There is a set of nonsense in this hotel. We originally booked 2 large beds, and the result did give us a big bed room. Our 3 big 1 children couldn't live. The hotel front desk told us that there was no room in the evening, so I can contact. Ctrip butler, the butler said that there is no way to contact the local hotel for the time difference relationship, there is no way we can make a night to sleep on the ground, I asked Ctrip to contact the hotel to give me a statement, after 2 days received the hotel reply, said that the room was found that night I have to change it, I think the big bed room is more expensive and refused, what? I am stupid enough to sleep on the ground without changing rooms? I didn't receive this call at all, and I kept the domestic call when I was booking at Ctrip (in shutdown). The hotel’s swearing words are really high, shirking responsibility, and your work is not rigorous, causing me to suffer damage and arrogance. What kind of things, this hotel should be no one to live in the future, I wish you close the door as soon as possible

Nice hotel, apartment style, you can cook your own food. It is an extra park fee. Unlike other hotels, it will not actively clean the room. I used to call for cleaning, and the reply would only change the towels. Khan 😓 Ctrip's service is not bad, but the agent used by Ctrip is bad! Negative Ratings! Negative Ratings! During the extraordinary period, all hotels can negotiate a refund. Two of the three of us caught a cold, and the agent refused to refund for the fee. I booked this hotel because I wanted to go to Disneyland, but I didn't dare to get together in crowded places. The location of the hotel is good, there are many delicious food nearby and there are also large supermarkets and gift centers. Parking is free. Never book a hotel with an agent in the future! I trust Ctrip. I didn't expect the communication to be so strenuous!

Had to book last minute and the location couldn’t be better! 10-15 min drive to Disney World! The owner wakes up early every morning to drive to Disney and picks up at end of the day!!! Great service and friendly employees at counter. Breakfast served early until 9:30 , the waffles were my fav! Poolside and laundry helped relax and stay busy during my last few days since Covid started shortly. Walking distance to Walmart and countless souvenir shops and dining places. Had great conversations with owner , Thank you for making my trip memorable! (Hope you’re all well , stay safe with time everything will be okay) good vibes from California ✨

Never pay rack rate here if higher rated hotels are within $25. But when discounted, it's an amazing value for its location. No parking fee, low resort fee, GREAT location. They seem to forget the motel rooms. I'm sure the tower is kept much nicer. Cleanliness: 3/5. Lots of dust in air vents, half full bottle of lotion remained in room. Bathroom ok, but dated. Stains. There was a clump of hair that floated up when I started the shower. Location: 5/5 Value: 5/5 We're not prissy, so we can deal with imperfections. We've grown our kids, so we can deal with some minor grossnesses. But for what we paid, compared to what was available, it was a room, clean enough, and comfortable.

The villas are beautiful, clean, comfortable. The staff is great. The restaurant is great. The toilets are very short - bring a walker if you are old and stiff so you can get up. Bring your tap top and HDMI cable to hook to the TV because the channel are all commercials. Otherwise a great place to stay!! I could not get a handicapped access Villa - they were all booked - so can't comment on those facilities.

The hotel is very typical of American motels. The space on the side of the road is very large. It is a U-shaped room. The green environment around the swimming pool is very good. The room is very large. The facilities are quite complete. The problem is a little aging. The old air conditioner sounds great. There is a free shuttle bus without a hotel (the shuttle bus is used by nearby hotels, so it will take a little time to get all the guests around in a circle), but the number of shifts is basically no more than 20 minutes a day in the morning to Disney. You can transfer to the free bus and then take the shuttle back at night or the time is not right, you will hit ubre back to the hotel. If you have 10 knives for breakfast, then the tax increase is 9. The multi-knife American buffet is quite a lot of food and there is a pizza next to the restaurant. There are a lot of takeaways nearby. The overall evaluation is quite good. I need to add 11 knives of resort fee every day. After all, I go to the theme park to play early and late. And the overall is more than two hundred and one night. I want to squat the bicycle. Overall 4 stars!

