Excellent location ,resort premises is very beautiful only eye sore was people hanging their cloths to dry on the balcony or any other space out in open, that was really bad not sure if that is because of high laundry charges or not having anything to hang cloths inside. We did use the back patio that was covered to dry our beach cloths rest we brought home to wash. Other things that bothers us was pool closes at 7 pm. Given the hot and humid weather if beach access and pool closes by 7 pm there is nothing to do inside, small village outside is not so inviting to explore or even go. Food was good lots of option for vegetarians , but it was quite expensive too. It was not so at par with Taj standards but price wise it felt close to Taj. We liked the jacuzzi but inconveniences of asking the staff to switch it on and off and had no hot water.

A lovely property to lay ones back and enjoy the sea, sun and sand! with just over and around 10 cosy cottages, kannan offers right quantum of bon homie, privacy and seclusion! the sussuration of the ocean sooth-ens the mind as the gentle sound of sea musics the ear through out! value for money and good hospitality

Staying an extra night speaks for itself. The hotel is great. Although dinner tonight at the same restaurant was not up to the mark and definitely not even close to the previous night. Not sure if the chef changed. Also a point to be noted is that breakfast is not that great but wholesome. Afternoon tea which they sent to our room was definitely a nice gesture on the hotels part. Service is super here and they do their best. Security is also of a high standard.

This accommodation is spacious and modern. It is away from the noise and crowd andvwithin a short ride from the city centre, railway station and shops. Staff are courteous and enthusiastic. Amenities in the room are modern. Reception can arrange local tours such as fort, beach and other attractions. Great value for money.

location is very close to railway station and easly accessible from the city centre.Auto rikshaw stand is available in front of the hotel and ample space is there for parking if you are using personal car. the food is good and the ambience inside the restaurant is outstanding.the room is well ventilated and you will get hot water 24hrs inside the washroom.overall a good hotel to stay if you visit kanhangad

The hotel ambience and cleanliness amazed me. Very good service and good hospitality ready to serve the customer. Provided bigger size room when they saw that we are 3 adults. Appreciate the kind gesture towards customer will always prefer for next stay.

The ambience of reception was. Good. But not balconies. 4th floor. The room they offered changed later. The room key was not working. After request opened. But room was not cleaned or changed bed sheets. Again changed room. No hot water for drinking no room boys.

Good experience, nice service the hotel welcomed me warmly. The lobby was inviting. My room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. It was equipped with modern amenities. The service was quick and polite. The hotel offered delicious meals. . The staff was friendly. Bekal fort is one walkable distance bekal beach also very near. My child had a good time at beach. We had a peaceful stay. It made my trip memorable.
