I have been here for long vacation and untlimately ends up being in thia hotel longterm. This is hotel has no customer service, bizzar laguage been used by the receptionist cum cahsire. Managemt dont care about the customers, they all belive what the reseptionests says. No water, literally there is no water . Specifically towerds in the evening No hot water at all. If you need to have a wash you must call the receptionist and inform . The evilish receptionist name call Janani calls you at 7.30 am and if there is adelay then thats theend of the story. They charge big but not nevern giving daily complimentry water bottles even. If you stay for one night and the bed.linon is good then they will flip the covers upside and down and prepare fro the next customer airrivals. Complimentry towels offerd to customer is beenused to wipe the toilet .customer used towels been used to cleen toilet.floors after wasing the lavatory . No room.service for two days . As per hotel policy they dont change or clen the rooms for days if customer staying. Broken toilet equipments. Most of the rooms in the hotel has cheap hotel itmes such as ,beds and stiff sprin metress ,toilet equipments and ect .is not upto a standerd . Dingy elivator workes sometime and sometine its dont . Per room.one bedsheet and two soft pillows have been given even if there is two custowes stay at room. Overall this place is a horrifying experiance for me .though you have paid money, this is a place you cant expect customer service , they priorities money on the meantime customer is been treated very very bad . Starting from managemnt to ground level staffs . Last but not least price point they selling such a low scaled hotel really high. hence i would like to request tripasvosor to re evaluate the service standerds .

The Western breakfast was great. I could eat it every day. The room was clean, but there was a problem with the door lock design. After entering the room, I had to use a mobile phone to light and light to lock the door! Very inconvenient! I contacted the hotel to make a confirmation for my brother-in-law's anniversary dinner and was connected to Chamath Gamage, who supported me with a positive attitude & extended to help me out with the reservation since it was a special occasion at the hotel too where seating is limited. Thus being so Chamath reached out to Mr.Denver to seek advise. Within a span of 30 minutes Chamath called me back & confirmed informing me that the reservation is successful & the hotel could have my brother-in-law & his wife to enjoy their anniversary evening at the hotel that evening. I am grateful for Chamath for making the service matter along with a supportive team who was able to facilitate our request midst the special occasion. It is perfectly positioned with close proximity to transport, restaurants, supermarkets and a short stroll to the beach. The room was very clean and spacious and had all the facilities that a hotel room could offer. The breakfast was tasty and varied from day to day. The highlight is the staff, all of whom who were polite, helpful, and efficient. The price was very reasonable. I have stayed in this hotel on many previous occasions, and I will keep going there while I am in Colombo. I can recommend this hotel to singles/couples/families. They will not be disappointed.

The outside is warmly furnished. The interior environment is clean. There is a private bathroom and efficient air conditioning in the room. The sea is right outside the hotel. And there is a good café and iconic train there. The reception and owner were friendly and helpful. It was morning when I transferred over. Quiet in the middle of noisy. It is an English-style mansion built during the colonial period of Sri Lanka in the 1930s. Tintagel is named after a castle in Cornwall, England (the birthplace of the legendary King Arthur) and Paradise Road is a high-end lifestyle brand created by local Sri Lankan designer Shanth Fernando. Geoffrey Bawa, a famous architect, participated in the design transformation. Before 2005, it was the residence of the President of Sri Lanka. The slightly oxidized brass chandeliers make the overall space more mysterious. All the artworks and paintings here are authentic. Therefore, a strong sense of art is born. A great comfortable hotel with everything necessary, bed generally super. There is a workplace, the Internet is good. It was really comfortable, unexpectedly better than on the photo. Enabled early settlement. Air conditioner, fan, hot water, safe. I didn't like · The feeling of the strict is just, the requirement to pay in dollars (but accept cards), demanded a vaccination certificate (this January 2023, when all canceled as 2 months), on the doors of the inscription that it is impossible to bring guests. After a bunch of kind gestahouses it seemed to be too serious. The area is a little strange, lots of homeless. , but walked even at night, it was okay. Overall quiet, but if someone in the corridor starts talking then noisy, staff better behave quietly, especially in the morning

Stayed in the hotel together with my son from 25.01.2024 to 28.01.2024 They were pleasantly surprised by the modern interior and purity of the hotel, as well as the kindness of the staff. Very beautiful lobby with live music every evening! A fantastic restaurant with a magnificent Swedish table for dinner, where you can try both fresh seafood and national cuisine. A very pleasant open pool on the 6th floor, where you can enjoy both the ocean view and the city. Spacious modern rooms. Special thanks to the charming girl Darje - the guests' manager. Thank you for professionalism, for kindness, for the ability to solve all guest issues quickly and clearly, and also for the interesting communication! We will definitely return here again!