We stayed here for the weekend to see a friend. The kids loved the many different options for pools and activities. They also loved the Mickey Mouse shaped waffles in the mornings for breakfast! We generally choose a holiday inn to stay at since they tend to be more family friendly. The staff was phenomenal and always friendly. We would gladly stay here anytime we come to the Orlando area!!

Visited Gaylord Palms many times, always a great stay. Arriving at valet, greeted with a warm welcome. Check-in quick and the bellman had our bags delivered immediately. Great food & beverage options - breakfast buffet at Villa de Flora, chefs preparing your eggs in a beautiful setting overlooking the open atrium. Servers always checking and topping off our coffee. Relax & enjoy the experience. Meals and drinks at Wreckers, Old Hickory and Socio, all delicious. Suggestions at Wreckers - lemon hummus, cilantro lime slaw, burger with fresh made fries, mahi tacos. Prices reasonable at all restaurants. Used the fitness center, full selection of bikes, treadmills, machines and free weights, and clean. Speaking of clean, the resort always felt clean and fresh, from our comfortable room to the restaurants and public areas, always see Gaylord team members cleaning and servicing. Compliment to the team members, the number one reason to stay at the Gaylord Palms - all of our interactions with staff really made a great experience, engaged, smiling and showed a sense of urgency in their activities. Housekeeping said hello to us whenever they saw us walking to or from the room, and serviced our room perfectly. Front desk, bellhop and valet all super, and at every meal our servers frequently checked on us and cheerfully handled a number of special requests. At breakfast the chef even came to our table to make sure we were happy with the omelettes. This is our number one resort in Orlando.

The apartment was very spacious and immaculately clean. The whole place was renovated and the kitchen was fully equipped. Very quiet atmosphere and affordable. Close to all theme parks. Everyone in the family felt like they could have their own space, and we even had a cute balcony. The master bedroom had a bath/jacuzzi. Would definitely book here again. I recommend it to anybody traveling in a large group and looking for a residential complex type of feel.

We checked in to Comfort Inn Kissimmee Lake Buena Vista South on February 19, 2022. We booked for 3 nights on their website for a total of $943.82. With this price, we felt assured we would be receiving a clean room in the Central Florida area. The images portrayed online are of clean rooms. Upon checking in to the room, we noticed a stale smoke smell. We quickly left for dinner and obtained an air freshener for the room while out. We came in fairly late and after traveling all day and knowing we had to be up early for the Disney parks the next day, fell asleep rather quickly. The following morning, we began to notice imperfections in the room. There was a gaping hole/tear in the washcloth, there was mildew/mold in the shower, hair/urine on the floor of the bathroom and under the toilet, and dust in the room. We went to breakfast and quickly left to begin our day in the parks. I knew I would discuss the concerns with the hotel staff upon return. Fast forward to that evening, I shared my concerns with Adelis (front office staff) upon walking through the door. Adelis was not helpful and called the owner, Sam. Sam suggested she take me to another room. We went upstairs to the other room, where it smelled better but there was hair/urine on the bottom of the toilet. I wet a piece of toilet paper and wiped the floor. It was dirty- soil and hair. Adelis agreed that this was gross and I refused to swap one dirty room for another. She shared that I could check out but would not receive a refund, or I could stay the night and speak with the manager in the morning when he returned at 0700. Knowing that hotels in central FL were booked solid, we decided to stay and give the manager an opportunity to fix this the following morning. In the meantime, we found more unacceptable findings in the room. In addition to the stale smoke odor, dust, mildew/mold in shower and bathroom, hair/urine, we also noted blood in the carpet, food (or feces?) on the tile floor that did come up when I wiped a corner, debris on walls, dingy chair, frayed wood on the mirror, filthy microwave, and mildew and dust/dirt/debris in the window above the air conditioner. The following morning, I shared these concerns with Sam (property owner) and he dismissed my concerns. He refused to review my pictures or visit the room to see for himself. This room is disgusting-- a real public health threat, especially seeing that the owner has no desire to bring the hotel up to safe standards. Instead, he berated me, told me "you are not our guest", checked us out, and only refunded us for one night. This hotel has a satisfaction guarantee and they absolutely did not live up to that standard.

