I had an exceptional experience at this 5-star hotel! From the moment I arrived, the warm Indian hospitality was evident. The service throughout my stay was impeccable, with everyone genuinely eager to assist. We were three friends from New Zealand and stayed at Regenta for two nights. The place was nice and the room was comfortable. The staff set up an extra cot for us so we were all able to stay in the same room which was great. The place is a mix of old charm and affordable accom and we thought it was good value. The staff were super helpful and attentive. They arranged quick laundry service for us, and even got us a pack of playing cards to be delivered to the hotel. The manager also gave us advice advice about getting an Indian phone number, where to get coffee and info about navigating the train station. He also gifted us some guides about lucknow and Varanasi, where we were headed to next. We appreciated the late checkout and the hotel kindly stored our bags for our late train too. Great stay!

The service and amenities of The Hilton Garden inn Lucknow are totally worth it. Breakfast was great and so was the pool. The rooms were squeaky clean and the staff was quick to serve. Great experience.

During my recent stay, I had the pleasure of dining at the hotel’s restaurant, and I must say, the service exceeded all expectations. From the moment I entered, Anamika welcomed me warmly, making me feel instantly comfortable

The hotel was good. But somehow I did not like the taste of the food (it's totally my personal thinking).

Everything about the property is top class, location, hospitality, food, rooms, cleanliness, everything is good. Only thing is that there is no valet parking and the parking space is shared with blink-it warehouse.

Near functional hotel right next to the airport. Rooms are decent. Front office staff is quite lost and confused. Coordination between them and Food and Beverage team is also jinxed. Basically go, check in, don't ask for anything and don't talk to anyone, as anyway they don't listen, and all will be great. The junior team is very courteous and warm.

The train station (Red Line MRT Station) is 750m walk, you can ˊˋ to the hotel, the counter manager is super good, let early check-in, the room is quite satisfactory (sound insulation is not bad), but unfortunately bottled water costs money. The hotel is about 1.3 km walk. There is a Aminabad Market अमीनाबाद मार्केट because the Diwali Festival is more lively? Many well-known Internet celebrity restaurants in Lucknow are also in that area. The Red Line MRT cannot reach Rumi Darwaza रूमी दरवाज़ा, etc., famous scenic spots. The hotel takes the Uber Auro bus for about Rs.80~120 in cash (see the time period? It was really good experience with this hotel. Last week same in Lucknow i visited GINGER. but i will suggest you guys plz don’t go there coz that hotel is like Lodge. Very bad bed. Everything is ******** in GINGER. But this week while returning from delhi to Darbhanga by road. I choose GOLDEN TULIP.AND I AM TEALLY VERY HAPPY. Infact ginger charged me 4500 per night. And Ginger is lower is price. But amenities are awesome. I recommend u all guys visit this hotel once.
