat ruins.
The location is very good, about 10 minutes by bike to the city pub street and 15 minutes to Encore Wat.
The hotel was very kind, and even if I arrived at the hotel around 23:00, I asked for check-in procedures, rental bikes, and taxi arrangements, and they were willing to accept it.
Rental bikes were also lent for $12 a day, which was a very enjoyable trip.
I would like to stay again when I visit Siem Reap again.
The disadvantage is
1. I think it will take a taxi fee for those who do not rent a motorcycle
(it took $10 to get back and forth from the hotel early in the morning to Encore Wat)
2. It may have been bad to use, but I felt a little inconvenient because the shower temperature did not rise.

Hotel service is good. But I didn't ask me how many floors I wanted to live on, so I booked the first floor directly. When I expressed my desire to live on the second floor, I also helped me change to the second floor in time. 👍
After entering the room, I found that the two socket switches were out of power, the speakers could not be used, and there was no electricity. The safe was out of power because the battery was out of power and could not be used. Fortunately, after my feedback, they also dealt with it in time and liked it. If I can check everything OK before I check in, if it is completely fine, I will give five stars.
Finally, when the airport drop-off was not arranged. There may also be my reason, I didn't tell them one day in advance, let them arrange, and only said when they had to leave. 😅

Cleanliness: It was okay, but sometimes the child was startled by the appearance of cockroaches. I wish they would pay more attention to disinfection.
Location: It was great. It's close to the center and not remote, so it's very easy to get around on foot.

If you are vegan/vegetarian or do not eat pork/beef then do mention it to them and they will ensure it isnt brought to you.
We also availed special spa services for our parents and I personally took a facial. It was super relaxing.
They also have tuk tuk and car services for all the tourists that you can take advantage of.
They even have a swimming pool which was our relaxation spot.
I also loved the minimalist theme they had as decor. You will not be allowed to eat in the room but they provide you with plates to eat inside the room or in the restaurant.
I would for sure recommend this amazing stay at Siam Reap.

The hotel’s location is very close to Pub Street, making transportation easy. The tuk-tuk drivers waiting in front of the hotel are very friendly and polite, and the hotel staff is the same. Oh! What makes this place above and beyond is the people. From the owner to the managers to the staff, every single person at Jaya House brings their whole, authentic, warm-nature and kind-hearted self to deliver an experience that truly makes you feel welcomed, noticed, appreciated, relaxed and dare I say… ‘loved’. Everyday you are greeted with warm smiles and a ‘ready to help’ attitude. No request is too small or large. At some point, I felt as though I was staying at the Aman. That’s how good the service was and those who know me, know that I’m a tough critic. At the moment, the entire country of Cambodia is still recovering from Covid. Tourism is not back 100% yet so the spa is not open and dinner service is not available. Jaya House will let you know this in advance so you can manage your trip organization. Beyond the service, the rooms are spacious and well maintained. The housekeeping team is so on top of their game, to the point that we had to stop them from replacing the towels after only being used one time. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained. The food is delicious and they make their own tea which is amazing. The location is a bit outside of the ‘center’ and when I say a bit outside, it’s only 1.5km at most… but hey, when you’re in a relaxing mode even a 5 minute tuk-tuk can feel far 😊. Overall - an amazing experience and I cannot wait to go back when the spa is opened.