Awesome hotel, but someone came in despite our Do Not Disturb sign hanging on outside of door. It's a beautiful hotel. Most of the parking is along back and sides. Their lobby is welcoming with nice seating, a cafe, a gift shop to the right of the front entrance and some arcade games off to the side at the back by the pool area. Their pool area is open sometimes but it's not a heated pool. The hot tub is closed for some reason. They have a little waterfall pool, and an outdoor cafe but not sure if that was just closed during our stay or during the winter season. There are bathrooms and showers out there too. We take our luggage up the stairs to our room without bothering to look for an elevator which they had down at the middle of the hotel at the L shape. They also had a luggage rack. The stairs had some rust and the garbage cans were pretty gross, like they hadn't been scrubbed in a while. We get to our room and it's a nice room. Very clean room and bathroom, nice long counter in the bathroom, beautiful shower, plenty of sleeping space, and everything we needed. Only problem I noticed was some tissue left at the bottom of the toilet on the side from whoever stayed before or the housekeeper. Bed was comfy, I loved having the coffee maker, and getting a nice variety of food for breakfast. We got to pick our main course (Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich, danish or muffin), choice of side (yogurt or fruit cup) and drink (milk, juice or I think water). Not a ton of food, but way better than just a bagel or muffin. Nice amount of seating in breakfast area. In the morning, it was so beautiful and bright. Wonderful view of the property and surrounding areas. Nighttime was quiet. Service was great and friendly. Recommend this hotel if you're looking for something cheap but still overall nice and close to things.

We stayed for 4 nights and upon arrival we were first impressed with the way it looked. A nice entrance, new reception. But then we got to our room in building 23…. It felt like going back to the 80’s including furniture that looked like it has been used for the last 40 years and never renewed. Truly nothing was not damaged and there was a nasty smell. Next to that, Hilton promises free WiFi to all her guests, but that is not true. It is limited to 4 devices, which was with a party of 7 not nearly enough. The water in the showers in the appartement also has a nasty smell. Like there is a lot of chloride in it. So why still 3 out of 5. Well, the people working there are nice and really helpful. After complaining about the outdated apartment and WiFi we did get a new apartment in building 32. An appartement that was way better and more recent then in building 23. Still not very modern and with a balcony door that could not open or close properly, but at least more 90’s instead of 80’s. If you ask for anything the staff will help right away and is there to provide whatever needed. We tried 2 of 4 swimming pools. There is one slide at one of the swimming pools, but you have to sign before you can use, that Hilton is not accountable for any injury.. the swimming pool near the reception is really nice and child friendly. So, overall an okay experience, but next time I will look for an alternative.

I used it when traveling alone. Large room that cannot be compared to Japan. There is a shuttle bus to Disney every morning. Even at night. You can ride without a free reservation. However, the number is quite small. There is also a bus to Universal every morning. Round trip $ 15, no change. You should prepare in advance. There is only one round trip per day. If you don't play for a day, you can't go home halfway. Within a 10-minute walk from the hotel, there are many restaurants, souvenir shops, etc. There is a pool and gym in the hotel, the staff is kind, and there are people who are familiar with Disney, so you can ask a lot of information! !

We have stayed at this hotel several times as a family in the past 6 months and always find the staff to be friendly. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is always good, and the pool area is nice and well-maintained. However, I am writing this review based on our most recent visit which included a bus full of around 50 high schoolers and chaperones. We have been taking students on trips several times a year for over ten years now, and we have NEVER had such a smooth check-in. Upon arrival, I was handed a welcome letter, an envelope with hotel information, a list of room assignments, a map of our floor (highlighted by girls/boys/chaperones’ rooms), and all of the room keys, labeled with the room’s occupants’ names. Checking in took less than two minutes and all of the work was done for us! Amazing! If you plan on taking a large group to Disney or anywhere in the Orlando area, this is the place to stay! I can’t stress enough how much I appreciated their organization and thoroughness!!!

