What did we like: We like the spacious rooms The location is next to the train station The luggage and house keeping staff are friendly and helpful Beautiful view from from the apartment The bar was fun to hang out and have a beer What did we not like: We did not get what we booked and paid for at this accommodation. They combined our rooms and called it an upgrade. Rooms were not ready at check in time and we were told to pay more if they gave us the room at 1:30 to leave our bags. The lady at the front had a breakdown and was rude when we asked for the rooms we booked and not their upgrade. Lastly check in and check out takes a min of 20 minutes so be prepared to wait. Experience dated : 06 Feb 2024 All in all, this accommodation is satisfactory.

Great hotel attached to three theme parks. It's very far from the airport and the city center but that's not a negative point for the hotel in this case. The hotel has big sprawling grounds with guest rooms spread out all over, giving it a nice resort field. Rooms are sufficiently large with comfortable beds. Only issue was the shower door that leaks water everywhere during shower making the entire bathroom wet. Breakfast has a huge variety of food and was delicious. Staff at both reception and breakfast service are friendly. Hotel also offers a frequent buggy service to both the reception building as well as the theme park entrances. All in all, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

The Hotel was good if you’re on a budget, but it’s not the best Dubai has to offer. The Pools were great ( 5 pools in total) We spent most of the time there as the beach could use some renovation. The room was good and very clean. Overall good hotel but there are other and better options in Dubai.

The Food is more than ample and satisfactory, and for the more adventurous traveller, you can go to sample various other restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood. ‌Conveniently located and walking distance, from the hotel. Hotel service is excellent and the staff very friendly and accommodating. I was most impress with the gym and the various exercise equipment available for use, most notably, the facilities, schedule of hours of operation from 6am to 10pm including the swimming pool which is just adjacent to the gym. The swimming pool is 25 metre long by 10 metre wide. Great for familiy swim since it is divided up for swimmers alike who just wants to get their laps in. Bur Kalifa, the Dubai Mall is 10 minute Vu bes by metro, their local train service and is an excellent form of transportation to get there. Yes, definitely will be back again.

The hotel was new & clean the rooftop bar level 43 is very cute. The pool is small but it’s on the roof also. The Balconies on the premium rooms are wrap around with a great view of the burg kalifa! The only downside is they called my room twice checking on how I like everything. When traveling from other countries patrons will have jet lag! Therefore I don’t wanna be awakened for that! Отдыхаем в Дубае 09-19.11.23. Очень благоприятное время для посещения этой страны. Остановились в апарт-отеле Мена Аль Барша. Выбор был сделан на случайно: близко к остановкам общественного транспорта, метро (красная ветка), откуда можно доехать до всех основных достопримечательностей, а также относительная близость основных бесплатных пляжей Дубая. Кроме того, в трёх остановках автобусов F33, F35 (до остановки 180 метров) красивый благоустроенный бесплатный парк с озером (в форме прокладки, сразу узнаваемым на карте), детскими игровыми зонами , спортивными игровыми площадками Al Barsha Pond Park, куда супруг каждый вечер ездил, чтобы поиграть в баскетбол. В гипермаркете Карфур (Carrefour) (находится в Молле Эмиратов) можно закупиться продуктами по приемлемым ценам и приготовить себе любое блюдо прямо в номере. Номер оснащен хорошей кухней с большим холодильником, плитой, духовкой, микроволновкой, тостером, необходимой посудой, чайником, (чай,кофе, сахар в наличии), стиральная машина, утюг, гладильная доска также есть в номере. Телевизор без русских каналов. По поводу завтраков в отеле. Мы бронировали номер с завтраком на 11 дней. На 4-й день пожалели, что оплатили завтраки. На 2-3 дня ещё куда ни шло, можно питаться одним и тем же, но 11 дней однообразия уже перебор. В целом все вкусно, но разнообразия нет, не шведский стол, официант по меню приносит блюда на сервированный приборами стол. В следующий раз, если приедем в этот отель (не исключено, т.к. все устраивает), завтракать будем самостоятельно, в номере можно кофе-чай попить...Воду 2 бутылки по 0.5 приносят каждый день во время уборки. Недорого и вкусно можно поесть, если выйти из отеля и пойти по улице направо. Сразу после парковки ряд недорогих кафешек. Брали одно блюдо на двоих за 30 дирхам (рубль 25.3 дирхам на данный момент), не смогли все осилить, нам упаковали оставшееся с собой. Почти напротив отеля небольшой продуктовый магазин Кафур. Такого разнообразия, как в Молле, конечно, там нет, закупиться по-быстрому можно. В отеле есть неплохой фитнес-зал. Хоть на ресепшн и написано, что он до 12.00 работает, по факту он всегда открыт, по крайней мере до 18.00 точно, до этого часа открыт и бассейн рядом, на крыше. Самый лучший пляж, на наш взгляд, Kite, народу в ноябре не много, вода чистая, пляж убирается, есть бесплатные туалеты, душ, переодеваться только в туалетах. Бесплатная питьевая вода. Вай-фай (авторизовались в самый первый день по номеру Эмиратского телефона и эл.почте, в последующие дни подключались автоматически без авторизации). Ехать 10-11 остановок до Umm Suqeim 1 или Abdallah Mleih Masjid на 81 автобусе. Пляж между этими остановками. Рядом с отелем есть остановка, идти минуты 4, 180 метров, но на ней негде присесть, автобус ходит каждые 20 минут, можно не угадать и стоять долго, если он уже ушел. Кроме того, в 9.25-9.30 очень много народу уже едет, присесть в автобусе не получится. Надо или раньше, до 9.00, или позже, после 10.00 уезжать, или идти на конечную около М

