Location is really good. In the middle of the shopping street and very close to the train station. Room is very clean and they provide small helpful items that you may need such as a water bottle. Bed is single size. I didn't know that the check in can be done via their website to get the access code. But I managed to sort it out soon. Really value for money in Oslo!

Not a good experience at Numa Hallen. NOT RECOMMENDED. Rooms are big, clean and quiet. However, the “hotel” is not supported by any staff. The digital check in failed initially. We did not receive the check in email as advised. Maybe if you book directly with Numa, not a third party like Trip, this might work. Don’t know. We rang the web site and Trip advertised phone number to get a check in email. It is disconnected. This defect is recorded in previous reviews, Does anyone read these complaints? Read the previous reviews and noted the WhatsAPP number to be found at door front. Was ready for this we thought. The WhatsAPP number only has a virtual attendant. So no verbal communication available only short text messages readable. Jumped through many hoops and eventually received our check in details on the kerb outside the hotel. Thought we would be sleeping on the street for a while. Once inside we noted the big sign in kitchen about leaving a window open when cooking. Next morning all fire alarms in the hotel section went off. A closed window somewhere perhaps. Alarm couldn’t be shut off so we evacuated with our bags like many others. Guess it must happen often due to the prominence of the sign. The experience wasn’t good and is a great example of technology making life more difficult. The quest to remove people from hospitality jobs diminishes the hospitality aspect. It also leaves no backup except for meaningless, valueless, unaccountable apologies. The communications failures and fire alarm intrusion are significant infrastructure short comings. Wouldn’t stay there again.

It was a really excellent hostel. Clean. Has all facilities and in the perfect location. The only thing I can suggest hostel improvement is to ask guests what they plan on doing at the hostel as, I stayed in a 12 bed mixed dorm and only met 2 people my age who wanted to meet and become friends and hang out etc. The rest were boring 50+ and even one 72 year old who was living there and was a let down as they kept complaining that we were talking after 11pm. If the young ones and old ones, or the quiet ones and the meet friends and go out ones are seperated, this hostel could be 5**

Booked a double room with a large bed, the room was full, and the shower gel and shampoo were quite quality. Breakfast was excellent, coffee juice tea, hot food, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, sausage, etc., especially recommended scrambled eggs. Living on the 6th floor this time, the window is facing the street and the building.

The room is not large but of the right size, the large and adapted bathroom, the big telephone to which you can connect your devices. Common areas well decorated and careful. Fantastic 2 nights stay. We had a junior suite and the room is spacious, clean and modern. Hotel is situated right next to Central train station and within walking distance to Karl Johan gate street. We wanna have special shout out to one of hotel front desk representative, Edel, her professionalism is 2nd to none. Assisted us with a smile from the minute we walked in and checked in to the last minute we checked out. She even went beyond to assist our personal issue in Norway by calling and speaking to authorities and explaining to us and all these were done with a smile from her. Edel thank you very much!

Apartment in great location - easy and picturesque walk or quick subway to central station and downtown area. Great little kitchenette to cook your own meals to save $ with supermarket nearby. Bathroom with washing machine, our washed clothes dried overnight hung up in bathroom because of floor heating. Easy & quick check in process even though no reception. There are staff on site - I got extra towels as soon as I asked. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Oslo.

Great location. The breakfast buffet had a big variety of food and I really enjoyed it. The lounge was cozy and staff was really nice. However, the room is not worth the price I paid for. The room is small with the sink and mirror facing the bed. It is impractical to have the sink in the main room, and to have the mirror facing the bed, which has bad spritual meaning. Toothbrushes are not included, and there is no hair conditioner. There is also no air conditioning, but it is okay since Oslo is a cold city. There are several bugs in the corner of the room, and stains could be seen everywhere. The shower is insanely small, which is not friendly for people with bigger body types. There is also no physical lock in the door of the rooms. Overall, everything about the hotel is nice except the room.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Although we were only allocated a room on the first floor, the room was quite comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom door in the bathroom was a little hard to use, and it was easy to splash water. The breakfast room has a beautiful environment, and the food inside is exquisite and delicious. Especially the hotel is adjacent to the Royal Palace of Norway. The surrounding environment is very beautiful. The room won't be big enough to just carry luggage and walk. But it is very clean and tidy. The biggest selling point is actually the buffet breakfast! There are so many varieties, although I don't like to eat, but I can't deny that in the high price of Norway, this is definitely a hotel with high cost performance. In addition, if you go to the train station, take a taxi for 3 minutes, about 169 yuan, and take a taxi carefully. Walk 1.6 kilometers, about 20 minutes. 2 subway stations.

