Location is good. Staff is also cooperative. Rooms are spacious with 3 bed suffucient forv2+2. But property is not maintained properly. Facility like barhroomberc was nair good. There is no intercom to call for service. Every-time you havevto go to coynter as mobile prepaid is not working in jammu. For postpaid signal is poor. Hotel also not giving proper preparedness before chrckin. Whenever you ask they will provide. Any way they feel that hotel is only for slurping after vaishnomata darshan.SOLD OUT

I went with low expectations after reading mixed reviews. But to my surprise stay was very comfortable. It is a budget hotel. Room size was okay given the location. They had provided us with heater and hot air blower. This made room very cozy. I had booked with the meals included. They provided very good food. Variety was less but quality of food was superb. Manager shakier was very helpful. They provided us with all the support required. Location is very close to gondola. You can walk from hotel. Close to the market as well. Great location and service - very attentive, responsive and supportive staff. The food was just about acceptable (ok-ish/so-so). But the overall experience wasn't that great as the hotel looks and feels very tired and run down. The furniture and ambiance were very shabby. Bed and bedding need to be replaced pronto (probably all over 20 years old, and it shows/smells!). The whole place needs a refurb and a facelift to meet Radisson standards. Until then, it's a 2 or 3-star hotel at best. Nothing even close to 4-star and 5-star is out to the question.SOLD OUT

when I booked 33 hotel after reading the services at make my trip aap ,it was written that two ways pick and drop to jammu airport is Available but when I enquired hotel 33 they said that people's fault as hotel people dint give any such services details to make my trip and hotel manager told me to find out from make my trip app people. only this was upset rest stay at hotel was Good. request this false services details not to be shown coz it gives us wrong hope.From€13

Holiday inn katra is very beautiful property with a breathtaking view. The location is perfect for a peaceful n near railway station. The staff is very polite n well behaved. The food is delicious. The hotel is clean and functional. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely visit again

The room was good, the location is also so far so good but the food is not so good. I asked the order taker Tandoori roti is good or I should order Rice he said Roti will be good but roti was made up of refined flour and it was hard like a papad very difficult to chew. we have walked for around 28 Km to Vaishnavo mata darshan and we were expecting nice food as we were very hungry. They have spoiled our experience and staff is not so professional as property claims four star. Room amenities is ok. Overall I have spended 4500 Rs for this room but it's not worth it. I might get the same priced room in good 4 star chain hotels.
