The hotel itself was spotless and well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond with their friendly and welcoming service. One of the highlights was the food truck in the lobby, serving up delicious eats that added to the overall experience. Can't wait to come back!

My only knock is the water pressure in the shower is lacking. I initially didn't think I would be able to take a shower as the water fell so close to the wall. After turning the hot water up higher than I normally would, the pressure increased enough to make it possible. Aside from that everything was great and the people were all nice that I interacted with. Will book here again when I travel to Columbia again.

The hotel room itself was nice and spacious. The breakfast was sp**** and the employees were rude except for the front desk clerk. She was very nice but the folks in the breakfast area were rude to everyone and there was barely anything out to eat. We had to ask multiple times for any type of bread to run through the toaster. The eggs were actually a shade of green. I have photos and a video if you need them.

The property has improved since the last time I stayed here. Room was clean and all amenities were as described. This property has started serving breakfast too for those who booked rooms with meals. I was concerned about the bugs like what had happened during my stay before; however, the only time I saw a bug crawling on the wall was on my last night here. All in all, an improved property.

Room picture on website didn't exactly match the room i got. The tv thought it was December 28, 2004 which meant the channel guide was useless (front desk said technician was coming next day).  Our toilet was on and off running most of the night. The TV was off to the right side of the bed as opposed to right in front of it like most hotel rooms.  Buffet breakfast had some odd hot alternatives versus the usual scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage  potatoes.  Overall, just a 3 out of 5.

Beware of this hotel! Stayed nearly 30 days here. Had over $2000 still unresolved Fraud charges on two of my cards used at this hotel. Was harrassed daily even when room had been paid in full. Double charged twice during the stay tying up much needed funds that took over a month to get credited and refunded! Police were called , ultimately forced to leave a night I paid $165 for! Waited hours at the desk. They would run my card so many times and have it flagged for fraud - forcing me into hours on phone held hostage in their lobby while I had to call my bank and fight to have fraud alert lifted. Door keys constantly not working in the middle Of the night. Pool room was freezing and pool dirty. The laundry had one working machine for entire hotel day and night. The printer was NEVER able to be used to print anything. The game Room we were not even told existed until 3 weeks after staying there. Then once we knew about it no one could find where the game controller and supplies were kept. Horrid nightmare experience!

I must say my children an I we have been throughout our share of hotels from marriotts to hiltons to just ur regular quality and I have to say by far my kids and I have been so welcomed and just felt like we are apart of a big family ... Again I always stay here! I visit too much! Now that I have made the decision to move back I probably won’t have to stay with them much anymore unless it’s a weekend getaway! Either way, the room was clean, bed very comfy, staff was as always very friendly, very accommodating not that I ever ask for anything but still! Check in and check out was breeze! The location is perfect, close to shopping and food, easy to access to everything! I honestly don’t stay anywhere else!

Booked a 2 night stay again at Extended Stay America located at Columbia I-26. Room booked was for disability access as we were recovering from a leg injury but what happened when we checked in, we were given a room on 3rd floor. Front desk staff said there's no disability access room available even though it showed availabilities on booking page; the staff mentioned she'll refund us the money if we didn't want the room. Our room was all the way to the end too. We were too tired to go anywhere and chose to stay. Booking was made thru Trip.com and the capable support team noted the issue with room booking. They were very quick to resolve the issue we had too. Thank you ESA and especially Trip.com. You have the best support team!

Highly recommend this downtown Columbia hotel! The location is perfect, with plenty of great restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The hotel itself was spotless and well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond with their friendly and welcoming service. Booked room last minute through a third party site for a great price. Upon check in I was advised they did not have to room available in which the reservation was made for, SOOO instead I was upgraded to a MUCH better and bigger room at no additional cost! The room was very clean and the beds were so comfortable I did not want to get out of it the next morning! The built in dispensers in the shower was convienant and saved me from having to dig out my shampoo conditioner and body for one night. The ladies were extremely friendly and helpful at the front desk and I felt comfortable in knowing that if I needed anything it wasnt a bother to them as it is for other places.Kids had fun swimming and we even got a late night workout in as the fitness room was open 24/7!!

I couldn’t ask for a better place to stay to bring in the new years … or in general ! I will deff be back !! The views. The location. The inside is the hotel. Beyond perfect. Great for walking.
