I rented two rooms , both had roaches . One of the rooms toilet was like sitting on a rocking chair. It wasn’t secured down . The pool was closed for under construction. It looked as if it was closed for awhile. In the pictures we saw on line the pool looked nice , far from it . Is that false advertising ? The one room smelled like smoke , none of us smoke . The doors from the closet fell off twice . The entrance door barely locked . There were bug ( roaches in the light in the bathroom .The breakfast wasn’t the greatest either , things were cold ( eggs) , the waffle maker didn’t work properly . This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in . The staff was nice . That’s about it .

I stayed here on back to back weekends in July and August to run a big bowling tournament across the street, and let me tell you, all the bowlers who stayed here all agreed: the customer service was exceptional, and the rooms looked great. Susan at the front desk, and all the staff I interacted with were so friendly. And the Assistant GM, Jeffrey was very accommodating. I plan to use this hotel next year as one of the ”host hotels” for the tournament, as well as another of their properties just a few miles away. The only thing in need is some better landscaping on the rear of the hotel. Other than that, this is probably the cleanest hotel I've stayed in within the past 10 years or more. Thanks again for everything!

There are four rooms. The manager could have looked to see that we booked two days back to back and planned for us to be in one room two days. They woke us up from a nap and said we had to get out right now and move to another room. I ask for mercy to let us stay in the room but none was given. I swept the floor. Emptied our trash washed the dishes and *****ped the beds. We left in 20 minutes. We didn't want to make extra work to the maid. Happy forth of July weekend to all. God Bless America.

I arrived at 1:45 to check in. No one was at the front desk. After waiting 5 minutes I called the hotel from the lobby to get help. I was told check in was at 3 and I had to wait. I requested a room near the elevator and I was given the last room at the very end of the hallway near the exit door. This morning when I wanted to check out at 8 again no one was at the front desk. I could not wait for receipt so I left. I had to call twice this afternoon for them to email me a receipt which I never received. I called the 800 number and while I was on the phone the receipt came through immediately. The room itself was older the toilet seat was broken and there were food particles near the mini fridge. Not the experience I’m used to when I seek to stay at the Hampton chain.
