We had a very nice large bedroom with a high ceiling, large windows, good curtains and a balcony overlooking the park. It had a safe, chairs and free water bottles. The bathroom was small but had a good shower, good toiletries and good lights. Breakfast was very good and plentiful.

|3km from city centerWe had two days to explore Tbilisi at the end of a ski trip at Gudauri. Shota Rustavelli is next door to parliament and a short walk to the old town. In the lower floors of a beautiful apartment block, the hotel offers large elegant rooms (we were upgraded) with very comfortable beds, marble bathrooms and lovely finishes. The front desk staff were enthusiastic, helpful and recommended two great Georgian restaurants. The bar areas are pleasant and there is a large pool and small gym in the basement

This place has a ‘family run’ vibe which makes it feel nice and warm. I especially want to give a shout out to the lady who serves and makes the breakfast. The bad things was, we stayed at the 2nd floor and it was really worst! Air-conditioned not working we dont feel comfy at all its too hot especially when you're going to sleep, outside view was like a view of our neighborhood house (you will not feel that you are staying at the hotel) and you will not feel safe at all because if you open the door to feel the cold and fresh air, it seems like someone will come up and I tried to open the window, it's surprise me because it's totally broken! In the Reception, they are not friendly. Not smiling. About the breakfast, its really common. Thanks to the waitress who give us smile early morning whenever we eat there! Points will be given for the housekeeper who make up our room during our stay. What we enjoy in Georgia is, the hotel is near from the groceries, restaurants, fast food, etc. And the most thing we love was spending our day at Gudauri ski Resort and some tourist spot in Georgia. Hope to come back again to this country but i dont think to this hotel again.

Maybe a bit tiny for two people with lot of luggage. The room and the bathroom were made up and cleaned every day. All the hotel looked clean. The breakfast buffet offered a large selection of food, the quality was good and the food I had was tasty and fresh. The staff was kind. A special thank to the one of the guys at the front desk who helped me with a lot of patience to deal with a local call center.

The location is good though staying near the river was where we were happiest. There are many lovely restaurants near by but avoid the 1000 nights restaurants that boasts live music and dancing but never arrives. There are a few 24 hour thai massage places in the area that should also be avoided. Stick to the massage places that aren't 24 hours! The hot tub by the hotel pool wasn't working while we were there so if this is a drawing point, double check. The sulphur baths are somewhat near by and rather affordable.

It is located accross the music conservatory building and I met many musicians. Other positive thing about the location is that although it is near the best street of Tbilisi, there are many local stores and a bakery that are really cheap and lovely. The staff were really polite and helpful but not really happy! The kitchen is a modern one and a good place to make food and talk about gastronomy and culture with other guests from other countries 🙂 There is also a well designed bar with best drinks and it is not expensive.

Family room 50km, spacious, comfortable, all the facilities, I am a crippled customer and I stayed pleased. For breakfast we were invited to the dining room next to . It was a pier for the world - whatever noodles there were ) Breakfast was good. Nearby a huge shopping center. I will definitely come again. Apply to the owners: Some smart master fenced the trap in the family room so that it wouldn't clean up, Water doesn't go away. It's the only minus.

Lets talk about location first, the hotel is in the middle of nowhere somewhere on the mountain top so everytime you have to take a taxi to go anywhere, you cant walk to or from the places of interest in the city We had booked 3 rooms and asked them to place extra bed in one of the rooms when we arrived there were extra beds in all the rooms and when we asked them to remove they said the housekeeping is not available so they can only do that next day so we stayed in a cramped room for that night. The soundproofing in the room is ineffective and you can hear people talk in the corridor loud and clear Breakfast is way below average, very limited offering and repeated almost every single day with an exception of 1 or max 2 items. The breakfast time is till 11 and if you enter the room at 10:30 you will be frowned upon, the lady mentioned that they work late night so they need to finish early for the breakfast. if thats the case they should just reduce the breakfast time to 10. The rooftop restaurant is good and the food is great, but the staff there is again rude, kept asking our kid not to talk, should rather make it an adult only restaurant if kids are a concern. Coming to the staff, the worst of a kind you will find, they asked us to pay for certain WHITE towels that had some marks which could have been easily laundered, when we mentioned they can be washed easily they insisted that it is damaged and cannot be washed, we offered to pay and said if the towels are damaged we will take them, thats where the lady at the reception called the GM and said I told you the amount by mistake the actual damages are double. This clearly shows they wanted to make some quick money off us. Being in an alien country you are left with no choice but to pay such amount even when you know you are being scammed. All up there are many better options in Tbilisi, much better located than being in the middle of nowhere, and if they attract you by offering lower rate they will make up for that by scamming you like they did with us. I saw another review where they stole the money of a guest, so if you get scammed into an attractive rate be ready to pay in another form.