Even 1 star is too good for them. I went there this past week for a 3-day trip. When I checked out about two hours later I remembered I left a small Disney pressed coin booklet in the side table. Witch I had been collecting from both Disneyland and Disney World parks since I was 12 years old. When I called I was given the run around by staff for more than 7 hours trying to call them and get my item back. when I called the hotel the next day I spoke to a manager that said no one found it when I remember putting it in the side table the night before because I put a coin in it from the day at the park. How can an item that was not in my luggage and that I remembered leaving in the room not be there when they go to clean it? that to me doesn't make sense. and to be told by this manager that I lost it and to get over it when I said that the maid must have taken it is not right in the least. Please don't stay here there MAIDS STEAL AND THEY DONT CARE IN THE LEAST. and on top of that, they forgot to charge us for the room fees and took it out of the deposit I mean *** this place is the WORST HOTEL I EVER STAYED AT.

I travel four to five times a year. I stay at 4-star or 4 1/2-star places throughout the U.S. (5-star places when my mother travels w/us) I clean before I unpack. I’ve been traveling w/Lysol wipes pre-Covid - I’m not OCD, it’s just peace of mind. HOTEL CONS: Key-cards always needed to be reactivated. (My daughter & I never had them near our cell phones) It was a pain in the butt to have the front desk reactivate them or give us new key-cards daily. The air conditioning was controlled by IHG or maintenance or who knows. The FL weather did not go above 85 degrees during our stay so I didn’t complain about the 75 degree room temperature. You can lower both thermostats to 65 degrees but they will not stay there. Small pool. For the size of this hotel, there should be two pools or one large pool. There is a tiny pool (1/2 ft deep?) for toddlers & infants. The hot-tub is very small. I mostly saw kids & teens use it, lol. There was a carnival across the street from this hotel. If you go to bed early, use earplugs! Music did shut-off at Midnight (each night) AMENITIES I DIDN’T USE: Workout facility (My exercise was Disney Springs, SeaWorld, Crayola Experience, Shopping Malls, Universal Studios, Island of Adventures and swimming/playing in the pool w/my daughter) Shuttle buses (I rented a car for our 7-day stay in FL) Laundry facility (It’s in the main bldg. I didn’t want to feel “stuck” in one place waiting) Game room (It only rained 2hrs during our 7 days in FL and we were at Disney Springs) HOTEL OVERALL: Customer service was outstanding...! I booked a 7-day, one-bedroom suite directly w/the IHG website. (Found better rate than Expedia) Clean hotel, clean suite, clean pool, everything was always clean…! It seemed to me, that Housekeeping and Maintenance worked 24/7 because I always saw them, lol… Hotel is ideally located to Walmart, WDW, Walgreens & restaurants. Continental breakfast (7am-10am) was the same every morning. Good food. (They love eggs, lol. Scrambled, omelet, hard-boiled was served daily) If an item was low or out. they replenished it fast. If you need clean towels, an item for the kitchen, or a hair-dryer for the bathroom, just call the front desk. They are very friendly and very professional.

Arrived at Margaritaville to check in at the cottages. Note that this resort is building more cottages and rooms like crazy so if you booked a cottage, prepare for a 15 -20 min walk or a 15-20 min wait for a shuttle back to the pool, hotel etc. To be fair, the shuttles worked well most of the time but when you have this long unexpected wait then it’s a burden. On a better side, we took the shuttle to Target to do some food shopping which was convenient. They just need to hire more drivers to shuttle. There was only one shuttle on a busy Saturday night. When you book the cottage, be sure to know exactly how many beds in each room. I thought the second bedroom would have two beds for each of my sons but there was only one bed which meant my other son had to sleep on the pullout in the kitchen. Forget about trying to get front desk to help out, they give you a number for cottages but no one calls you back. DO NOT use the “complimentary” shuttle to Universal Studios. It’s basically a city bus with a bad driver who leaves 15 min late and makes stops that are not along the way. Took us over an hour to get back. We only took one coming home and never again. The Ubers are about $40 to Universal but can be around $100 to get home. We got luck and found a $78 uber one evening at 6pm. The cottages are clean and spacious. The balcony and back patio was very nice. The only bad thing is if you get neighbors who like to be loud at night, because the cottages are right next to each other. The pool area was very nice. The bartenders there are great! Only downside, before our trip we called repeatedly and asked if they could accommodate gluten free requests. There were no gluten free buns at the pool or the provisions store. Thank goodness we brought our own. The provisions store was good but lines could get long. And of course everything was very expensive. Overall, nice stay.

