Tv was there in the room but no other amenities. Room conditions is average. Small bathroom with no shower fitted. Ac is good. Room service couldn’t provide bathtowel to my other guest. We had only one towel. Location is good as it is very near to bhubaneswar station & main road.

I had work in passport seva kendra which was located just across the road, visible from hotel. -courteous front desk and housekeeping staff. Always helpful with a smile. -the dining hall was also clean. Vegetarian restaurant but with limited choice. Understandable because of recency. -lot of other food outlets nearby within 200 mts. Catering to various tastes. -other amenities nearby include - medicine shop, banks, malls, bakery etc. Vishal mega mart and sreeleather to name a few. -easy getaway to cuttack, puri, bhubaneswar railway station, airport and bus stand. Over all rating 5/5. I would prefer to stay again in the same hotel if i have work in that area. Suggest some improvement in the restaurant preparation.

There was delay since they had to bring food from other kitchen somewhere nearby. Staff was cooperative and were nice talking to. Language was a little concern since they could mainly understand Odiya and very less of English/Hindi. They helped us arrange Car for local sight seeing too. Overall stay was OK, Could have been better with fast service/local kithcen/food/snacking etc.

The room as a whole was fine, the ac was working, the bed was comfy, and hot water was average. Room service was not that great as i did not get my breakfast order one day. The bad part was the lots of cockroaches in the washroom and in the room, one of the biggest health hazards and red flag. The restaurant was as always awesome but crowded. If the cockroaches issue is solved, then this a good place to stay.

Lily inn hotel is a 5 minute walk from the kit square and highly accessible to public transportation. Its location is the best point about this hotel. The room and attached bath were clean. But i found them to be quite small. Therefore, i would mostly recommend this place for a short stay. The staff are cordial and helpful. The restaurant service may be improved. Our rent included breakfast. However, only toast and tea were available. The speed of service was quite slow. I will go back to this hotel for a short stay.