Access is via uneven steps, lots of them, as the taxi can only drop guests at the bottom of Betkemi Rise. Luckily, there is always a strappy lad at the hotel to carry your suitcases upstairs. The long hallway showcases its owner’s penchant for collecting oriental art. There is no reception as such just a couple of chairs at the top of the entrance stairs. Our room, Burma, on the same floor, was huge. Interestingly both the toilet and walk-in shower were an integral part of the room, at either end, with wash basins in between. There was a huge and comfortable bed, spacious wardrobe, fridge and even a microwave. Bathrobes and slippers were provided and there was safe box too. As the whole building nestles to the steep rock there are steps everywhere. Plenty of tables scattered all over at different levels and with great views over the city. There is even an infinity pool near the top of the whole complex. Breakfast was pretty good with local produce served, breads, cheese, jams, cakes and plenty of fruit.

Although they had lost my reservation the first time they still were able to accommodate me in a very nice room and the price was very reasonable. I loved the traditional rooms with beautiful wood decor/trim, very nice bathrooms, and both rooms I stayed in had beautiful views over Tbilisi. The restaurant and breakfast room also have stunning views over the city and the restaurant is very good. While some of the reviews I had read prior mentioned staff not being friendly, I found everyone I encountered to be very kind and helpful. The man at the reception desk even spent a long time problem solving an issue with using a local SIM card with my phone for me, which I really appreciated! I would happily return to stay here again.

It is very close to Freedom Square, and the hotel is hidden from the main busy square behind an alley. You will get a good night sleep without any noise disturbance due to its unique location in the midst of the city. The staff who attended to us, Kato, was very informative, efficient, helpful and polite. We are a group of 6 friends who had booked 3 ”apartment-rooms”. All of us were very happy with the condition of our rooms and the provided amenities. The rooms are like studio apartments, which come complete with kitchenettes, but we didn't use any of the provided utilities as we stayed only for 1 night. They were sparkling clean, though, and very spacious. We were able to store our luggage at their storage before check-in and after check-out, and the security for this facility was very tight and strict. We have no hesitation in recommending this amazing place to others visiting the city, and we will definitely be staying there again when we return for another visit!

The rooms are clean, clean every day, change towels, there is a capsule coffee machine (capsules and water is given). There are many restaurants, shops, you can buy souvenirs. In the heart of the old city, and there is your atmosphere! The staff speaks Russian very well, friendly. Breakfasts are delicious. We had a bathroom room in the room and on the other side there was a TV, it turned out to be cool! The view from the terrace is chic (we were on the 3rd floor). Of the downsides: It is a pity that there is no lunch and dinner, the possibility of ordering food in the room (though there would be a minimum choice), and sometimes you don't want to go to the cafes, especially with such a chic terrace!

A great variety of food - eggs, sausages, vegetables, salads, adjika, sausages, croissants, they make coffee of your choice (both latte and capuchinho were great), the menu slightly changes from day to day but we always had something to fill our stomachs with and feel ourselves like in a restaurant! They even made georgian salad one morning that was better than in several restaurants we visited :) -The hotel is the closest building to the Citadel. You can also start and end your day by a trip on the funicular to/from the city centre. To achieve that just take a short 10min hike up the stairs in the mountain and use the transport card (the one-way cost was 2.5 lari in Jan 2023). An amazing experience that we’ve never had in other cities. -The Internet was stable and fast enough for me, I did manage to successfully hold a zoom meeting with it. -There were soaps, shower gels, shampoos, tea, coffee refilled every day; slippers; a free crib was very convenient for our 4yo child -The room was warm enough, the bed was very comfortable -There was no dust under the bed! Everyday cleaning, it was so clean that we even noticed that. We had a room on the second floor. WAS NOT A DRAWBACK for us! But might be challenging for someone else. The road to the hotel is quite steep and might be slightly slippery during / after rain or snow
