The location is fantastic, the service is excellent, the hygiene is fantastic, and the most remarkable thing about the wonderful staff is that you feel at home and welcome you all the time. I asked for a room change, and indeed, brother Ahmed and brother Omar were brought in all the distinguished, and the rest I didn't know their names, thank you for them, the room is beautiful, bedside, TV channels are counted, the balcony is very large, beautiful, and that's my love secret to the Sweet Primeum kitchen is complete, all its full tools. Coffee and tea are free, I'll go back to my house with a bascot, so God will soon. Also, the swimming pool is excellent, the restaurant for breakfast is diverse and delicious.

The service attitude is too general. If the attitude of the younger brother who cleans the room is good, he will directly complain to the platform. The opinions of the Arabs at the front desk are super big. The pose machine has no way to checkout. I can't brush out the three Master Dual Currency Credit Cards. In the end, I can only use the US dollar to checkout. I can't find my US dollar. The exchange rate is low, and there is no exchange order as a credential. Finally, I will deduct the change. If I forget it, I will be overcharged by more than 50.

I spent 5 nights here earlier this month. The 2 ladies who were on reception at different times helped me with my queries and also gave me an early check-in at about 12 noon. My room was a good size with a huge bed. The TV had one English channel, CNN, so at least I could get some fake news.😄 The breakfast up on the 6th floor was reasonable and had some continental choices as well as fruits, cereals and Ful. Loved the Ful! There is a little coffee bar in reception that does Cappuccinos for 12 Riyals. I'm not sure if the hotel had a laundry service, as I used one nearby. Turn right out the hotel entrance and at the next hotel turn right and you'll see the laundry. 2 mins. from the hotel.

We booked here after our tour company booked us into another “4” star hotel that was terrible. Booked with 10 mins notice - room was ready when we got there. Extremely happy with our decision to book address - hotel is modern, decent size rooms , Dead Sea products in the bathroom - extra large comfy bed - large buffet with omelette and pancake station. Gym wasn’t open as it was being renovated but not essential. About 5 mins walk from cornice and walking distance to many restaurants. Highly recommend if needing to stay in Jeddah with an exceptional 4 star hotel.

Nine o'clock is on the edge of a bay, and there are many resort hotels and seafood restaurants on the other side of the bay. I am staying at Carawan Hotel Jeddah since 8 days and have a reservation for another 4 nights Yesterday I found couple of small cockroaches in the room and complained about them to the receptionist and he started smiling as if this a a normal thing for him and promised me to change the rooms within no time Nothing happened and I went out and came late Today again I found cockroaches crawling on the bed and went down to the reception immediately and again he promised to change in half an hour Waiting for an hour I went down and was told that the “labours” are on break and will be back after half an hour I asked him to connect me to the manager and he refused to give me his no and upon my insistence he called him and His excellently the manager refused to speak with me and I was told to go back to the room and wait I am also refused refund as this is a prepaid online reservation house keeping is on ”request” and not on daily basis

It isn't mentioned on the airport website yet but I noticed it on another trip. I passed during a long evening/night stopover. Room taken after landing, I don't think there is a need for a reservation. Price 150 euros per room (the rate changes based on the length of stay). Clean, spartan but comfortable room, there were 3 of us, courtesy slippers only for one person, noisy air recirculation and no possibility of turning it off, but really comfortable. Deboard the plane and go directly to Terminal 1.

Although I didn’t expect this, but the food is amazinggggg and the room is very very clean with plenty of towels. Bathroom has a great finish to it and the room is spacious. The ONLY downside is that the pool was not working when i came. But everything else was fantastic.

The room was very cost-effective. I just met the boss on the day of check-in. The boss was very good. I booked a total of 3 rooms. Two of them were replaced with family suites. The price did not increase. The same price for continued stay. I will book this hotel next time I go to Jeddah.

This is indian owned oberai group having it's presence in Jeddah. Choose this being an Indian hotel so easy to get Indian food. The property is slightly away from other main hotels in town. Not a great entrance to attract you with. Lobby on first floor. Impressed with the front desk who kept everything ready for me to check in at 4 in the morning. Loved the breakfast with indian poori, dosa and chutnies. Decent price. Good service The property is old but remember you will end up seeing same even in other branded ones. Strongly advised for Indians. Clean rooms. Ironboard available.

Excellent hotel, with gorgeous view on the corniche. This hotel is excellent in all aspects. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The beds are extremely comfortable. All rooms have a balcony, and for those that look on the corniche, the view is gorgeous. Cleaning service, handled by Mr. Alamin during my stay, was thorough. The breakfast is rich and varied, with first-quality ingredients and dishes, plenty of fresh fruits and juices, well-brewed coffee, and a chef that prepares delicious omelets on order. Service is generally very friendly, and I was always greeted with a smile. The car service is always on time, and efficient (it is handled by Budget, which outsources to external drivers).

Stayed at this hotel for a couple nights and overall it was a good experience. We had the room with the sea view which was pretty nice but would have been amazing if it wasn't for the construction work blocking some of the view. The room however was clean and spacious as was the bathroom. The location of the hotel is pretty good and was about a 10 minute drive into the city centre. Their is also free parking available out in front which was useful.
