Well located hotel, easy to find street parking for free, and the staff were all incredibly nice, especially the gentleman on late night check in when we arrived. The room was basic, but fine- only small issue is there were ants in the bathroom. The staff were helpful about sending someone to clean the room, but it didn't have a massive impact. Overall, good hotel at an excellent price point to explore the city easily.

First time in Glendale, I have a good impression of this area, the nearby shopping mall is very good to visit. It is relatively close to Universal Studios, and it is convenient to take a taxi. The front desk is friendly, the room is large, and the breakfast variety is not too much but enough to fill the stomach.

Great place. Clean, friendly staff, large rooms. Only vice I have is that they charge parking, daily. It's not like you're in downtown. This is a suburb, yet they charge around $27 PER DAY - which is also set to increase to $33 per day soon. Consider this in your budget before booking. Other than that, I loved staying here. This is not a front desk. All check-in procedures have to be completed online and I looked for a room for a while. We assigned a room on the first floor without a balcony, but basically we still have some views. Outside security said there was a free breakfast but we didn't find it and there were no billboards. But in terms of location, close to famous attractions such as the world and Hollywood is not bad.

I expected a little because it said that breakfast was included, but it was too poor. Only a small loaf of bread and cereal came out. Drinks were orange and milk not 100%. The milk was also unsanitary mixed with water falling from the ceiling. My son had a stomach ache from the effects. The employees were kind and taught me a lot about the city.

I stayed for four nights to watch the Dodgers. The location was excellent — close to the stadium and surrounded by many great restaurants and cafés. While the area may not be considered the safest, the hotel and its immediate surroundings were well-lit and felt very comfortable. The room was clean, the gym was fully equipped, and I would definitely like to stay again.

The hotel owner was friendly! And the facilities were better than I expected. The bathroom was cleaned every two days, which was nice. I was a little surprised by the lighting, but there were no bugs and it was usable. However, I saw a cockroach in the common area early in the morning. I think it came in from outside because the front door is right outside... but I haven't seen it since that day. The soundproofing isn't very good. There's not much information, but shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer are provided, and I think they provide at least one towel per person. It's not a hotel, but a B&B, so it's worth checking out if you're looking to save money.

Our stay here was not that good. We got room that was connected to the room next door. Walls were thin, so we can practically hear everything. When doors close in this hotel, you can hear it. Staff were excellent to accommodate to our request to change rooms as it was impossible to sleep there. The next room was fine, still a little noisy but bearable. Hot water didnt work in the second room, staff provided another room key to use the shower. We slept at the other room on our second night as there was a cockroach on the bed of our room. Overall, experience was meh but staff were excellent.

The location was perfect for our needs - close to the studio and walking distance to public transport and a variety of food vendors. The Hotel is basic but clean and well maintained. Big room but bare bones. No kettle and they charge 3USD for a bottle of water. No bottles provided! Ridiculous. Toothbrush and toothpaste (out of a packet) were provided only when I asked, and it was also not in the room. The room cost about 200USD and I guess I will stay somewhere cheaper next time. Location was good but there were so many other hotels with shuttle bus too.

not bad! Although it was close to the airport, it was not too noisy and I didn't see any reeds. A free car will take you to the airport in the morning. The room is a bit shabby, and the light switch is a bit like a Chinese hospital in the 1970s and 1980s, but it is also convenient to the airport.
