Kids Loved It – Great Family Hotel Experience We stayed at the hotel in a Family Deluxe Suite for 3 days and 2 nights, and it was an amazing experience. The room was spacious and very comfortable for a family with three kids. The hotel is located near the beach and has fantastic swimming pools. There are many activities for kids, especially at the kids’ club, which kept them entertained throughout the stay. Breakfast offered a wide variety of food choices, and the highlight was the nasi lemak with sambal tumis kerang, which was delicious. We also had dinner at the dining café while enjoying live music, which created a great atmosphere. One of the best features was the waterproof key “watch,” which was very convenient compared to a normal room key. I managed to try out their malay massage at suasana spa and it was very relaxing, I really enjoyed it so much and they even have a pedicure manicure spa for the kids. Overall, it was a wonderful family-friendly hotel and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Nice staycation for our little family. The first island view room assigned to us was superb but since we got the higher floor and we were kinda worried about the noise made by our toddler, we requested the lower floor and was assigned to the room next to the gym. Unfortunately the vibe was not the same as the first assigned room which we felt was more relaxed and serene. We booked the babysitter service as well to help us handle our babies at first we thought we could bring them along outside to jalan-jalan but after that was told the service was just within the resort premises. Perhaps we could get someone with an experienced babysitter who can handle babies and toddlers. However, overall we were satisfied with the stay.

Short ISLAND break frm the CHAOTIC city life ! Impromptu trip, booked my ✈️ a day before departure. 4D3N just because i just want to laze around & spoil myself before 2026 bid gdbye. Found Croske Resort as a gem since this hotel is just next to airport AND free shuttle service for airport pickup/drop off is a BONUS ! Hotel provides shuttle to Cenang beach (to/fro) BUT need reservation in advance and the shuttle runs 4 times in a day. Good to catch sunset by the beach and purchase chocolate souvenirs at nearby Cenang Mall ! Grab is also cheap to move around at reasonable price. Tried room service as i was tired on my 1st day, ordered seafd tomyum (too salty, didn't like the cooking) TV has a faulty, what makes it frustrating/ challenging is that all rooms doesn't have a telephone so basically guests communicate with reception desk and all other service via WhatsApp thru the QR code provided in room. (The digital era living we're all in now, lost the human touch & more honest/warm hospitality & customer care) I want to thank the hotel manger for the service recovery. Complimentary cut fruits was served into my room for the delay of technical support due to TV faulty, I was delighted to see the fruit plate when i got back from the beach at night. If you need an accommodation near the airport, book with them for their convenience of airport shuttle, if you prefer to be near attraction sites/beach, book at any hotel near Cenang Mall. Housekeeping did a tremendously great job, room and hotel lobby are spotlessly CLEAN.

⭐ 5/5 I really enjoyed my stay at this resort! The pool is huge and very clean — I swam for almost 3 hours each day during my 2-night stay 🤭. My pool access room was super comfortable, clean, and beautifully designed. I also loved that there’s a bathtub! A few small suggestions for improvement: 1. It would be great to have street lights at the junction leading to the resort. 2. Adding a clear sign at the entrance would help, especially at night or during rainy weather. 3. Breakfast was okay overall. The English-style options were good, but the local dishes like fried kuey teow, fried vermicelli, and nasi lemak could use a bit more flavour. Overall, I had a pleasant and relaxing stay — definitely a resort I’d love to come back to! 🌴💦

Hotel staff were patient and approachable always with a smile. Hotel room is clean and with adequate amenities . Location very accessible close to a mall next door and local eateries and a 24 hour sundry store. There's a nice hip cafe ”sea you” that open after 6 pm just next to your hotel serving local food and pasta.

Resort World may be old but it offers scenic water front that most hotels can't offer. Though there is no sandy beach for strolling or swimming, it offers a very nice water front facing infinity pool that gives you a great swimming experience. Loved the reclining beach chairs in the infinity pool! Those sea facing rooms get to open their balcony doors or sit by the balcony to enjoy the strong sea breeze! There's fish feeding every evening which is a highlight of my stay. The fishes seem to know their dinner time! There's another swimming pool for kids and adults which offers warm water if the weather is sunny....love it like soaking in a warm tub. The reception service was really excellent! Was attended by Miss Ting who personally went to great lengths to ensure my room requirements are met as we have senior citizens with us. The breakfast spread was yummylicious! Unfortunately a few of my guests had diarrhoea after the final day breakfast...still clueless to the cause. This resort also has a Northern Indian cuisine restaurant, a bar, game room that offers darts, snooker, ping pong, and foosball/table football, small playground slides for children, bicycles for rent (RM10 per hour),various boat tour packages and it is the place where cruise ships dock for passengers to do land tours. We managed to see one on our last morning, there! Oh, we also get to watch the tour boats depart and return as the hotel is facing the jetty hub that runs this activity. Collectively, we all agree we will come back to this hotel in the future even if there are other new or beach front hotels there. The room price is reasonable especially if one book early, online. Highly recommended resort if you prefer a quiet, peaceful yet pleasant stay. It's very near (a few kilometres away) to Tengah Beach and the loud, noisy, crowded, happening Cenang Beach. Rent a car so that you can move around easily especially if the group is big or has young children or senior citizens. Very happy with our stay there. Highly recommend! Nevermind the old facade, the environment and experience beats it all!

Overall the hotel is good. Strategic location, it's located in town, quite near to town attractions & duty free shop. And also not far from the jetty for Mangrove Tour. However if you're going to Tanjung Rhu or Pantai Cenang, it mostly take 35-40mins (but we're driving so this is not an issue for us). The breakfast is great, variety of choices, from western to local & even porridge which is good for certain person. The nasi lemak sambal very delicious! The only bad side was the hot water, we booked 3 rooms (they allocate us to level 9), 3 rooms of us also having hot water problem, maybe due to the pump or maybe due to too many ppl using shower at same time (which I'm not sure).

I like this hotel room, comfortable and clean. The hotel has ample parking space at the back of the hotel. The hotel located in the middle of cenang and just 5 minutes crossing the road to go to pantai cenang. Around the area has a lot lot of food places. The downside is the room has no view and it is not sound proof so when people walking at the aisle and talking, you will hear them. But since the room price is cheap, i think it is worth it.
