Room cleanliness- can be improved little bit like bed sheet is having some damages. Service - good, staff - very supportive, location- good. Concern- there is a function hall on the top floor and the dj which was played during our stay is too loud that we can’t sleep till 11:30 pm. Since we are travel-ling form a long distance we wanted a peace full sleep with no disturbances but here we had a issue with dj even i asked management to at least reduce sound little bit so that it will not disturbs other customers who are staying jn the hotel. The perfect place from which to explore ark a rooms very comfortable and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Great tv and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff. The hotel is very central within easy reach of shops, eating places and, trains, buses and the central station.