Don't go for pictures to waste your money. Only good thing is the location. During check out I asked for the receipt to email me which I haven't received yet. No receipt is given. Bed is not comfortable. For 4 persons, 2 bath towels unless asked there is no room service.... it's still covid! Kids zone, none of the video game area were working/missing or broken. In the pool, no pool towels were there! Though mentioned not to bring room bath towel. And the most peculiar is the water on the bathroom. It's always warm any side you move the tap! Even the flash tank of the toilet is so warm that I put the wet wipes bag on top of it, all of them turned hot !!! You can hear what people are talking on neighbor rooms and bathrooms. The owner should stop telling it's a resort and charge resort fees for a medium standard bed breakfast hotel. I was told to give a review since they did a 'favor' as they mentioned, 'favor' for checking in me at 3:30 pm instead of 4 pm! My final suggestion is PLEASE PLEASE DON'T CONSIDER IT A RESORT.

could have a mask until we get our door open- SHE REFUSED- last night we came in- they had a box of them. I don’t even feel comfortable talking to her about the room cleanliness because, she won’t listen… She needs to Listen to her guests before asking “hey if you can while you are in the lobby PLEASE put a mask on.” SHE DIDNT EVEN SAY PLEASE and THANK YOU! That would have been totally fine!! But we wanted breakfast and locked out of our room- it was a terrible morning to start! I just wanted coffee… Thanks to her poor attitude and customer service- it upset me that much to leave a review… We will be thinking of our Hotel Choices next time! BTW: the gentlemen last night working the front desk- was HELPFUL- he offered us a mask and was polite! Props to him 10/09/21, keep that one and have him train the lady from this morning of 10/10/21. Please clean the hotel rooms a little better- there are Residue marks all over the bathroom wall, door and tub. The mirrors were not wiped down- still see toothpaste splatter all over the sink and mirror. The closet has residue all over it also. It’s everywhere! We walked in the room IT WAS SO HOT! The AC wasn’t on took an hour to get cool in here! The fridge and microwave was unplugged so I prayed my food wouldn’t go bad! There was BLOOD on my BED SHEETS! Hello How are you? I would like to share my experience at your hotel. When we arrived at the hotel we were delighted, we thought the golf course was beautiful, the room was super spacious, we loved it, our room was 206. But we closed for 3 nights, on the last day we agreed to go to Universal and pack our bags to go back to Miami. We were late and left the hotel at 11 am, when we saw that there would be no time, we thought of extending one more night. We got back to the hotel at 9pm and to our surprise there was someone else in our room. When talking to the receptionist she told us that we should have checked out by 10am and that our things were collected and placed in security. I wondered, why no one called if they had our phone details, when they saw that it was 11 am and we were still in the apartment, why no one called us?? Why weren't we alerted? I went to get our luggage together with one of their employees, when I got there our things were all placed in bags, all thrown away. I started to check things out, but I felt super coerced with 3 security guards looking at me, with clothes and panties thrown everywhere. I ended up saying that I would check better when I arrived at the other hotel, as I felt pressured to open my things in front of three men. Arriving at my other hotel, I went to check things out and found that several things were missing, my personal hygiene, my lamer creams, my AirPods Apple, my Chanel perfume, my hairdryer, my curling iron. I called the hotel and they said no. couldn't do anything, they didn't even try to look, they just said it wasn't there. Honestly, I was completely displeased with the hotel, I felt super ashamed, because they treated me like a criminal, the way they treated it looked like I hadn't paid the hotel bill, and on the contrary I wanted to close one more night. I wanted you to know what happened, because the way you treated your customers is very sad, I will certainly never stay at your hotel again and I don't recommend it to anyone else. I'm taking legal action in this regard.

