The hotel is down from the previous level, the rooms are a AC-B لما I need a scent, or the Pearl Respension says a present, and the other one is a Yagi scent. I ask for a scent box, or the Pearl says, ”No, if I'm a scent in the BS.” Well, is it a talk? I mean, I'm a perfume or perosol, the home and Jay, in the name of a respected company called the public oil company. Of course, no, especially, and the bathroom -- God dear -- Maviush is a slippery, if you let them pay attention to the slippery, the bathroom for your restaurant, I'm not going to ask for lunch or dinner under the slippery, is it imposed on me, or on the slippery, and the water is not imposed on it, and the slippery, the slippery, the slippery, the slippery, the slippery, the slippery, the slippery, the slippery, the s With the whole meal together. A walk of necessity means every time we say Hatwa live a medicine Hatwa da Ana Lu in a normal or popular meal restaurant that you get off the ground with the food. Your presence is a big company that we're supposed to treat as big as your presence is a Jain Blasch, our company, we're going to walk with our beauty. In my way, your hotel is unfortunately bad at me and think about any Tani hotel contracted with the public oil company and advise my colleagues and friends, whether on the sites of communication or Trip Advisor to think a lot or not to go to you, and the idea that all Egyptians walk some of the garment in preserving rooms. There are Egyptians who are learning from them by foreigners -- so that you're here, and you're happy with them -- what it means to be clean and thank you.

Lovely smart hotel. Several restaurants. Massage and gym. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel nice sbd roomy. Rooms spacious. Would stay there again but if you want to be in the town centre with many shops you need to stay closer to city centre as this, was, about 30 minutes from airport. It didn't matter because everything is a short cheap taxi fare away. Also it's next to a military camp where you can see and hear the soldiers marching from your balcony. If the bugle noise bothers, you at 6am then maybe not for you. Also, but not related to the hotel you'll be woken up at 4am by the, wailing from the mosques but you can't really get away from that can you. The hotel I understand is, owned by the military and so you'll often see soldiers stay there. They weren't any trouble. In fact it made you feel safe.

Amazing service! The room and the hotel are top class and the staff is really polite. Michael Samy is particularly extremely friendly and supportive. I've visited this hotel many times, and each time Michael is always there to help and is so genuine. He goes beyond expectations in getting me everything I need, from a private car to general enquiries. Thank you Sonesta and Michael Samy for making this hotel my go to stay in Cairo.

One of the best hotel apartments I’ve been to. The location is perfect, not exactly on the main road so the noise level is low, yet close enough that it only takes a few steps. Shops, restaurants, and supermarkets are within walking distance, and for anything else you need, you can always order it by phone or online. The price is very good, especially compared to similar places in the area. The highlight of the place, though, is the staff. They’re amazing, helpful, very friendly and will always go the extra mile to accommodate you. The only downside and the reason I didn’t give it a 5 star was the banging noise coming from the construction workers early in the morning, especially considering it was coming from the extension of the hotel apartment itself. I will definitely be staying there whenever I’m back in Cairo, and will be recommending the place to all my family and friends. 👍🏻

A gem of a small boutique hotel in a great location & good area. Rooms are unique & although the building old the bathroom modern & the beds very comfortable. Great service & very attentive & helpful staff. There are several restaurants within the hotel, offering a diverse option of cuisines. Breakfast is served in the Carlos restaurant & excellent. My only criticism, after enjoying one cocktail & making the decision to come back & eat later, they charged all of the service & local taxes but worse a cover charge. This small incident left me a bit annoyed & needless to say, I didn't go back to eat. Other than this small thing I had a lovely experience staying here & would highly recommend.

While already in Egypt we needed to book a new hotel. We chose the Glorious due to the proximity to the airport and for its amazing price. It only took around 15 minutes to get to the airport and around 20 to get to the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities. The Glorious is a large, clean, spacious hotel, with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The hotel provides breakfast, but for us, it was delivered in a box after phoning room service (this may be because of Ramadan). Breakfast came with water, fruit juice, yogurt, bread, egg, and other things. We did order room service for dinner, and the pizza (cheese was different from what we were use to) and chips were yummy :D The hotel has a swimming pool but unfortunately, we ran out of time to use it. The pool is only open to guests for a short amount of time. We heard that the hotel was also used as accommodation for the army, we didn't see many guests but it was a bit noisy by the pool in the later hours. Our room was large, and clean, had a tv, tea, and coffee-making facilities, ample of free water, safe, and wifi, although the wifi in the room was pretty weak. The beds were super comfy and we had no issues sleeping! The bathroom shower was pretty small, however, this was the cleanest bathroom we had used in all of Egypt! The staff were always happy and helpful. Whenever we needed anything they were happy to help. However, cab drivers did struggle to find the hotel entrance even with the full address. We all loved the decor!

The hotel was terrible, upon entering the lobby, people were smoking inside. And my room was SO old, it did not look like the booking page photos, the bathtub was all scratched, the bathroom just looked so old and gross. The vent was NOISY and smelly. The sofa looked like it was 20 years old and all dented. The bed did not look made. Pillows looked like it had just been slept on. The lamp shade was crooked. The carpet looked so dirty. This hotel is in need of a renovation. I couldn’t stay there after what I saw and requested a change of room. And they were able to put me in the new annex and it looked much more acceptable and normal there.

This is the most comfortable hotel I have stayed in Egypt these days. It is in the villa area. It is very stylish, very clean, and very quiet. If you want to live in a downtown area for shopping, it is not suitable, but people who like quiet must be very I like it. The price is 300 to 400 RMB. It is much better than many Chinese B&Bs at the same price. However, all hotels in Egypt do not have combs, slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. You need to bring your own.

