Title: Great Stay with Friendly Staff and Clean Rooms
I stayed at UH Suite for three nights during a business trip, and overall, I had a very pleasant experience. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and the staff at the front desk were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout my stay.
The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. I especially appreciated the daily housekeeping service and the complimentary bottled water and toiletries provided.
The location was convenient—close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation, which made it easy to get around the city. The free Wi-Fi worked well, and the hotel also had a small fitness center and a nice rooftop lounge area with a great view.
The only downside was the breakfast, which had limited options and could be improved in terms of variety and taste. But aside from that, everything else was excellent.
I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to both business and leisure travelers.

The check-in staff spoke fluent Chinese and English. Even with our early arrival, they patiently advised and promptly provided solutions. The next day, when we were having trouble getting a taxi, the staff helped us check in and paid for the fare upon returning to the hotel. They also thoughtfully provided an umbrella, noticing it was raining.
On our last day, we checked our luggage in, but returned to the hotel late to pick it up. The staff took it to the curb and called a taxi.
Everyone at the hotel was incredibly welcoming and warm.
The location is excellent: a one-minute walk from the subway station, with buses running right outside. Cheonggyecheon Stream and Gwangjang Market are also nearby, less than five minutes away. There's also a convenience store right outside.
The building doesn't have an elevator, but the staff helped us get up and down, so there was no need to worry. The room, while small, was very clean and well-equipped with slippers, towels, a toothbrush, body wash, conditioner, shampoo, a hair dryer, and a refrigerator—all of good quality. The decor was clean and tidy, with a touch of Korean flair. I'll definitely be back!

Positive:
-Price are reasonable or even cheap
-Room quite spacious for the price
-Neighboring area is quiet, you still can hear if people open door next to you but still relatively quiet for 3 days stay
-Amenities quite complete
-Have computer but really old
-Have TVs and lot of programs
-Have several type of Charger
-Have extended chord
-Have good water heating showers
-Toilet can be set to have warm seats
-Walkable to subway station
-Walkable to convenience store
-Room is very clean for Motel standard
Negative:
-When I came staff doesn't speak English. Even I tried to give google translate and ask her to speak in it she refuse. So I didn't get what I want to ask. So I just grab my key
-All rooms are non-Smoking. From the website of Trip.com I clearly order Smoking rooms (Staff need to update this information)
-Its stated that you can see city views from window but it doesn't (You can see pictures of neighboring building and also the window of each rooms)
From these 3 points I can't give full score.

-The bidets of my toilet is broken and can't be used

The bathroom was spacious and had both a bathtub and a shower booth, and the toilet was comfortable to use without splashing around. The facilities are a little old, but the room was cleaned every day, so we had a comfortable stay. It's also convenient for transportation, and there are many shops nearby, so we had no trouble. The hotel was also good value for money. I would like to stay again, but it seems to be popular and difficult to make a reservation. I was lucky to be able to stay this time.

I was a bit worried about the stay before arriving, but a short-haired lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly and spoke fluent English. She understood my needs perfectly and was very helpful. Both check-in and check-out were smooth and felt very personal.
The location is excellent: a 5-minute bike ride to Apgujeong, about a 20-minute walk, and Uber pick-ups are easy to pinpoint. There's a 24-hour fried chicken place and a convenience store right below the hotel.
The room was very clean; it was small but had everything you needed, including a coffee machine and a smart toilet with a wet/dry separation. The only minor downsides were no toothbrush or comb, and only two bottles of water in the mini-fridge.

I had a fantastic experience at the Stanford Hotel in Myeongdong. The location is unbeatable—right across from Semicolon, where Vands Clinic is a few levels up, making it incredibly convenient for my skincare treatments. Being in the heart of Myeongdong, everything from shopping to dining was just steps away. Limousine Bus 6015 is only a few minutes away.
The hotel itself was clean, modern, and comfortable. Staff were courteous and professional, and check-in was smooth and efficient. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere despite being in such a lively area. It was the perfect blend of accessibility and relaxation.

The location is perfect to go to the city and explore Seoul, and just before the accommodation there is even a Convenience Store, which was really practical.
In total, we were satisfied with the accommodation around!

Also, at checked in, front desk was giving us a hard time because they were asking for IDs or passports of our kids(1,3,7) which was never an issue from our precious experiences at different hotels. I informed staff that husband was military stationed in korea and that we live 2hrs away from the area. Staff wasn't friendly.

The interior was clean and the room was big and cool.
The interior is well cleaned and the toilet water is warm and cold water pressure is good.
And we have all the basic supplies.
If you come up next time, you will use it again.

The common spaces offered are lovely, with free breakfast and an amazing rooftop view! The dorm rooms themselves are clean. However, there was a big problem with mosquitoes. I was basically eaten alive by mosquitoes every night, waking up to them buzzing in my ear. I even slept with mosquito repellent on, but it was no match for the mosquitoes. This is because many of the windows are kept open all night. While I understand bugs like mosquitoes are a normal, I’d consider closing any windows at night that would allow them to come in.

There is a convenience store right across. The lunch is amazing, there’s a buffet for 10000 won. Really delicious with great service. I didn’t like the way they clean the hotel. That’s the only downside. Feels like laziness. Even some of the mirrors inside the room were with stains. The cleaning is on demand or once in 4 days. If you want you towels changed either wait for 3 days or ask for it: not that convenient.

|9.37km from Sindorim StationI requested higher floor, no corner room, quiet and away from the lift. They did arrange a higher floor and no corner room but my room was right facing the lift area. Luckily it wasn't noisy.
However, the walls were quite thin and I can often hear next door. Housekeeping also comes quite early and always leaves a note that they came by already by 9am (i have my room DND).
There was a lot of dust on the walls (see pic). They havent wiped it down in quite a while and I saw it there constantly for the few nights i stayed. Also, on the first day all the electric sockets near the bedside didn't work. My phone didnt charge overnight and I asked them to fix it. Then for my rest of my stay, it was okay.
Lastly, the amenities were VERY limited. The slippers were very thin, no toothbrush or toothpaste. I also found there were stains on some of the towels (they were definitely clean but just obvious stains).
I found the pillows quite uncomfortable because I usually like harder pillows and even if i stacked 4 of them together it would become quite flat. But thats just a personal preference.

1. The drain in the toilet will easily get flooded. I am not so sure it has been blocked by something or due to the drain pipe size being small. Kindly please check. Thank you.
2. The panel of the room for the Aircon and lights not working efficiently sometimes work sometimes wasn't . Kindly please check. Thank you

Dongdaemun is a famous business district! Exit 4 of the Dongtie is 100 meters away from the hotel in a straight line, which is very convenient.
2. Space. The downtown hotels in Japan and South Korea are very small, and everyone needs to have a consensus (excluding 1000 ➕ one night star hotel, it is another matter). So you can see that this is the room in the end when you look at the photo. However, it is very warm and all well-equipped.
3. Hygiene. Very good, Koreans pay attention to details, so the mirror, floor, and glass are all polished.
4. Facilities: very good, very complete, there is a cellar in winter, very warm. There is a refrigerator, microwave, network, hot and cold water in the room. The shared space has a kitchen, laundry room, and storage room.
I am willing to give the overall score of 90 points (100 full marks), I set the price of about 400 a night, the order is a bit late, if you can be cheaper, it will be 100 points. But acceptable.

The building is quite old, but the interior has a completely different charm.
The bathroom is also in excellent condition, and the refrigerator and gas stove are clean and well maintained.
However, the downside is that the hill on the way to the accommodation is very steep (it is close to the subway station) and you have to climb 3 floors of stairs.
