Overall it was an amazing experience with foxoso. I stayed in foxoso goa also and in foxoso jaisalmer. Now i can say that they are having the best services and hospitality. Starting from the entrance, the staff was very helpful and supportive. The check in was smooth, the room which was given to me was upgraded and it was clean and spacious. I like the restaurant's ambience and food. My family enjoyed it a lot and they helped me plan a candle night dinner for me and my wife at a very nominal price. And also it is close to mall road. I consider myself super lucky to book this resort on mmt. This resort is located in super amazing view area, which is not very far from city point as well. The moment you enter in this resort, you are just amazed, its so beautifully and very aesthetically done. You smell the freshness in air as you take a stroll in garden. Those high mountains covered with snow is a treat to eyes. Its not that i am exaggerating the beauty, but it’s a reality, you feel like in heaven. Perfect hospitality from phadi accent people, smile and the innocence on their faces win ones heart. Buffet was very delicious, though not very spread out, but it was fresh and warm and tasty too. Their tandoori items are out of the world, must try it out. Good clean and well kept rooms with the fantastic view from the bed. As i was a solo traveller, the staff was very helpful in arranging my sightseeing. For me it was a perfect holiday. We went from Old Manali to stay at this beautiful property owned by Mr Ritesh sood. Staff was courteous and they did not created any concerns about early check in and late check out. food was amazing. Complimentary fruit basket and cookies does enhance your experience. while booking do make a note to book a valley view room with Balcony. Mr Ritesh sood is very humble. few things they can improve- Have more board games since there is nothing much to do around the property. need to have access to more TV channels or keep a fire stick to convert tv into smart tv. Pantry staff was very rude. No basic amenities were provided, had to ask for basic things towel slippers / tissue paper roll and water too. Latch/lock of the room was not working properly. Also, they hand on their phone so that you don't disturb them if you need anything. The hotel rooms are good and its well connected to mall road, only issue which i faced is the exhaust fan of washroom is operated by room service it doesn't have switch for it in room, if you are travel-ling with toddler be prepared in advance for food or milk they don't provide room service after 10pm and for getting hotwater for bathing and handwash you need to keep water running for 5 mins to get hot water (so much wastage) of fresh water, food is excellent you won't find food like them in whole manali.FromRUB 2,543