The location is fantastic. The hotel provides for basic facilities. Breakfast can be pre-booked. But it lacks some basic amenties: 1. It lacks a telephone in each room. How are we to reach out to the reception in case of any support ? 2. Majority of travellers from Asia will not carry things like electric plugs (Norway has a typical plug ). So the only way is to now purchase it from a shop. Even that is fine, if you reach the hotel at an odd hour then we will have to wait for the shop to open to purchase the connector/plug. 3. TV channels lack basic english channels. Nowadays satellite channels are cheap atleast connect the TVs to the internet for streaming youtube. 4. Rooms have hangers but lack cupboards. 5. No dental kits or shaving kits etc.

Truly one of the best hotel stays I have ever experienced. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we were well accommodated and comfortable throughout. When we arrived at the hotel it was 11AM, so I mentioned to the front desk staff that I know it was far too early for us to receive our room (check in is typically at 3PM) and that we would like to simply drop off our bags. Without any special requests, the front desk staff immediately prepared our room keys of us to check in right away, which was hugely appreciated since we had caught a very early morning flight in. We loved the room. It was very comfortable for the 3 of us, although a bit tight but that's what we expected for hotel rooms in Europe. The bathroom was well fitted and had all the basic toiletries required (shampoo, body wash, hand soap), however we hoped to have body lotion as well, so we asked housekeeping whether any was available and they immediately brought 3 LARGE bottles for each of us to use. I have never seen such massive toiletries and in such generous quantities supplied at any hotel before, which again made us feel very well taken care of. Finally on our check out day our flight was not until 6PM and since checkout is typically at 11AM I requested for just a 1 hr extension. Although they were very busy for it being the beginning of summer holidays, without any hesitation the front desk staff extended our checkout time to 3PM. I was once again very pleasantly surprised and appreciative. My last note is to touch on the complimentary tea and coffee always available in the lobby, as well as the fabulous buffet breakfast they served. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Excellent location, just walk out from Oslo station and you can see the hotel and have access to the hotel’s level 2 directly. Easy access to airport. Arrived late at night. Check in process was efficient. Staff was polite and offered me a free bottled mineral water which was a kind gesture as the waters/drinks in mini fridge are chargeable. Small compact room but sufficient. Kettle and steam iron available in the room which are very useful. The room is too cold for me though, I think it is around 20-21degC, I tried to adjust temperature to be warmer to 24degC but it was not possible. The restaurant staff are polite and friendly especially the staff at restaurant reception. Good breakfast, plenty of choices, particularly I like the fresh juice/smoothies. Overall a comfortable stay and recommended.

Decor is excellent and the theme of the rooms is cohesive and smart. Excellent gym but pool was an additional cost, unless you have a suite. This was a disappointment and gives the place a cheap feeling.  There were lots of additional events being held at the hotel which gave the place a noisy and overly busy feel. Often large groups of party goers waiting for lifts at night. Corridors are also quite busy and noisy. There is a feel that hotel guests are a necessary afterthought when these events are held. Staff ranged from very nice to indifferent and sometimes even disdainful.  Overall I wouldn’t describe this hotel as peaceful or a place that makes you feel at ease.

The location near the station and in general is quite close to the main attractions, but the area itself is quite migrant and it is not always comfortable, unfortunately. Also big minus that there is no air conditioning system, but only ventilation, on a hot day apartments are heated quite heatfully. Location: Not the location of the city center, it is very convenient to find according to the navigation. It is very suitable for the transit hotel. There is a large parking lot next to it. Free. I had a pleasant stay at Forenom Aparthotel Oslo. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the Central train station, Metro and bus stations, surrounded by cafés, shops, and halal food options. A real bonus is that the mosque is nearby, which made the stay even more convenient. The room itself is not very big, but perfectly fine for a short stay. The kitchenette is practical and useful, although I couldn’t quite figure out how to operate the microwave oven. Everything else was clean, functional, and well-maintained. Overall, a comfortable and well-located option for travelers who want easy access to transport, food, and community facilities in Oslo.

It's quite clean, with automatic check-in and check-out. There are also three types of restrooms, so there are plenty available. The common area has a full set of utensils. A Kiwi supermarket is right next door, where I bought a lot of delicious food. The curtains on the bed can be fully drawn for good privacy, and there's storage right next to the bed. Everything is accessed with your own card, so it feels quite secure. If you're a light sleeper, I recommend bringing earplugs because this room can get super noisy if there are a lot of people. However, during my stay, everyone was consciously keeping quiet, which was great. It's about a 20-minute bus ride on line 30 to the city center and 50 minutes to the airport. So, I think for this price, the location is excellent!

We have been received by Tatiana in order to check in and what a lovely person. She was so nice to explain us everything about the appartment and the location. The appartment is super well located really near the port and walking distance to the Opera and Munch museum. You have everything around the corner and its lovely to walk in this neighborhood. One km away from Central Station. Great location. Tram stops are just stones away. Greak breakfast. Toilet is clean. I got a room with a great view facing the road. If you’re a light sleeper it might be a problem as trams are passing until past 1am. It wasnt too loud but you can hear it.
