The room was not properly cleaned up daily. Only emptying the trash can and changing the towels. The bed was tidied up but not the bed sheet, even after we asked the bedsheets to be changed on our third night. The floor and bathroom are also not cleaned daily.

Compact apartment but served its purpose. We were missing some crockery but reception assisted with this and also gave us some blankets up on request. The 2 single beds are on casters but no brakes. The main room had a great views of the city. Jack & Jill bathroom worked fine. We were not advised of the roadworks outside the property prior to booking. The night works ( 1800-0230) were noisy despite being on the 21st floor. The parking was good once we worked out where to go as the main entry was closed upon our arrival as the road was closed. What makes it difficult if driving, is to find somewhere to park prior to checking in to the apartments to collect the keys and garage keys as the other roads are busy. That’s not the apartments fault but frustrating for the customers and staff. Once the roadworks are completed I’m sure it’ll be a lot easier.

The front desk staff was very kind, the room was clean, and two bottles of water were provided, which is not provided in many hotels in Australia! If you need to arrive very late to check in, it is highly recommended to stay in this hotel because the front desk is open until the early morning! There is also free parking and the room is located on the ground floor, which is very convenient for carrying luggage. The hotel offers two free drinks, especially the optional alcoholic drinks! Miss Bar tender is kind, cute and interesting! She prepared a non-alcoholic drink for me which was just right for me!

I had a positive experience at this hostel, primarily due to the friendly and attentive service. The staff were always willing to assist and respond to any needs that arose during my stay. Location: The hostel is conveniently located just a three-minute walk from Flinders Street Station. Additionally, there are trams nearby, making it easy to navigate the city. The transportation options are excellent. Facilities: The hostel offers shared spaces, including a quiet working room, a communal kitchen, and a small library of books for guests to enjoy. The atmosphere is lively, providing ample opportunities to meet new friends. Room Experience: However, sharing a room with ten people can feel quite cramped, and the experience heavily depends on the cleanliness and habits of your roommates. I often heard phone conversations at night, and personal belongings were sometimes scattered across the floor. While these factors are beyond the hostel's control, they can affect the overall experience. Restroom Condition: The bathrooms could be brighter and feel a bit dated. A renovation would be beneficial to improve their appearance. Overall, aside from the issues mentioned, I found my stay satisfactory. I would consider returning in the future if the opportunity arises.

This is like a backpacker hotel, but there are also single rooms for singles. Because it's cheap, you can't expect too much of it. The guy at the front desk was very nice. He took the initiative to help me change to a higher floor, asked about my flight time, and arranged for a late check-out at 2 o'clock. The club lounge is generally ok, except for the fact that one of the lounge waitresses was a bit impatient when we checked in on the first day. She frowned when we called her because we were Asian? They are very nice to white foreigners. Treat differently.

This motel is too close to the highway, and the front desk gave me a room facing the road. It is very noisy at night, and even double-glazed windows are useless. The hotel looks quite new, newer than the motels I stayed in along the way from Sydney, but the facilities are the most broken. The hair dryer and exhaust fan are broken, and the access control system in and out of the lobby often fails. In addition, I put the food bought in the supermarket in the refrigerator. Who knew that when I opened it the next day, I found cockroaches in the refrigerator, which is not hygienic.

We easily walked to major spots like Flinders Street Station and the stunning State Library Victoria. Food options were plentiful nearby, making ”food hunting” a breeze. A major plus for us was the onsite parking. Renting a car was stress-free knowing we had a guaranteed, convenient spot each night (parking fee applicable, refer to hotel front desk). The room was impressively spacious, comfortably accommodating our family of two adults and a kid. Having two queen-size beds was ideal – everyone had plenty of room to sleep well. **Things that could elevate the experience further:** 1. Breakfast Variety: While the breakfast was good, a wider selection of hot and cold options would be appreciated, especially for a longer stay. 2. TV Upgrade: The current TV channel is very limited. Upgrading to Smart TVs with access to streaming platforms like Netflix and YouTube would be a huge improvement for in-room entertainment, especially for families with young kids / toddler. 3. Shaving Kit Quality:The provided shaving kit's ”cream” (which was a soap) and blade weren't great. Offering a slightly higher quality kit with proper shaving cream would be a noticeable touch. **Overall:** We had a very comfortable and convenient stay thanks to the unbeatable location, easy parking, and spacious family room. Addressing the breakfast variety, TV upgrade, and shaving kit quality would easily push this towards a perfect 5-star experience. Highly recommended, especially for families needing space and city access.

Because this was the only hotel within walking distance from my friend's house, we stayed for a total of 4 nights and booked a 2+1+1 deal. Before checking in on the first day, the room fee and a deposit of 100 Australian dollars were charged to my credit card. On the fourth day, I went to the front desk to renew the room card (I couldn't open the door without renewing it). The front desk already knew that this was a prepaid order and asked if the payment would be deducted from the original credit card (I changed the name of the booker on the fourth night but didn't change the room and noted ”extend stay” in the order). I thought that after the prepaid order, the hotel might have to charge a deposit again because the name of the booker had changed, so I replied ”yes”. As a result, not long after, the front desk deducted 157 Australian dollars from the credit card again. I returned to the hotel in the evening and called the front desk. The front desk said it might be the deposit and asked me to talk to the manager tomorrow. I checked out very early the next day and the front desk was not at work. I negotiated with the hotel through text messages. The hotel said that I booked the room twice, once at the front desk and then again on Ctrip two hours later. They were so shameless. I booked the room on Ctrip one night in advance, but I didn't go to the front desk to renew the room card until after 9 o'clock the next day. After the communication failed, I had to contact Ctrip. If the negotiation with Ctrip failed, I would post a complaint on the hotel's official website. After repeated communication with Ctrip, the hotel agreed to refund the money, saying it was a ”communication misunderstanding”. I suggest that compatriots should check their credit card information more often when they go out, and safeguard their legal rights and interests in a timely and resolute manner, so that the chickens and dogs of T can't hide.

Check-in was smooth and  was graciously given a room even though we were early. The room was well equipped with a kitchenette and a washing machine. Do go up to Level 6 for a good view of the city.  Convenient location! The hotel is in the Fitzroy area. Walk out of the entrance, turn left and turn left will lead you to a busy street with eateries and supermarkets. There is a bus stop for Bus 86 that will take you into the heart of town in 20min.

Check-in was smooth and the staff were genuinely friendly, creating a great first impression. The hotel’s location is ideal—nestled between two major roads within the CBD’s free tram zone. My room was on the 9/F and top floor, spacious and well-appointed. Though the hotel is surrounded by buildings and doesn’t offer any view, it’s peaceful and practical. coin-operated laundry and dryer are available onsite, with laundry powder sold at reception for $1 AUD, which is quite handy for extended stays. The television doesn’t support direct login to streaming platforms like Netflix, but I easily mirrored content from my personal device. This workaround worked well for casual viewing during my downtime. There were a few downsides. One pillow had a visible mold stain, which raised a hygiene concern. I had my Do Not Disturb sign displayed throughout my stay, yet housekeeping entered and cleaned the room on my final day. It was an unexpected breach of privacy, and I hope the hotel takes note and reinforces respect for guest preferences. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was highly satisfying. The combination of its prime location, spacious rooms, thoughtful amenities, and friendly service makes this hotel a dependable and comfortable choice.