Very nice place, studio serviced apartments are very nice. But don't get a room close to the entrance gate and road because cars and motorcycles will sleep deprive you all night. Very busy road as it goes down to the beach carparks with very loud cars and motorcycles going past all night until about 4am-5am. So request a room down the opposite end of the resort from the road and you should have an awesome stay. Resort has its own scuba diving courses, kite surfing lessons and wind surfing and paddle boards and stuff. It has a very good gym with top of the line gym machines and equipment and a very nice swimming pool area. Resort right smack bang on the beach. It has a nice sitting area where you can enjoy a meal and some drinks and look out at the ocean.

Sheraton mall the Emirates.....one of the best stay we had in our life. Staff is very attentive and very friendly especially with kids. Good variety of restaurant they have in hotel itself and for more varieties it's connected to Mall of Emirates 😍😍😍. Breakfast buffet also has lots of variety with Indian, continental, oriental food along with live juice bar and fresh local food. Overall 10/10 points.

It was my first time in Dubai. The hotel was nice and exactly what I needed for my first week. The service team was extremely helpful, especially Kurlos. They were all so kind and helped me navigate my first time here. The room service was good and well priced. The young man that runs the breakfast buffet was exceptional! Having just returned on Friday after spending a week with the family (2 teen boys) I could not recommend this hotel enough. Whilst the hotel and ALL the facilities are 5 star, having the right personnel is paramount……….and you wont be disappointed at The Fairmont. Despite our check in at 4am, the process was made effortless by the staff. Though it was at this time the manger advised us the room we’d booked was not available due to a technical error their side and therefore they would be upgrading us to a suite the following day by 12 noon. The following day after breakfast the on duty manager Anoop Rai came to see us to thank us for our understanding and that our belongings would be moved across later that afternoon. True to his word, we were moved to a junior suite on the 8th floor with beautiful views of both the sea and Dubai Marina. The quality of service continued throughout our stay by all members of staff, though special thanks to both Suity and Jhenelyn on the front desk who were always there to answer any questions and assist with any restaurant reservations. That leads onto the food, Flow Kitchen is the buffet breakfast and evening dinner place and there’s a variety of different cuisine for all to enjoy……..you won’t be disappointed. You’ve then you’ve got the specialist restaurants and we tried a couple the first being the Sea Grill Bistro. Having booked half board, this gave us the set 3 course meal and option to add if we wanted. The portion sizes were good and the food was tasty, from starters (Caesar salad, Kale Salad and Prawns) to the mains (Salmon, Sea Bream and Chicken)…………so one we’d definitely recommend to dine at. The other was Little Miss India, which too did not disappoint with the various kebabs and curries, all of which were VERY tasty and the chef was happy to add the extra spice if required :) Having direct access to your own private beach was great, though we preferred to be pool side of which there are 4 with one being adults only (over 16’s). Finding sun loungers was generally okay, so you didn’t need to wake up super early to put towels down. The pool side team were always to hand to assist if you couldn’t find any and take your orders for any food or drinks. The location of this hotel is good on The Palm is good, lot’s to do around there with the various beach bars/restaurants (some age restricted) though a short taxi ride you can go to Dubai Marina, Atlantis and Bur Dubai. Stick to the yellow metered taxis, even though some of the black ones are metered we were told they’ll still be more expensive. Opposite the hotel on the Golden Mile you’ve got the Nakheel Mall, lots of shops including Waiterose and/or M&S for those feeling a little homesick :) One thing to note when booking, go for the ‘beverage package’ if you enjoy a drink or two. This allows anyone aged 21 or over 2 alcoholic drinks (beer or house wine) with both the red and white being VERY nice. So in a nutshell we’d certainly