General impression - a normal place to stay for a few nights. Perfect location nearby Egyptian Museum and the Sadat subway station. But this causes a very noisy surrounding: honking cars move just beneath the windows all day long. Helpful staff. A very nice cafe La Poire accessible without leaving the building. Good breakfast, a lot of options changing daily. Coffee could have been better though. The room was cleaned (I moved two beds together and found no dust underneath), but it's quite weary. The window lock didn't work, the fridge was loud. Black mold in the shower was upsetting, too. No iron nor ironing board in the room, but ironing service available at a reasonable price about 50 EGP per piece.

Nice breakfast on one day. Clean room. Convenient location to train with good walkability. But I expected more from the staff's local knowledge. They had absolutely no idea where a post box was, even tho I'd seen one myself a few days earlier and simply couldn't remember its exact location. Then, no help whatsoever in mailing a postcard bc post offices would be closed for several days. One day's breakfast was disappointing compared to only the day before - the place was inconsistent. Great walking location also meant Uber driver had a difficult time reaching us at one point in the evening, and we walked to them after some confusion. Lively downtown area also means a LOT of street noise. Hotel's wooden floors, doors and hallways were incredibly loud at all hours, and staff was loud in the morning. Bring earplugs.

The room was very beautiful. The hotel is situated in old buildings andhas old furniture but thats whats giving it its special spirit. The pool is avarage size-not big, not small and the deep is around 165cm. The water needs to be cleaned. But its very good for kids and also for adults. In the night there were swimming courses for kids from outside the hotel, which made the garden area very crowded and noisy. Our big thanks belongs to Mai from reception. Traveling for half a month, this is the only room where I didn’t leave a tip when I checked out. After checking in, we went out to the museum immediately. When we came back to the room very late, we wanted to take a bath and relax. We found that there was a lot of hair in the bathtub, and then we found the room The carpet is also full of hair, white, golden, brown ~ and fingernails! ! ! ! ! ! ! I called the manager, took a look, and asked the floor attendant to clean it in front of us, but the manager disappeared without any explanation or explanation to us, and the cleaning is to wash away the hair in the bathroom with water and then dry it! ! ! ! ! ! I'm tired, I don't have time to wait~ I don't want to complain anymore, just rest for one night and go Everyone who wants to come, please choose by yourself!

The hotel is in a good location, right next to the Chinese Embassy. It is very convenient to go to various attractions. The only downside is that the hotel does not have breakfast.

Loved the Gabriel Miami!! Let me first start by saying customer service is superb! The minute We pulled up to the property We were greeted at the car with the bell man waiting to collect our bags and guide us to the front desk. Izzy who works at the front desk, had everything ready and waiting for our arrival, she was 10 steps ahead lol and I can appreciate that. Thank you Izzy!! They try their best to accommodate your requests. 5/5 for customer service and staff. Cleanliness of the room 5/5 and comfort 5/5. Did not like that the bar was close for the nights we stayed there so that really was our only con about our stay. I definitely recommend the Gabriel, two thumbs up!

Great place to base out of when visiting Cairo. The rooms are clean and the staff (especially Anas) are super friendly while doing whatever they can to make your staff in Egypt the best. They've got connections and can even help with making tour recommendations and reservations. Best of all, there is no pressure to take additional services if the price isn't what you had in mind. They're very accommodating . In fact they are more of a family run business while focusing more on you as a person and less as a customer. You'll come as strangers but leave as friends.

So, I booked this room months in advance. As we approached the arrival date, I emailed the hotel to let them know that we had a late flight coming in at around midnight. I wanted to make sure there were no issues. They replied back that it wasn't going to be a problem. The day before we arrived the hotel emailed me asking about our arrival time. Once again I told them that it was going to be a late arrival and the assured us it was not going to be a problem. We arrived at the hotel only to be told that they sold our room to someone else. I inquired as to how this could happen considering I communicated with them twice, the most recent being less than 24 hours. They didn't really have an answer, but told us that they we're going to take us to a sister hotel that was just as nice. We sat around waiting for them to get a driver to take us to this other hotel. While I was waiting I decided to look up this hotel which they told us was nicer than theirs. That was an outright lie, and this 'better hotel' was about $20 a night and had mediocre, at best, reviews. After waiting about 45 minutes to be taken to this other hotel, I learned it was about a 5-minute walk. Extremely frustrated, and it now being after 1:00 a.m. in the morning after 15 hours of flying, I decided to just walk to this other hotel. Keep in mind I've got my wife and son with me and I've never been to Cairo before. This was a very uncomfortable, highly concerning, and alarming experience. The next morning, we had planned to get up and begin our visit of Cairo, but we couldn't do that because we had to check out of this hotel, and walk to our original hotel. Once we got there, we had to sit and wait for the room we paid for to be ready. You would think the manager or owner would come over and at the very least apologize. This never happened, and as it stands I'm questioning whether or not I should dispute the charge that I paid on my credit card for a room we never received. What's most concerning, is that this hotel has a pattern for doing this. If you search other reviews online, you will find that this is happening to other customers. It would seem that they like to pull you in with the allure of their own nice hotel, only to shove you off to a lesser hotel and keep the money. My warning to anyone reading this, if you're planning on booking at this hotel, have a backup plan. You don't want to be like me where I have my wife and son at 1:00 in the morning coming into a foreign country only to find out they gave your room to someone else after you verified it twice. I would not stay at this hotel again if it was free. It is 100% not worth the risk
