Tv was not working nor they could replace the tv set-up box which was faulty in spite of repeated requests. There is no in-house food service. They depend on outsourcing. Even a packet of biscuit could not be arranged with tea. Only attendant, loaded with so many services was difficult to trace many times. Washroom tap connectors shabby, rusted soap tray.