As a Diamond member for Wyndham Rewards, free suite upgrades are a perk I have earned. I stayed here 3 nights and had to stay in a regular room the first night because the desk clerk was unaware of the upgrade policy and also told me he couldn't do anything "in their system" without the manager's approval. The regular room had a lousy AC that quit working in the middle of the night. Once I was upgraded to a suite, the AC worked and the suite was at least an upgrade in the sense that the sleeping area was away from the main courtyard of the hotel where the trash trucks arrive at 5:30am and empty the dumpsters with such force that it sounds like a massive series of thunderclaps right inside the room. That's what I experienced the FIRST night. I chose this property because it was reasonably close to a convention I was attending, and I typically don't really care too much about my hotel accommodations, but if you book a room here, just be sure to set your expectations VERY, VERY low and you won't be disappointed. There are a few restaurants within a moderate walk but nothing directly adjacent to the hotel. Easy to get an Uber--they always seemed right nearby when requested. Oh, and they don't put blankets on the beds--they are folded up on a rack. The first night was a sheet-only experience, since I hadn't noticed the folded blankets. Next time in the area I won't be staying here.

DISAPPOINTMENTS: I was traveling alone for a convention held at the hotel. I arrived at lunch time and planned to eat at the hotel restaurant rather than on the road. Turns out the onsite restaurant is not open for lunch even though the hotel website says it is open for lunch and dinner. I questioned a person at the front desk and he said lunch has not been available for months. Seems like the website should have been changed?? The staff seem competent and polite, but not really friendly nor welcoming. No housekeeping service is provided unless you specifically request it. I had dirty towels and full trash cans during my 3 day stay. PLUSES: The hotel is very clean, my room was immaculate when I arrived. My room was LARGE, with 3 sinks, 2 queen beds and a pullout sofa bed. Many large drawers, plus 2 closets provide storage. Excellent FREE breakfast buffet with made to order omelets, fresh toast, sausage, bacon, hash browns. All excellent and a perfect option for families visiting Disney. OVERALL: It is a bit dated, with no USB ports in room for charging phones and tablets. Furnishings a bit old and frayed looking. Still a solid choice and I recommend.

I'll be the first to admit that when we are traveling and simply sleeping, showering, and moving on, we don't look for/want high end motels. That being said, I DO expect clean and maintained. This motel was neither! Fortunately we were only there for one night; if we had needed to stay longer, I would have packed up and looked for someplace else. Pictures should speak for themselves but the lack of attention here has clearly been going on for some time. Dirty, paint-chipped walls/doors, rusted fixtures, burned sheets and carpet, broken lamps, torn curtains that were only partially attached to the rod, disgustingly dirty and torn shower curtain, dirty outlet covers...even the sill of the tub and the floor around it was dirty making one wonder what kind of cleaning takes place here if any at all. We had to leave a $10 deposit to have the TV remote. That, too, we believe, says something about the overall condition/management of the place.

There were five of us and we actually had a studio and then a full kitchen master suite. The studio apartment had two beds and a roll out couch. This place was so awesome. The swimming pool areas were wonderful and the full size chess board was so much fun. We plan on going back many times.

We only went for 2 nights on the tail end of a 5 night cruise. We wanted to go to Epcot since my wife had never been. So when choosing the unit since going to be there only 2 nights I said what the heck a 3* on RCI. The more I looked the more I liked it and it didn’t disappoint. The amenities and the unit were really nice and I do not know why it was only rated as a 3*. It was much nicer than that! We enjoyed our stay very much!
